Frequently, the shop's mascot dog is around and she is super sweet. In terms of selection, they're very solid. There's not a ton of international stuff, but they have the big ones. For a smaller location, the selection of indie titles is impressive. I love the intimate feel of this place. I've never felt uncomfortable as a woman or in general and the shop has been able to answer any questions I've ever had. Love it here!

I guess he decided to break his own policy that is written on his receipt of no cash back returns - only store credit by how huge my eyes got when I heard the horrible word come out of his mouth. I will never return and I feel sorry for the African American male store cashier that works there for his calm and kind demeanor is what made me purchase in the first place. I will also be reporting this place to the BBB as well, maybe I don't know how to read how to make sure racists store receives reviews that hurt them just like they hurt their customers.

The replacement console they gave me was FULL of dead roaches and their feces, dust, and the av port was rusted. I keep my consoles in a humidity-controlled room, the rust came with the console, so did the dead roaches. I don't know how that passed any qa, or the original defective console for that matter. The prices are cheap, but going somewhere else would be advised. This place has gone downhill bad.

Compared to all the shops I've been too, this is one of the larger LCSs. That's because they also hold playing cards tournaments. That's a whole different animal I don't want to get into. The store has it all. You want modern, old age, graphic novels, back issues, $1 bins, slabs, toy collectibles, figures, Pops, manga, and other art works, it's here. Along with candy, snacks, soda and a bathroom. How long do these card tournaments last? Geeks, told you they're different animals. ;p Much respect to the card community. And I guess they pass out tee shirts to new visitors. Automatic five stars there. Seriously overall is five stars. This place has it all and the people working there were very nice. I was able to chat with all of them and understand the comic book community area a bit better. Virginia is a big hub for the community and they get packed. So what are you waiting for, a movie?
