They arrived on time, did their job, set up a plan to return, and were gone in a few minutes. The bounce house/slide was fantastic! The kids and adults had a wonderful time. It was the best birthday party we've ever put on. From here on out, we'll always skimp on the minutia in order to have a bounce house/slide at our parties. If you plan in advance, have a good attitude, and don't expect the world out of a bounce house company, you should be pretty satisfied with your experience. I called to book 4 weeks before my party. The guy asked me to text him the address/date/time.....really a text? Red flag #1. He responded with "ok" so I assumed that meant we were good? I texted him the night before the party to see what time he would be arriving. He texted me back early morning and said "between 11-12" I responded with "perfect! See you then" It's 11, then 11:30, then 12:30. I'm freaking out I have guests arriving in 30 minutes! Yesterday, one of their employees used horrible profanity towards me when I asked for a refund. I had booked a bounce house with Jessica's Jolly Jumps at least a month before my wedding, as I wanted my son to have a great time and that was a present to him. While setting everything up Eric did a great job going over things with me. It was to get there at 4 pm and leave the next day. I had called two days before the wedding to see if they could drop it off earlier than we had arranged and he said it was no problem. The day of the wedding I called to see if we could get a generator and at that point found out we were going to be getting the wrong bounce house (much bigger and more expensive than what I had orginally ordered) but he arranged for me to get the one I wanted and it was set up on time and everything seemed great. Then in the middle of our toasts at 8 pm their employees showed up to pick it up. We had to leave our toasting to explain that we had it till the next day. THe employees called their boss and were told there was nothing they could do and there was no discussion. Not wanting to make a scene, I just let it go even though my son and all the other children were very dissapointed (and my son cried to me about it later in the night). When I called the next morning I was greeted by a very unprofessional Eric who was almost yelling at me about how difficult people are to deal with, how he was 49 and about to have a heart attack from the stress and how he just wanted to sell his business because it was too much to handle. He argued with me about how things went, even though I just kept stating facts and was very calm. Toward the end of our almost 20 minutes on the phone he finally calmed a bit, even though he told me that the conversation was fairly pointless. He did say that if I ever wanted a bounce house for a party he would try and work with me in the future - but made no promise of making up what happened. The day of the event, I call to make sure everything is good to go--only to find out that they "never heard from me" and assumed they weren't doing it. I'm sorry, but good business practices dictate that you should phone a customer before canceling on them. I will be reporting this pathetic excuse of a company to the BBB. I agree with a previous review, Eric (the owner) was very argumentative while I was trying to still make this happen. All of the sudden he drops that I will need a permit for the bounce house. This place is horrible!!! I booked them for my wedding. We were planning on having a kids play area (jump house), everything had been booked and taken care of, or so we thought. The day of the wedding when we're there to pick it up, the owner comes out to tell us: "you don't have the proper paperwork, we're not renting to you." We asked several times during the planning process what we needed, all we were instructed to have was insurance (which we did), but all of the sudden we now needed a permit. This permit never came up once during any of the previous conversations, even when we asked if there was anything else besides insurance. We rented a bounce house/slide combo for my sons 7th birthday which we held at a public park. They showed up on time and more importantly they picked up on time. Only thing to "complain" about was that the 90% of the ordering was done through text, which isn't very professional. Also, we ordered a tropical themed jumper, but a colorful one was what appeared on his birthday. He did call to confirm with my husband the day or two before and ended up up selling him a bigger one, so it's slightly our fault for not asking if it would be a tropical themed one. Eric is very eager to get the business. He doesn't like if you ask too many questions, since everything is done through texting. Eric and his side-kick were very rude when putting up the Obstacle Course Bounce House. I expressed concerns because they left a space between the pieces (3 in all). Eric yelled "We aren't done yet". But guess what, that's how they left it . Several kids fell into the "hole" and hurt themselves. Eric came early to pick up the bounce houses, but told my husband they would wait. !!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I called and told the gentleman on the phone I was having party earlier in the week. I told him it would go in my driveway, and the kids would have a slip n slide in my front grass area. I told him "we did not intend on getting the bounce house wet on purpose", but the kids will be in their swimsuits when they go in it they may be damp. He quoted me $200 for a combo bounce house ... and then he said on the phone SEVERAL TIMES that there would be a $50 deposit in case the bounce house was returned wet, then he would keep the $50 deposit. He mentioned the $50, not me, where would I even come up with that number, I know nothing about bounce houses. In text later I mentioned there is a chance the kids may get it wet so he could keep the $50 deposit. So the day before the party he texts and said he can only give me $350 waterslide, and he never mentioned the bounce house could get wet - TOTAL LIE. Then goes on and on that he NEVER said that we could get it wet for $50. I'm writing this because this is ridiculous. I have no reason to lie. I can find a million bounce houses anywhere. If he said no to my initial request, then I just would've went somewhere else, easy. But instead this guy backs out, and tries to charge me $150 more the day before the party. The irony is I didn't even plan to get it wet. The kids would've just been in their swimsuits and it would've gotten damp. Thats why I thought he understood that when he said the $50 deposit. Anyway in the end he kept harassing me with texts, of which I have. He then said if I gave him a bad yelp review he would call because he knows the "rep" and they would take it off. I would not normally take the time to write a review for a company that arranged a bounce house for my daughters 4th birthday party but I was beyond impressed with the professional staff, timeliness, general courteousness of employees and how seamless this whole jump house thing worked out to be. My daughter and 19 little rascals were completely overjoyed with this bounce house for 4 hours straight and the parents had time to catch up and spend time together. These guys came in and set it up and took it away when we were finished.
