Beware there is zero flexibility once you schedule and hit the 24 hour mark. As a new client we scheduled via text after a "virtual consult." I had an urgent work matter come up w/in the 24 hours of my scheduled appt. I texted at 2:30 PM as my appt was at 5 PM appt and was honest about needing a reschedule due to an urgent work matter. I then texted again at 4:20 PM when I didn't hear back as I didn't want to be a no-show. She finally texted at 4:20 pm and said she would text after she finished a client. She then texted me at 7:30 PM with a reminder of the cancellation policy and charged me a full $220. I asked it if could go to a future appt - she said no b/c it was a no-show on day of appt. So like ZERO flexibility and understanding. Life happens and having a zero tolerance and flexibility approach does nothing but drive business away. I could have gotten over a partial fee or a partial credit but she handled it terribly. read more

Jessica has been coloring and cutting my hair since January 2017. I see her every 4-5weeks. Her prices are more than reasonable for the high quality work that she performs. She is very detail oriented and always strives to have the perfect shade as well as the perfect cut for my face shape, personality, and complexion. She has also helped me determine which products work best for my hair for my daily care. She recently noticed a spot of slight discoloration on my scalp that was not present when she saw me 4 weeks earlier. She told me about it and encouraged me to see a dermatologist because it could be skin cancer. I didn't know that I could get skin cancer on my scalp! I saw the dermatologist two weeks later and they took a skin sample, which confirmed Basal Cell Carcinoma. Which is a type of Skin Cancer. Because of her attention to detail, I was able to receive an early diagnosis and I start treatment soon to stop the spread of the cancer. My dermatologist was thoroughly impressed with her discerning eye and noted that I could have sustained muscle, never and bone damage if she had not noticed the spot or didn't advise me to see a doctor immediately. Jessica is a gift to her profession. I have never met a more attentive hair stylist who genuinely cares about the complete health of their clients. Jes is my ride or die stylist. Where do I begin, I have been seeing Jes for over 10 years. If I know one person who was BORN to do hair, it's her. Time and time again she gives me the best color I've ever had. I get highlights but she's done lo-lights, base touchups, extensions, up-doos, you name it and she's done it! I have been getting my color and cuts from Jessica for about a year now. I get a root touch up that she matches perfectly, and a highlight balayage, with gloss on the ends. I usually go 6 weeks, but could go 8 weeks easy, her work is that good. I also have been wanting to grow my hair out, thinking I wouldn't be able because it usually gets to a certain point and breaks off. Jessica is great with micro trimming and not cutting too much off, but keeping it healthy. My hair has finally grown out, I love it.
