I immediately called but didn't get anywhere wrote an email to corporate and got a generic response that someone would get in touch with me within 48 hrs. I still didn't get a response and again sent an email but it's been more than 3 months and still no response. My only take away from this is that the local store and corporate simply condone and encourage their employees to overcharge customers to help with the bottom line.
