Steve and Jessica were amazing from start to finish. They were extremely organized and prompt in every aspect, which was necessary to complete a complex task of purchasing a home (with a sale contingency offer for my home getting accepted in this competitive market), selling my home in time at a record setting price, and setting up a rent back to allow time for remodeling the new purchased home. From getting the house ready for sale with de-cluttering/ staging, fixing minor things around the house like patching up nail marks on the drywall, hosting the open house, going through the multiple offers, and setting up the escrow, etc, their team was always on top of everything. They made the complex task seem easy. We have bought and sold homes in multiple states, and Steve and Jessica were truly outstanding agents on our behalf. I have the highest recommendations for their team! read more

Jessica Hong, REALTOR - Hong Real Estate Group - Home - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Irvine, California

Jessica and Steve's team have been a pleasure to work with. They are thorough in what they do and provide you the best advice that is in your interest. Their personal touch with their clients is something that puts them apart from their competetion. We had the pleasure of working with them for the sale of our home. They presented to us what they could offer as a service and were not at all pushy so that we choose them. They let their credentials do the talking. Upon signing up with them, they were very detail oriented and had a team that would take care of everything from cleaning to inspections to decorating. You name it and they had a person for it all. Once the offers started pouring in (some even before the listing went live), they had our best interest in mind and gave us the best advice on when to accept or reject offers that were coming our way. I will undoubtedly highly recommend them to any of my family and friends and will reach out to them for any other real estate needs that I have in the future. read more

We were fortunate to have Jessica and her team assist us in selling our Irvine, CA home. The Hong Real Estate Group is truly a full-service realtor. We have sold several homes and this most recent experience was by far the best. Recommendations/guidance were spot on. They did a superb job; marketing, MLS listing with professional photos and videos, soft staging. conducting open houses (only one weekend needed) and negotiating the sale. read more

Steve and Jessica helped us when we bought our new home in Irvine Palermo. They helped us look at a few other locations throughout the search, and due to their familiarity with the Irvine area, they were very informative about the places we looked at. They were extremely helpful throughout the process! For the contract signing, they gave us insights on what could be negotiated and helped set expectations when it came to new builds. What we found especially helpful was that they came to all of our design meetings and were able to provide their inputs on where we may want to consider leveraging the design center vs a 3rd party. For the 3rd party options, they were happy to provide recommendations based on their experience as well. Additionally, they came along our walk throughs and were able to point out issues that needed to be addressed way better than we could have. Steve and Jessica also had helped my parents purchase their home, and my sister and brother in law buy and sell their home so we knew we were in good hands. :) read more

With her wealth of knowledge, experience, and insight throughout Orange County, Jessica has recommended the perfect neighborhood and house for my family. She looked at the house very carefully and sophisticatedly as if she was looking for her houses. I trusted and relied on her, from visiting the house to closing contracts. There is a reason why so many people recommend her. I made many decisions while buying the house, but the one I did best was with Jessica. If I ever repurchase a house in the future, I will definitely ask the Jessica team again. Highly suggestion! read more

Purchasing a house was the biggest investment decision I had to make in my life and I didn't feel comfortable with just any broker out there so I did some intense research and luckily I found Jessica Hong and Steve Park. Jessica and Steve are a fantastic team. They are different class. Jessica helped us find our first home and she made the whole process incredibly easy. She was able to line up all the necessary appointments right away, lender, escrow, home inspector, termite inspector, appraiser, etc, and helped us through the entire process. She was super friendly, kept us on track with deadlines and paperwork, and was great at explaining things. Steve took great care of our new home to make sure everything was set up for our move in including cleaning, painting, etc. They couldn't have been more helpful. Jessica Hong and Steve Park represented my wife and me in the sale of our home in the Laguna Altura community of Irvine. We engaged Jessica and Steve in mid 2021. Our home was listed and ready to show in less than a month. We received multiple offers above our asking price and closed the sale a month later. Our sale included leaseback while our new home was being constructed. Jessica and Steve also represented us in the purchase of our new home in the Orchard Hills Community. Throughout the process of selling and buying our homes, Jessica and Steve were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They were in constant communication with us about the process, the documentation, and the anticipated timelines. They promptly answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We were very happy with the sale and lease back of our old home, and the purchase of our new home with the guidance and experience of Jessica and Steve. read more

Steve and Jessica are quite literally a Dynamic Duo. We have been through the process of selling on 5 different occasions and they all pale in comparison to our recent experience with Steve and Jessica. Their knowledge of the market and Irvine in particular is expansive. They pay incredible attention to detail and have a team of people whose sole job is to get your property into immaculate condition to show. They are hands on and incredibly responsive. We met with them on a Monday, our house was on the market that Friday and under contract by the end of the weekend. We are incredibly grateful to them for this seamless experience! read more

Jessica and Steve have a wonderful team. They work diligently to suit your needs. I was on the fence between selling my home or leasing it out and both of them gave me some insight on my options without being pushy. Steve thought of many ways to efficiently get repairmen/painters in and out quickly and smoothly during a time when painters were booked 2-3 weeks out. I really enjoyed working with them. When I call or text, either one responds promptly so I know they are taking good care of me. In the end, they successfully completed and met all my requirements. read more

Steve and Jessica made my dream come true. I found a house that I fell in love with but there was a catch. I had to sell my condo "yesterday" or the latest "today". I called Jessica on Friday evening and to get long story short (there is no long story hahaha) they had my condo listed on Sunday, multiple showings on Monday and we had an offer which we accepted on Tuesday. Done!!!! I sold my condo above asking price in no time and I got my house. Buying and selling in no time can be stressful but Steve and Jessica made it seamless and fun. They are experts with tremendous experience. Any question or issue was no problem. They got it all figured out in 2 seconds. I am very grateful for their help, and it was fun working with them. I would not recommend Jessica. Time and time again I asked this lady not to leave trash and her old stationary on my porch but she does it anyway. Calls or email do nothing, she thinks it is her right to put stuff on your door to alert the burglars that no one is home for the week. I would never hire anyone that disrespects your right. Her partner Steve is just as worse, employs the same tactics too. Do I solicit you or put trash on your house or place of business? Her employees can't read English and the No Soliciting sign on my door. read more

We were trying to sell our house 2 years ago but ended up with renting it out because we were not satisfied with offers from buyers. Even we decided not to sell our house, Steve and Jessica respected our decision and never pushed us at all. We are out of the town now. At first we were so worried since we didn't hire someone who can take care of issues from the house and my tenant. Whenever problems occur they connect great handymen and gardeners and even they meet my tenant to sort out issues without any commissions and conditions. They treat my house as their own. don't even know how to start this. I was trying to buy a rental property in Irvine back in 2016, and I didn't know any realtor in OC then. One day, I just happened to grab her flyers somewhere and called her up. And that's how I got lucky. Jessica showed me all the properties that I picked (all of them were resale homes), but she recommended me to get a brand new construction which would be easier for me to maintain even though that means less commission for her compared to getting me a resale house. She helped me out from the beginning until now in every single aspect getting the property ready for rent such as getting blinds, flooring, etc and finding a tenant and other things. I was too busy doing all that with no time driving all the way to Irvine from LA. So, Jessica did all the work for me and she didn't charge me for doing all the extra work. I closed my property on the week of Christmas, and she got me a tenant who moved in 2 days after the closing, right before Christmas. I know that was not an easy thing, because no one moves during holiday, especially the day before Christmas eve. But, with Jessica, she made everything happened. Even after the first tenant moved out, she took care of everything for me and find another tenant right away within a week. I sincerely appreciate all the things that she has done for me, and i don't think i can find any realtor like her anywhere nor any other realtor would do the same things that Jessica did for me. I can't even count how much money I was able to save because of her all these years. I seriously think i was super lucky finding her and getting her as my realtor. After that, I introduced her to my sister and again to my coworker who was shopping for a house. All of them were very satisfied and happy with their current homes. All I can say is Thank you, Jessica, you did so much for me and you saved me a lot of money. I don't think i can find any realtor like you. Big thumbs up!!! read more

Jessica and Steve were amazing to work with. Their expert knowledge of the area was indispensable and they were very responsive to all the questions that we had. After seeing just a few homes on the first day they knew exactly what kind of homes we were looking for and were able to customize each subsequent day to maximize the time that we had. Finally, as first time homebuyers they were extremely helpful with the whole escrow process including helping us to understand all the details of the contract, ensuring the inspection and necessary repairs went smoothly, and even referring us to a great mortgage agent. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Jessica and Steve at RealtyOne. They made the entire process for our home sale transparent and smooth. After interviewing a few agents, Jessica and Steve stood out because they'd really listened to our needs and requirements and acted quickly to prepare us with a personalized proposal. Their insider knowledge of the area, excellent track of record, and willingness to help make us feel confident to let them sell our house. Before they listed out house, they took extra steps to prepare the house to its best shape, they sent different persons to our home to do the cleaning, misc. fixes, decorative and photographing, etc. After the house is listed, they host open houses on every weekend until the house is sold. They always keep us in the loop and their responsiveness was very quick. I could not find any reason not to recommend their service to anyone who has needs to buy/sell house in the area. I've heard about Jessica being the top agent in Irvine area for 15 years, so I asked her help for buying my first condo, and she didn't disappoint! She had this charming charisma and a professional mannerism that pushed things forward quickly and we accomplished the goal of 30-day escrow owing to her prompt responses, negotiation skills and hard working ethics. Wahoo, I was able to buy the first home of my dreams so easily due to Jessica's experience and the expertise of her crew members. She connected me to the loan expert, inspection person, and a contractor for remodeling. She even provided recommendations for remodeling when I didn't have much ideas in that area. I am in my honeymoon with my new condo and really happy with how my new condo transformed after the remodeling work. I do appreciate her skills and talents!! She is very insightful and perspective, as well as having significant knowledge about Fung Shui (a Chinese philosophy about harmonizing environment). So if you believe in it as much as I do, she'll find a home just right for you in every possible way.
