Now this was delicious, I really think we need a food battle between Jersey Mike's and Subway. JM's bread is baked in store, the bread was nice and soft. It came with onions mushrooms cheese and I had them add chipotle sauce. The sauce gave it a nice kick. The staff very polite and professional. I definite score here. Made an order and paid with a gift card and was over charged. I didn't realize till after I was home and looked over the receipt. I immediately called but didn't get anywhere wrote an email to corporate and got a generic response that someone would get in touch with me within 48 hrs. I still didn't get a response and again sent an email but it's been more than 3 months and still no response. My only take away from this is that the local store and corporate simply condone and encourage their employees to overcharge customers to help with the bottom line. This is a pitifully stupid way to run a business. read more

They always have good subs. Online ordering is very simple. They put a lot of freshly cut meat on the sub. Bread is always soft and fresh. People working there are always friendly and nice. I've never had a bad experience going there. Been going since it opened. read more

The food is always good, sometimes slow or you stand there at the glass waiting for them to make a bunch of app orders while you stare with no welcome given. But, it's crazy I rarely see anyone dining in, but when I do, every single table is dirty with crumbs and stuff. Every time. Please clean your tables between customers and not just once a day (maybe??). read more

Had the longest hair in life on my sandwich just now very unacceptable I love jersey mikes and never had an issue until today!

7/16/23 Ordered via the online app #13 w X Cheese ($1.75 upcharge) and low and behold I get home to dig in and it's like "where's the cheese" - the receipt shows I was charged for extra cheese. If I would have lived closer I would have driven back to get my order corrected. All those guys in there hanging behind the counter but can't get the order done right. smh Look at the pic of the sub if that is x c that's a shame, if it was a mistake come on pay more attention when doing your job. read more

Good and fresh. I love how the meats and cheeses (if you get one of those sandwiches) are sliced to order and right onto the sub roll. Jersey Mike's isn't exactly speedy but it's still pretty quick. My #13 was topped "Mike's Way" with lettuce and tomato and onion and mayo and oil/vinegar. Very tasty stuff! Totally would return to Jersey Mike's. read more

It's fine for a chain. Recently got a #13 Mikes way and it was OK, if your looking to go to a chain this is a better option than going to any one of the Subways in the area. Not quite as good as Priomos, who does have better ingredients, but is also more expensive, but a good place to get a consistent standard sub. read more

The vinegar and the oil - weak They seem to drown it in it which got me excited but it tasted like nothing. Could make better sandwiches at home. I visited the Wilkes Barre location today, I purchased 2 Big Kahunas and 1Turkey and Swiss. My bill was 56.00. I get home, my husband bites into his sandwich and comes out with a 6 inch black hair. Ordered online and then waited another 20 minutes in the store. I asked twice about the status of our order - politely. At the end, I mentioned one time that we waited 20 minutes, and the tall guy behind the counter yelled out "Want to come and work behind the line with us???" That's not acceptable. read more

At 3pm today, I stopped in at jersey mikes on Bear Creek boulevard. Every thing was well done except the guy at the register who was also the guy who put the veggies on your sandwich. This guy ran around waiting on other customers while I waited for him to finish my sandwich. People would walk in with take out orders and he would stop working on my sandwich and look for their orders while I waited. When I told him I was in a little hurry. He told me I got other customers. I told him why don't you finish my sandwich first since you already took my money and I've been waiting nearly ten minutes for you to finish. The guy got belligerent and I believe voiced some kind of slur under his breath, took more time to finish my sandwich by working slowly, then finished.. A chain that makes a good sub, Jersey Mikes. Don't get your hopes up, unless that is, you are from the Scranton/WB area. Then this may be a 5 star for you! Good bread, good meats, good toppings, and excellent service. this is different by a mile from Primo, but they do make an excellent product. read more

The staff there are very nice and the food is amazing. I think the prices are reasonable and the store is very clean. The bathrooms there everytime I go are always so clean, hard to find that. read more

This Jersey Mikes is brand new and I must admit- a HUGE PLUS for this area! food is fresh, staff is super friendly, place is sparkly clean. Jersey Mike's subs are tasty and fresh. they cut the meat right in front of you so you know what you are getting. The managers and owners are really friendly people. GO JERSEY MIKES!!! I personally like a mini #7 no cheese. mikes way. extra spicy. jalapeños and banana peppers. the condiments make the sammie!!!!! Stop by this store- it's right across from the VA hospital. Spent $20+ for two buffalo chicken wraps just because they're that small. Specifically asked for no lettuce and tomato (I even saw it written on my copy after I ordered). Get home to two wraps both with lettuce and tomato. I already hate subway, and i liked this place because they're just better, but this was such a waste. Never again, thanks jersey mikes! read more

This is a chain restaurant. I gave it 5 stars. No, it's not a mistake. Jersey Mike's is really that good. Let's make a comparison with other chain sandwich shops. Subway may bake their breads fresh in house, but their meats are precut. We all know it. Plus their food gives me horrible stomach pains. Giving birth is less painful. Panera....Yes, Panera with their clean eating, good food schpeal. Pre-packaged! I have a co-worker who wanted an item on their menu made without the mushrooms. He was told no. The components are packaged together, cut open and grilled to make the sandwich. I actually like Panera, really, I do. At Jersey Mike's, the meats are sliced in front of your eyes. The meats are fresh and juicy. And you have to have the sandwiches Mike's Way, with the best red wine vinegar and olive oil I've ever had on a sub. If you want a low carb option, get the sub in a tub. Everything that goes on the sub, just in a bowl, no bread and it's food for days. Fast and friendly service. Everyone there is great! Subs have always been delicious, but today they were advertised at 50% off if ordered on line. Wanting to support our local businesses, we are getting takeout every few days, so we jumped on it and ordered two large subs and drove 40 minutes to get them. We were told they would be ready at 2:30, 30 minutes after they were ordered, and to go to the take out line to pass up the regular line. We got there at about 2:45 PM but the order was not ready and my husband waited while the subs were being put together, and about 5 different ignorant folks came in and bumped into him, ignoring the any feet request to separate!!! So he was exposed to all of them and we are at high risk being in our 70's. Then there were the two subs-what was really at 50% off was the meat-our ham sub had only 1 slice on the foot long sub!!!!!! So disappointed, but too photos of the limp meatless for all intents and purposes subs to prove what I am saying!!!! Not the usual I can tell you but most disappointing to have gone so far in these terrible times to get some thing that was not able to even serve as a treat, much less a supper for two old folks!!!!!!!! read more

Sub was pricey but very good. However at 3:30 in the afternoon, with two customers, 1 to go and mine to eat in, every table was dirty and they seemed put out when I told them the tables were dirty. Poor customer service. read more
