Keep in mind that I have been going to her for at least a year or more. She then said she was not sure she had time for the darker roots. I said the other times I have had my hair done with foils high lights and low lights they have been able to add dark roots at the same time. She said "I am not them" She then went on a rant, so I decided to leave and would never go back to her.

I've never not gone to get cash for them when their credit card system is down. I have no idea what their complaint is and I guess I'll never know. This is on top of a previous refusal to closely crop my hair on the sides - I guess because it was considered militant or something - by the stylist. I'm retired military so I prefer short hair. Very disheartening to hear something like that, and for it to occur in front of a child.
