I called my regular plumber but he was busy so I called one of those $49 drain cleaning companies who advertise these too good to be true deals , after they arrived they immediately pulled the bait and switch telling me I had "other issues" and my emergency didn't qualify for the deal , they then quoted me $1800!! I was referred to Gordon at Jet-4-Les by my plumber who was unable to open my sink with a snake. Gordon called me back within an hour, and we arranged a time for him to come by that was convenient for me. He arrived on time, and in less than an hour he had my sink running and was on his way. Should not even get one star. Gordon showed up to appointment and began trying to clear our drain. I had to leave and he took 375.00 and left snd said he would return with the proper nozzle that was not on his truck the very next day. He never returned and dodged all my calls and texts for over a month. He is currently working as I have had other people speak with him that he gets back too! So a complete crook and liar! It is refreshing to experience this type of quality service. All my drains were clogged and the pool was close to overflowing and not draining. The water in the flower beds near the house were full of water and it was running into my heating ducts. Over the holiday weekend, we had major blockage in our plumbing that our normal plumber didn't have the expertise/equipment to fix. We needed someone urgently because we were hosting our family's Christmas party in a few days (when we were calling around for quotes, a few plumbing services thought they could take advantage of our situation and stick on a holiday 'overcharge'!). We found Jet4Les by referral, and the plumber came by the very next day, after providing a very reasonable quote for hydrojetting the main line with a camera (through the process, we had learned that hydrojetting is a more effective plumbing method over snaking, especially for our situation where we had to reach further down the pipes to break down and wash out the blockage). He was very friendly and explained that the roots from the tree in our front yard had grown into the pipes, and went on to talk about and additional line we could install on the side of the house for better plumbing access, all without any pressure (we ended up not installing this). After he fixed our blockage issue, he told us that he guarantees his work for one year. Overall, we had a very positive experience and we felt that the plumber was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable, and definitely will be referring his service to friends and family. Gordon is not only a true professional, but he is a genuinely nice human being who cares about your dilemma! I called him late yesterday as our back yard was flooding in these severe rains from strained and partially clogged drains that just couldn't keep us with the volume of water and he agreed to come out the next morning (which was Super Bowl Sunday!) to hydro-jet our sewer lines and drains. His equipment is state of the art and very impressive and his own knowledge base is expansive (he has a plumbing background and now runs 5 trucks specializing in hydro-jetting which I can attest is the ONLY way to truly effectively open up your drains all the way). He spent two full hours in a cold drizzle blowing everything out and making sure everything was running smoothly...and in that process also identified two broken pipes (actually showed us on his camera-amazing!) which will need to be repaired by our landscaper this coming week. In this situation, he could have easily charged us extra given that it was a weekend and a major sporting holiday, but he charged us the same very reasonable fee he did three years ago. Then, as he was finishing, it started to pour and he said, "Ok...you guys text me this afternoon and let me know that no water is backing up." That's what I mean, he really cares about his clients and their dilemmas. Yes, this is our second time using Jet-4-Les and we wouldn't think about using anyone else.
