I just picked up my car and I'm very happy with the work. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and and wanted to see different examples or get feedback on my choices and I appreciate him being so friendly and patient with me as this was my first time tinting one of my vehicles . I came in the day before I got a quote and he was able to schedule me the next day and called me when he finished. It was a very easy experience, my car looks great, and now I feel unstoppable driving in the heat with a black car with leather seats. I appreciate this superb level of customer service, all the advice he had, and how quick he was able to get me in an appt to get the job done. DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my luxury vehicle here to get tint services because the guy was a customer of mine and seemed like a legitimate person to go to for services based on his reviews. However, after getting services done here, they not only informed me that all of a sudden my back window was no longer adhered in place to my vehicle, and they had no idea how it got that way, but they also somehow screwed up my sensors for the Drive Assist feature in my Audi Q5. When I brought it to their attention, the owner first said they they didn't have anything to do with the sensor. And then I stated that I had already looked it up and found out online that this was something that happens after getting tint services. Pavel or Paul, whatever he goes by, then stated he needed to contact the dealer to find out how to fix the issue. I then received a text that I could bring my vehicle in and not even five minutes later, he was calling me to tell me that the sensor for this feature is in my bumper, and they wouldn't have touched it for any reason. I just had a service check on my vehicle two weeks ago, it's in tip top shape. So now, I am left to take care of these expensive fixes at the dealer because this business is too incompetent and crooked to do a service correctly, and if it can't be done correctly, to advise you that they can't do it.
