Our creative self installed irrigation system began to malfunction just prior to our vacation. An upgrade was extremely complicated as we had several different climate zones and the system had been made worse by a prior contractor. Tim quickly came to our rescue! I called 4 times during normal business hours and never got through to anyone so left 4 separate voicemail messages. I never had the courtesy of a call-back. As first time owners of a home with a complex water sprinkler setup that had a lot of problems Tim was not only able to identify and resolve all our issues but was also able to easily educate us with how our sprinkler system controls work. He even drew us a detailed map identifying all our sprinkler zones throughout our yard and how to control the water and timing for each section Additionally from an honesty stand point Tim had also originally planned to fix some detached water nozzles and sprinklers that he saw on his initial inspection on 4/4/2020 but when he came back to do the work four days later on 4/7/2020 he noticed the work had been fixed already by our gardeners. A lot of contractors probably would have said they fixed it and still charged us for the work but Tim was honest and let us know it appeared our gardeners handled the fixes. Finally Tim was very affordable and we wish we had contacted him much sooner instead of trying to figure things out on our own which we failed at miserably. Tim installed new sprinklers and sod at my house in Capo Beach a few months back, and now that it's been a minute, and things have settled, I wanted to write a review. Tim was great to work with, he quoted me a fair price, worked around my schedule to make things more than easy, and also was able to install some extra fake turf (leftover from a previous job) down my side yard. I'm very particular about details, and he did everything the right way, and did all of the work on time and within our agreed upon budget. Tim was great. I recently moved to a new house and noticed some of the plants, shrubs and patches of grass were turning brown. Tim came out and went through all of the sprinklers, drips, etc. He moved some of the sprinkler heads to where they should have been pointing, changed the timer to run a couple of minutes longer and a couple of other things. He aerated the lawn too. Within a month, all of my grass is green, no brown strips and my plants have come alive again.
