This is one of my favorite lunch stops but I wanted to give a huge shout out today specifically because of the amazing team working the lunch shift. I walked into the shop during the lunch rush and was told their power had just gone out, and they could only prepare hot sandwiches. I was ok with that and moved to order one but then questioned if I needed cash since their card reader would also be down. I was told the sandwich was on them. I watched this amazing crew kick into action, each working smoothly to contact online orders, take care of customers in the store, all while trying to get their power back on. It was inspiring to watch the team work together. I got my sandwich, was not delayed at all, and was treated amazingly well in what must have been a really stressful environment. I didn't have cash for a tip but this whole team deserves some recognition. read more

I placed an online order around 3:20, order was said to be ready at 3:38, We go in at 3:36. The order was not ready and I was fine with waiting for a minute. Almost 15 minutes go by and they made the wrong order while we were waiting, the guy that made our sandwich's ( by himself) ( 3 sandwiches) I don't know if it was the. manager or anything but we kept getting really mean looks from the older girls in there. The customer service was really good. Wesley helped me with excitement. This is not common with most sandwich shops. I know the employees don't get paid the big bucks. A couple behind me told me to order the California sub. It's not on the menu but it contains turkey, bacon and avocado. My sandwich was beautiful! See pics. The sandwich was delicious! I added banana peppers and did it Mikes way. I wished I would of got more sauce because I'm a saucy gal. I try to keep it healthy as possible. No Mayo, it seems like mustard may over power the natural flavors. What I longed for was the sweet hot peppers that the Blimpie sandwich shop used to use. I had my very first "Jersey Mike's" sub today. I grew up in NY and we had "Mike's Submarines" as a franchise that sprouted throughout the state, so I had a feeling that "Jersey Mike's" might be something similar. I was not wrong. Jersey Mike's has a bread that I really enjoy "Parm rosemary". I highly recommend it. They also had an "Italian Sub" choice so I went with that in order to compare it to "the Vito" at Jimmy Johns. Final conclusion... both are excellent subs. JM's was a little more expensive...by about $2-3. That would be my only complaint. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and it disappoints me to give them a bad review but when you see filthy counter tops and filthy grill that someone adds fresh meat onto the grill makes you (or you should) wonder what else are you eating that you didn't order. I was a teenager (many years ago) when I had ti get my food handler's license so I could prepare food for the public and not make them sick. Cleaning your hands, work station and handling raw food was paramount. This isn't the first time I have had to write a review on Jersey Mike's food handling. The previous I talked about how important it is not to use the same utensil to pickup cooked meat after using that utensil to handle raw chicken. This should be common sense but they do it anyway. I only get the number 13 Italian. It's a good sandwich and I don't really have to worry about cross contamination. But when I saw the filthy work station I changed my mind about ordering anything for a while. I can make my own Jersey Mike's style Italian subs, I did it for years before they finally moved here. read more

Slow and not very friendly. I was the only person in the store and still had to wait a while to be taken care of. And once I was greeted the people working there weren't very helpful. The tomatoes looked terrible so I asked to replace them and it was as if I had asked them to remake the entire sandwich. And when I asked if the can soda could be subbed for the combo since the soda machine was out of order for the drink I wanted I was told no and had to buy them separately. I wouldn't mind normally, but it ended up being close to $20 for a single meal, that's insane so I canceled the combo and got some more grief for changing my order. read more

Food was very good. HOWEVER the delivery service, I believe it was DoorDash, SUCKED. I placed 2 separate orders and both orders were delivered to one location. Had I wanted both orders delivered to the same address I would not have placed 2 separate orders with 2 separate addresses! Yes, I notified Jersey Mikes, they brushed me off! read more

I said I wouldn't come back and we did but we did an online order because we didn't feel they were taking orders in house based on the last time we were there six days ago. Ordered four sandwiches, and the giant Italian on rosemary bread came as a giant Italian on white. I wish they would have just let me know as we picked up our order and not wait till we get back to the house. We will probably try them again as we love the sandwiches but just wish there's a little bit more polish in the service. read more
