The traditional Dr I was seeing originally saw me and gave me 2 blood pressure medication prescriptions. She then told me she would see me in 4 months for a follow up. As a 30 year old man who should not be hypertensive I was discouraged that I was quickly given prescription I would end up needing to be on for the rest of my life. Not being ok with this way of handling I was seeking a Doctor who would be willing and able to work with me in partnership in my health. Someone who was willing to sit down and get to the root cause of the issue of what was causing my high blood pressure. When I say that Dr Tami was willing to sit down and get to the root cause, the exam room literally has a regular table with chairs that her and her staff sit with me and go line by line through the many tests that are done to explain each result and what the reason for each test is and what the result tells us about my body. She also sends a recap email of each visit which I find very useful to be able to do my own research on each recommendation and I send questions or clarification to the recap email to really have a full understanding of our plan and the recommendations. This is not something that I would ever get to do with a traditional Doctor. In any setting you would think that this service would be extremely expensive however my plan is $135 a month which for all of the time and effort put in my Dr Tami and her staff is very fair. In the very short time I've been seeing Dr Tami as of today I have fully come off of one of the medications I was prescribed, thanks to the natural supplements I have been taking. I am confident that as long as I continue on this currently plan I will be able to get off of the second prescription. Dr. Tami's relationships with other providers has also been a huge plus. I have been able to quickly get appointments with specialist, found an amazing chiropractor (Sports Chiro Rehab Dr Patel) and been able to quickly get shipments of a supplement (when I waited too long to reorder). The office stay Emmanuel, Trinity and Jason the Virtual assistant are also very polite and accommodating. I look forward to continue being patient at Aspire and would highly recommend this Doctor

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

This is truly one of, if not the most, horrendous medical offices in existence. After calling about…read more7 times (3 today in a row) I was finally able to get someone in the front office named Robin. I'm not sure if she knows how useless the rest of the staff is in general, or if she's just aware of the messages I've left the past three weeks begging for a prescription refill, but she was kind enough to offer immediate assistance. Besides that, I've been hung up on twice before I could even say "Hello" and if you leave a message, they will NOT call you back or help you. It's a shame that there are probably one or two good admins there that are being held back by the rest of their miserable and untrained staff. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with them and unfortunately it probably wont be the last until I find a new neurologist !

Most recently I saw her 5 weeks ago today which is February 16th 2026, and we discussed a new prescription for me with a higher milligram to help me with my issue. Since then it has NEVER been called into my Pharmacy correctly. I have called her office at least 15 times to try to get this matter resolved. Everyone I talk to assures me it will be taken care of and of course it never is. I did call my insurance provider and they said it is totally covered however her staff or herself continue to call in the WRONG milligram that we discussed . I am livid, not to mention in unneeded severe pain . I did ask to speak to a supervisor and was told my issue had been given to one ,and no one has ever called me back to discuss this with me . This is the most unprofessional and uncaring office as well as manner for a doctor and her staff to take care of their patients with lack of concern . So as it turns out when I went to my primary doctor last week he of course sees the report that Dr Kalirao made in her notes, and she NEVER called the new prescription in . I'm disgusted and there is no excuse for this . We made an appointment with Dr Kalirao (one of the few neurologists who accepted my husband's…read moreinsurance, but that's another story) at the urging of his primary physician. The person on the phone made the appointment for the first available date - a month later. Turns out, the doctor was on vacation on that date, which we didn't find out till we went to the office and which the scheduler should have known. Next available appointment was in another month, unless we were willing to drive to the Ft Lauderdale office. We took the earlier appointment and spent the better part of a day to take care of it. That office is small and much less crowded, we were to find out later. Dr Kaliroa made an almost instant diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, ordered tests and prescribed meds, with no explanation as to what they were for or how much they cost (a lot), or what we were to expect. She seemed kind and knowledgable, but the appointment was rushed and we didn't get to ask too many questions. My husband has other issues which may or may not have been in play. So we left a little bewildered - had to go home and look up "Parkinson's disease" which of course only caused more confusion. The office staff however was relaxed and friendly, even joking with us, and Michael, her assistant was wonderful. Second follow-up appointment was at the Coral Springs office. We waited in a standing room only waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes, before being shown into the examination room, where we waited for another 20 minutes. The office staff was rushed, brusque, and the receptionist didn't even look up when speaking to us. There was an extra $5 charge for using a credit card. Dr Kaliroa was herself very rushed when she came into the room. She prescribed a new medication. We had prepared our questions, but only got to ask one of them before it was clear she was not paying attention, examining a chart and then excusing herself. Turns out the new medication absolutely CANNOT be taken with another he is taking (which is on his list) and I would never have known this without doing my own research after he showed a definite decline in his wellness. We stopped that drug and made an appointment with his primary, to get some answers finally and some clarity. Bottom line: Dr Kaliroa seems like a competent doctor, if you have her full attention. And despite the frustration we had, was nice enough. But the practice is huge - HUGE! - and obviously beyond extremely busy. Schedule the Ft Lauderdale office for a more patient-friendly visit if you can. Make sure they know you plan to ask questions and may take a minute. Tell them while making the appointment, and again when you arrive. You will need to be your own advocate here. Kudos to Izabella at the front desk, and to Michael - both personable, kind, and professional. We'll be changing insurance this fall, and looking for another neurology office.

We had a serious issue with pill mills in the past, and I would like to think those days are over…read more After one visit to this place, I'm not so sure. To begin with, I arrived early for my visit so I could fill out their ridiculous amount of paperwork. On it were the obligatory questions about the pain I was in, but no one seemed concerned with what I put down, as they kept referring to other things that were not bothering me. Also, when I made the appointment, I specifically asked for Dr. Amin, but I never saw him. I filled out the paperwork and sat in the annoying waiting room where the television is entirely too loud and on a continuous loop of ads. Nothing else. I wished there was a remote out there so I could turn it off, but that would show true concern for the patients and you won't find that here. I finally was brought in to the madness of the back, and Michael, the nurse (I'm not sure if he's actually a nurse but I don't think he's a physician's assistant and I know he's not a doctor) could not have been nicer. If this review was about him, it would be five stars. He was the only one I met who actually listened to me. Next came the PA. This could either stand for Physician's Assistant or Pain in the Ass, you can decide for yourself. She was a nightmare. She apologized for the amount of time I had to wait, but she had to go outside because her car was hit. Which is saying to the patient that her car is more important. That gives you an idea of the caliber of the practice. Finally the doctor came in. He stood across the room and recited to me what his PA had written down, incorrectly, which completely threw him off because he had already decided on the the diagnosis and course of treatment (all with drugs) before he walked in the room. He never examined me, he stood with his back against the door and never entered any further into the room. I now know how lepers must feel. He prescribed several medications for me, which is why I started feeling like I was in a pill mill. Then he told me he would call in another prescription, and that pharmacy would call me to make arrangements. I was also to have an MRI. Finally, something that made sense. His office would arrange that and the MRI office would call me to schedule. I also had to give them a urine sample, but for the life of me, I don't know why. I gave it to them. I have yet to hear anything more about it. I was shown to the front desk where the receptionist immediately tried to book my next appointment. I informed her that I couldn't very well do that since I hadn't had the MRI yet, which completely threw her off. I patiently explained to her (maybe not so patiently) that I had to have an MRI and that her office was going to call the MRI place and let them know what the were scanning, and once that was done, then I would call and make the next appointment. I'm guessing she gets paid on how many appointments she makes because she was not happy. Several weeks later I received a letter in the mail from some company that claimed they had been trying to call me (even though I never got a phone call from them) to finalize the medication. I checked and it's a medication that is NOT covered by my insurance, and I can only guess that Dr. Macek gets a kickback from the drug company, because I cannot come up with another reason why he would prescribe this for me, particularly since he still had not examined me. Oh, and the MRI? Well, it's been over a month and I still have not heard from anyone about that. As I said, this made me think I was in a pill mill and nothing has happened since change my opinion. In reading the reviews on here, it seems that most patients are very happy with Dr. Amin. I cannot understand why I was not put on his schedule when I specifically asked for him, but I was not. Sadly, I'm not willing to give this place another chance.
