FANTASTIC! My mom hired these guys to cater for my birthday party this past weekend, and they were lovely. Professional and kind service, food cooked on the spot in my parent's backyard, and more than enough food to feed all of our party guests twice over! Ernie showed up at 2pm with all of the supplies necessary to cook up delicious tacos, and had all of the food ready somewhere between 2:45 and 3pm. He cooked up carne asada, chicken, and spicy pork for the tacos. He also grilled up some onions and jalapeños (from my parent's backyard - per my dad's request), made quesadillas, and served up salsa, guacamole, chips, beans and rice to go along with it all. Every bit of it was delicious. I don't even want to tell you how many tacos I had - so I'll just say I got my fill and let you interpret what that means, hehe. Ernie stayed for about 2 hours and then made his way out (I'm assuming that's the time slot my mom had him booked to be there). Before leaving, he put all of the food in containers we could keep, and set up a station inside the kitchen for us so that the party didn't have to end when he left. Even after people had seconds and thirds, we still had plenty of leftovers! (I think I ate tacos for lunch and dinner the next two days - no complaints about this.) Loved the food! Jerry was at AnaheimCon at the Anaheim Public Central Library during the spring. I was volunteering at the event down in the basement, and I walked outside to be greeted by the lovely smell of his tacos. My friends and I couldn't resist and we all ordered a whole bunch!
