This, in my opinion, is one of the best Jersey Mike's. Today, even though the online order was very mixed up, (which is a firts!), the person I talked to was nice. My nephew eats here once a week. Me, 2-3 times a month. Honestly, I can forgive minor minor minor mistakes. Today was not minor, especially, being my nephew hates onions, pickles, and anything spicy. They put that all on his. I wanted no mayo or mustard...mine was covered. Truly, should we have to check online/takeout orders before we leave? We shouldn't. I forgive it because maybe they were short staffed or training people. I just hope it doesn't happen again. I'm still giving 5 stars because I did get great customer service. Have been ordering from here for the past few years. Wife and I are now disappointed with the quality and service as of late. Used to be met with smiling, courteous people happy to build your sub anyway you wanted. We often ordered online, and were always happy with the food. Just last night, we ordered Philly cheese steak subs, and the meat on them was about half the usual amount, was dry and overcooked plus cold. Not returning to JM until management improves! read more

Update 6/19/19 @ 4:30pm. "Bobby Young" Jersey Mike's area manager has deleted his Google review where he pretends to be a customer but is an actual employee. However I have screenshots and have uploaded the screenshots to the photos section. You can see the comments there. I also have screenshots of his profiles where he himself indicates he has been in a General Manager and Area Manager of Jersey Mike's since 2015. Update: 6/19/19 There is a Google Review from a "Bobby Young". If you go under his Review history, he frequents Jersey Mike's and always rates 5 stars and reviews. He is actually a Jersey Mike's Area Manager. ******************************************** You can find him on numerous business listings. Please read my review and read his response to me as the customer as well as the fact that he fails to mention he is a Jersey Mike's employee giving a review on my issue. ***************************** Here is what happened: I ordered 2 Giant Philly Subs from Jersey Mike's. I placed the order online. 10 minutes later we arrived. We usually spend about $30-$40 when we order from Jersey Mike's. Well today the service was terrible. This is based upon dirty condiment packets, and unsatisfactory response from the team members. My partner is in law enforcement, I am a former manager in hospitality. The treatment today was totally unprofessional and a lack of judgement, in determining whether $32.00 loss of business is worth dirty ketchup packets. After we ordered we went to get some ketchup packets. The packets were covered in a substance that was arguably NOT ketchup. We did not feel that after spending at Jersey Mike's all the time that we should have to accept soiled food. As my experience in hospitality and healthcare, soiled food even packaged is still unsanitary, it is considered a "spill". We asked for new ketchup packets, the young man about 6ft, Caucasian, stocky build, wearing a baseball cap, I believe his name was Aaron told us to wait because he was busy settling the cash register. I waited about 3 minutes and then he put the register settlement to the side, unsecured (poor cash handling and controls) Instead of giving us new ketchup the young man decided to tell us that it is no big deal it was just a ketchup spill. The packets were all wet and had a substance on them. This is COMPLETELY unsanitary. Because of the way ketchup is retrieved from packets, the ketchup inside the pack will come in contact with whatever the substance is on the outside therefore making it cross contaminated. This is how food illness and outbreaks occur. Again the young man whose affleck was obnoxious towards us stated it was no big deal. The big deal to me was that he just could not give us fresh ketchup packets. We then decided to return both subs. For just $10-$20 more we can go have a sit down dinner with Cheddars which their steak and cheese is DELICIOUS! They also have excellent service and all the fresh packed ketchup we want. When we went to return the subs, the young man and his team mate asked was something wrong with the subs. We answered that we spend too much money in here to accept that treatment. The young man just kept stating it's only ketchup, it's only ketchup. My thoughts as a consumer with plenty of managerial experience, I know that this is not the way you respond to paying customers or potential customers in this manner. We will never give Jersey Mike's our money again. It's all in the details. An employee who won't change our dirty ketchup packets will also NOT wash his hands thoroughly with hot soap and water for 20-30 seconds. He does not value clean or sanitation. That is my perception of this location at this point. This same employee's "just ketchup" attitude transcends to so many other things. My first venture to Jersey Mike's and it was one of the great fast food sub experiences that I have ever had. They offer great hot and cold subs. My two favorites are the Italian cold cut sub with a very tasty provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. My hot sub favorite is of course the philly cheese which unlike subway is cooked right in front of you and served your way. One of my favorite sub joints. read more

This is my very favorite sandwich shop. Young people run this shop with great attitudes, which is hard to find these days. They are always fast and the sandwiches are always top notch. This facility is always clean and ready to serve, whether it's take out or dining in. Two thumbs up! read more

This Jersey Mikes stay pretty consistent. The girl that fixed my sub the other day was on point! Right amount of everything. Seems like they have a lot of call in orders and they seem to be consistent with them. I personally like the one on Firetower but this one is closer to work. Never had a problem with them. read more

Can't replace sub when I asked for a steak sub because I said 42 instead of 43. Sweet bros. I have spent thousands of dollars there, but will never spend another at this location.
