The Food: I usually only order one thing from here, Roast Beef on white with Pickles, Lettuce, Mayo, seasonings, and most importantly lots of red wine vinegar. Since I was a teenager eating at Blimpies this was my favorite sandwich. Jersey Mikes is a great replacement since most Blimpies are gone. I find that the quality of my sandwich depends on my presence in the restaurant or not. When I've door dashed this order it tends to be too saucy, almost like a mayo and lettuce salad you'd get at a local church pot-luck. However, when I'm standing over the person fresh slicing my Roast Beef and Provolone cheese and pick out what I want in the moment, it tends to be super awesome! The dessert options are just okay, brownie, cookie, etc. Plenty of chip variety and soft drinks. The Service: Yet, another place, that knows how to train their employees! The service staff is friendly, if they are making a sandwich for a vegan I've seen them change the cutting boards to accommodate the customer. I've been very impressed every time I've been to this location. The Restaurant: Hit or miss. I've been in there when it's busy and you have to find the table with the least debris, or when they are not busy the dining room is clean and tidy. Summary: This is about a twice a month urge for me. I love, love how fresh the toppings are, the bread is crispy and chewy, which I prefer in a sub. The "underground railway sub shop" that I will not mention in this review tends to have bread that is doughy, and has a funky taste to it, so Jersey Mike's win's the bread battle for me. read more

Compared to other similar options, it's a little on the pricier side. Staff was friendly and promptly greeted me when they saw me waiting at the online pick up side. My first time trying a Jersey Mike's sub and I was not impressed. The price tag is high, $15 for a whole sandwich and $8 for a half sandwich. I got half Italian sub and a whole chipotle cheesesteak. Flavor wise was edible but not something I will crave anytime soon. The cheesesteak was on the salty side and not very enjoyable. The Customer service was ok, not outstanding. read more

An employee's string/yarn bracelet was hanging above his gloves and touching my sandwich bread which IMMEDIATELY made my mind wonder if that bracelet touched his backside to wipe. That could and would transfer fecal bacteria right onto my sandwich. I was excited when this location opened. Not so much anymore. First, it's rough right now getting employees, I get it. They are slow. If you're ordering online for pickup add a good 5-10min to the estimate because these kids make sandwiches in slow motion. It's like they individually pick out every piece of shredded lettuce and place it individually on your sandwich. On my final visit to this location I ordered online. I get the Italian add Cherry Pepper Relish and Jalapenos. In the notes I always type "Lots of jalapenos please." Otherwise I'm likely to get a line of socially distanced jalapenos which I will taste in one out of five bites. I want jalapeno in every bite. Well as I pick up I give one of the employees my name and she kind of rolled her eyes at me, but it was weird so I was wondering if I was reading into it too much. I get home and start eating my sandwich. Two bites in and no jalapeno yet. So I stop, open up the sandwich, this is a regular size which they cut in half. Each half of the sandwich has a single jalapeno slice on it. So I know that they saw that I wanted jalapeno at the very least. Even if I hadn't asked for lots of jalapeno this is an unusually small amount. I feel like they did see the note and decided to show me what I get for asking for extra. Anyway, they miss ingredients and screw up the sandwiches at too high a rate for me to trust that what I order is what I'm going to get. read more

We made an online order 10 minutes before we got here and it said there was a 15 minute wait. Got here and I've been waiting 15 minutes and they just told me they still need to make one more sandwich..... they have one guy making the sandwich and he's going very slow. The sandwich I ordered wasn't made the way I ordered it. There are 5 employees here and one making a sandwich....... Never will come to this one again. Staff was very rude. I received the wrong sandwich and came back 10 minutes after ordering. I brought this to their attention and a different employee questioned if I was at the correct store, while the employee who made the sandwich had already handed him my paper ticket. They threw away my sandwich and informed me I'd have to pay for another one because they didn't have record of my order. I contacted customer service who then forwarded the complaint to the owner and I never received a response. Normally I wouldn't have cared if it wasn't for the attitude of the staff and the price of the sandwich. It was my first visit and I will not be returning. I was picking up an online order that was about $53.00. I have a son who will only eat sandwiches with cheese on them and nothing else. Since this is not an option offered online, we've always placed the rest of our order and then requested the bread-with-cheese sandwich and paid for it at the counter. This evening a young man who said his name was Hayden, and that he was the manager, refused to sell me 6 inches of bread with a slice of cheese on it. I reassured him I would pay for it, but he said he had no way to ring it up and would therefore not sell it to me. I told him that we've done this many times before and the Jersey Mike's employees have always worked with us, usually charging around $5. He still refused. The two younger men who were working with Hayden made suggestions, like ringing it up as "gluten free" or some other item that would be comparable in price. Hayden refused. I was getting really annoyed and asked him to please figure something out because I knew they had the items I wanted, and I was willing to pay. He would not. He just asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him he could give me his manager's name and number. He told me the manager is Eli and I can call on Monday to talk to him. This is obviously unacceptable customer service. I spent upwards of $50 on sandwiches from your shop and your employee couldn't be bothered to sell me bread and cheese.
