My family and I have been customer's of Jesse's for 10+ years since he was located at the Wilmington office. He is very organized and his long-time secretary Alma is always so friendly. He has newer staff members that are rude and last year even though I had an appointment they made me wait 3 hours and said it was because they were backed up, I thought it was a one time instance since I never had issues prior. However, this year they made me wait hours again even though I had an appointment again. Jesse has become very conceited and rude. He prefers to take business owners over his long-time regular customers despite having an appointment, and sends his assistant to file now for "regular" customers... to top it off his fees are now ridiculous for the area. We wish him all the best in his business but he has lost this family as customers. We will not be returning. read more

Extremely disappointed i waited 3 hours here just to find out they had overlooked my name. I am very mad. Have been filing my taxes here since 2008 and would not dream of going anywhere else. Jesse is a trustworthy accountant who will advice you accordingly, in regards to tax and accounting needs. He is available year round to answer any tax questions. Due to Jesses great expertise and friendliness this small office is always bussy, especially during tax season.
