The shop is really quiet and comfortable, no drama. Jody is very professional, and she speaks good English, so she can talk to you. She is very particular when she does nails. She wants to do them exactly right. She does not cut corners. The nails will last for 4 weeks, and Jody is an artist! She can make the prettiest designs. I really like her. The only complaint that I have about the shop is that the pedicure chair is rough. I think it is an older chair. Overall, this is a very nice shop.

It also didn't hurt that their store front want cute. Everything seemed great until the stylist asked if I was planning on returning for my next set of highlights. When I said I didn't know, I felt like I no longer became important. I was given the quickest haircut of my life which left it all one length (I have wavy hair, think triangle shaped) and uneven, then was placed under a dryer for 20 min and sent out the door with it still damp. When I called to have it fixed, the stylist seemed incredulous that there was anything wrong and bullied me with me leaving still unhappy. It was the most expensive ($40 + tip) worst haircut I've ever received. I ended up just going to Great Clips and having it fixed. Perhaps Salon Capelli is a great place if you intend to be a regular, but as one timer it was not a good experience.

I am a nurse and don't take a lot of time to do selfcare, so she was so understanding that this was my time, she was so kind and let me relax, asked me a few questions but just kinda let me zen out.
