It was extremely tender, juicy and tasty with the right amount of spice, and all our guests raved about it - even my picky 5 year old grandson loved it, and ate tri tip sandwiches all week! We had used Grill Fellas several years ago and remembered how good the tri tip was, so I called, and Bill was willing to cook several tri tips for us, plus deliver, slice and set them up in a chafing tray we had so the proper temperatures could be maintained and the meat wouldn't dry out. Bill is very reliable (important when expecting a lot of guests!) and also very helpful which ensured the food service went smoothly. So many people asked about the tri tip, but since Bill doesn't sell individual tri tips, I would like to suggest he take orders and maybe cook all the orders once a month and sell them on one day - just a thought! Dealing with Jessica for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party was so easy. She was very friendly and was able to work with me to let me know all the information I needed up front. Jessica and Victor got there and set up quickly and got busy cooking our feast. The food was excellent, and the quesadillas they make are out of this world. That is not just me saying it either because I heard that from several people at the party. The line for the food was long, but went quickly! Towards the end of the party, my dad got sick. He had not eaten all day and had worked a lot to prep for the party and had to rest for a while. Jessica texted after they left to tell me thank you and to tell me that she hoped my dad was doing ok. People don't generally do things like that if they are doing a job for you, but Jessica and Victor are not most people. They are exceptional, just like the food. If you ever need a "taco guy" for your party, don't look any farther than Jessica's Taco Man. You won't regret it. read more

Her prices were very favorable, and she arrived early for the set up. The food was great tasting, authentic and she easily handled our large group. Everything went very smooth and we recommend her for all large and small gatherings. We will definitely utilize her service for our next party. Five stars all the way.
