I got my car tinted here recently and didn't realize until the next day that I mistakenly got tint that was pretty dark on my front side windows. I didn't realize it was not legal and called to express my concern. Sam was extremely helpful and allowed me to come back the next day to replace the front side windows with a lighter tint. I had high hopes for this location. We made an appointment @9am to get the $99 deal + $40each for the two front windows on my 2014 Camry. We didnt know we'd be looking at 3 higher grade options for tint. Who wouldnt want the top brand for heat resistant tint? Wish that was mentioned alongside the deal. We decided to go with the 2nd best tint offered, went through two inspections on the car, paid, & went home. A couple hours went by, we realized the phone number on the invoice was incorrect. Gave them a call to fix it and Sam tells us that the detailers want to charge for tint removal or else they cant work on my car. (There was only 3inches of old tint at the bottom of the back winshield). We expected some sort of compromise but nope, they wanted to charge 150 for the strip of old tint to be removed. (Other locations charged the same amount for all 7 windows with the old tint to remove) He then says otp that we Have to come to the shop to get it all sorted. We decided to get a REFUND because of the wasted trip, them continuously trying to get over on us, and not mentioning the extra charge for tint removal during the inspections. To top it all off, they canceled the refund... smh so thats being handled also. Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

Made an appointment at 10am. Arrived at the shop before 10, checked in with the guy and after all that he told me car won't be done until 5pm. What's the point of making an appointment? They also damaged my rear passenger door panel and had to get that fixed out of pocket. The tint also weren't installed properly, had to redo it with different shop. I originally purchased a 4th of July special pricing but after speaking with Sam, he showed me the difference tint can make in keeping the inside a cooler temperature. I upgraded to the Ceramic Galaxy Tint and was not disappointed at all. My car is not a hot box like previous cars I've owned. I highly recommend Ceramic Galaxy Tint. It's an investment! I went here because my mother's car looked nice. But for some reason they can't get it right on my car. I went back twice and the second time is worse. There's more bubbles long ones and they keep cutting my tint short on the front windows. First my tint didn't go all the way up on my drivers side now it's cut short on my passenger side. So freaking annoying. I wish I could get my money back. Very lazy job. How's it a lifetime warranty if you keep cutting corners and doing a mediocre job. Get it together!!!!! Bought a Groupon and made an appointment. For there ans the staff is rude. I was told 1 to 2 hours. There were 4 people already waiting and they said it was a 5 hour wait. I threw the Groupon away! Also..the Groupon only covers the lowest grade tint. They try and upsell you to the $200 package...which is what other shops charge without the Groupon. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Got my windows tinted here a few months ago by Sam. I wanted to wait to make sure all the bubbles went away from a few of my windows before leaving a review. Which took almost 3-4 weeks. 1st my window tint came out good. But the sale only applies if you don't want heat reflection, so you can go as dark as you want for the $99 sale but with no heat reflected. Customer service was good. But the wait is why I am leaving 2 stars. I waited over 8+ HOURS!!! And even when I showed up at 9:30 at night, it still wasn't done. For reference I dropped off my car 1 o'clock on a Sunday. Had to call just to check on my car because I knew they would be closing soon & i never heard from Sam until i called multiple times. The first time i called he said an hour.. showed up and still needed to do one more window. I learned my lesson and won't ever return. read more

They had taken off my rear view mirror to work on placing a strip of tint. After a few hours I found my rear view mirror had fallen off the windshield! So I wanted to get my tint done and saw this special on TV and Social Media. It says $99 for all your windows with Ceramic Tint. Kinda on a budget so maybe I'll give it a try. I went on their website to see what the actual breakdown would be so I wouldn't sound stupid if I ever came in to get it done. The quote I received went from $99 to all the way up to $299 because I have "extra windows" and those small windows would amount to about $50 each? What? But if you go on their website, it states that they would cover those small windows?!? Yes kinda confusing. I just got my tint done from this shop 2 days ago. Don't get me wrong, the tint looks okay, but there is damage to my window trim and surrounding parts of the doors. I had an appointment at 11AM and didn't receive my car till 7:30PM! That's not even the worse part. When i got home my tire pressure light came on but i thought nothing of it, thinking it just needed some air. The next morning i wake up to go to work to my tire being completely flat, so i bring it to the tire shop for them to tell me i have razor blade stuck in my tire and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Super annoying and to be honest i wouldent really recommend this tint shop. I ended up spending more on a new tire than i did on the tint smh. read more

Although their social media advertisement is a little misleading, I still found the overall price, quality, and customer service to be stellar. Sam is very friendly and helpful. Just know that the $129 special does not include the front driver and front passenger windows ($40 each). Also, the tint offered at that price is of lesser quality, so I opted for the second level of ceramic tint. However, the price was still very good and I was offered a discount for doing two cars. I recommend Jet Black Tint. Just plan on $200-250 per car by the time you do all 7 of your windows (2 front, 2 rear, 2 small rear, 1 back window), and get the better level of tint for heat refraction and UV protection. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had my car tinted here and it was a disaster from start to finish. The first job was full of bubbles everywhere, jagged edges, scratches all around the film. I went back and had them redo it, and the second time was just as bad. When I asked about it, the tint guy brushed me off and told me "there's nothing he can do about the bubbles" -- which is ridiculous because I later found out that isn't true. Trying to get help through their customer service was even worse. I called multiple times, was constantly passed around to people who barely spoke English. I got yelled at, I asked for a supervisor, and then hung up on. No professionalism at all. I drove an hour to an another tint shop, and guess what? They fixed the tint with no issue. "I would never let a car leave looking like this" was the guys words when seeing my car. That proves the original shop has no idea what they are doing. i was trying to get the $149 4th of july special that is advertized on facebook. but it's all a scam so they can tell you your car dosen't qualify. the excuse i was givin was it needed to have 5 window including the rear above the deck lid. which mine does have 5 including the rear. the advertizment says nothing of size or configuration. and wanted to charge me $449.00 for my car that has slightly smaller rear windows using less tint compaired to other vehicles. make that make sence, in all they lose my business and everyone i know. not providing the service you are advertizing is bad business. read more
