Think twice before renting the party bus. Bus was late to the party, the blue tooth didn't work and the driver did not know how to fix it. The bus was late to the first drop off because of the music situation, there were no waters/drinks available on the bus as there was supposed to be, there was a bag of empty alcohol cans left in the bus. The music finally worked the last hour and a half of the four hour rental. Bus driver dropped off the party (sweet 16 party) 10 mins early at the last destination. The owner of the company was very rude, said that "he has cameras everywhere in the bus so he could see the music working." Which again it didn't the first part of the ride. He said it was our fault they were late to the first stop because we were trying to get the music working and that was not his problem or the drivers. I asked to be reimbursed for some of the ride, he said no. Then later wrote me an email stating that he would give me $50 back (of the $700) if I didn't leave a bad review. I decided it was more important for others to know what they are getting into before paying for this companies service. It's unfortunate because it was a very nice bus, if only it was clean, had the waters as we were told would be provided, and the music worked or the driver knew how to assist with it. I organized 40 people to go to the lake since we have all gotten a little stir crazy in our apartment building. I arranged for a double decker boat out in Lake Pleasant to take us around and there was a blaring issue for transportation of 40 people to arrive on time. Scorpion Bay suggested Jet Limousines so I called them up and they were happy to help. Carl was our driver and he was early on both the trip to the lake and picking us up at the lake. He was friendly and efficient. When you're organizing 40 people for a party, you really don't want transportation to be an issue. I'm very happy with Jet's service and I will use them again if the situation calls for it. One thing I would like is a Bluetooth connection for passengers to use their music but that's a small issue. read more

He worked with me for my special need. I received a confirmation email within the same day. Then I received a reminder/confirmation 48 hours prior to my scheduled pickup. The day of my trip I received numerous emails with arrival time of the driver , status to destination, and arrival to my destination. The driver was wonderful!!! Very professional, extremely clean cut and most of all very very nicethe limo was gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend their services. I was impressed from beginning to end. I truly could not recommend a company less. The staff were unprofessional, non-communicative and unreliable. It is a wonder that Jet Limousines came recommended. Representatives were slow to respond to questions, did not return messages and failed to relay pertinent information to one another. My group reserved transportation via telephone 3 weeks ago. I received an email document, to which I needed to know my confirmation # for. And did not ever receive an email reply. Following 3 phone calls, "the right person" was finally "in" and apparently there was no record of the attempted reservation. Again, I began the reservation process and to no avail because the company's excuse every time I followed up on yet another unanswered email/not returned phone message was "somehow I missed this reply." The vehicle for my group had to change which pushed the reservation into a significantly higher price bracket, to which the company did not offer so much as an apology for their gross negligence and incompetence. read more

I understand you offered a free service which is car seats but you offered a free service that you couldn't fulfill. You took my family to a hotel and when you picked us up to take us back to the airport, you didn't have a complete car seat for my youngest child. You put us in a situation that was beyond difficult. We had a choice to miss our flight (family if 6-non refundable flights) or put our child in an unsafe position because you failed to bring the base to a care seat! This is a situation I hope no family ever has to be in therefore "your company" earned a 1 star. read more

With everything from family birthdays, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, Jet has been able to provide a nice car and friendly driver to get us around in style. I've used and seen the buses around Phoenix for big events like the Waste Management Open and they've always added to the experience. Hands down the worst experience ever! I got quotes on multiple cars. Book the one I wanted online after calling for details and confirming the car was available for my date. Waited 15hrs for the confirmation of the car. After getting the email that the car was mine, I got another email saying the reservation was changed. They moved my pick up time by an hour and then switched to a much less appealing car for the same price. After talking to the craziest female manager who refused to listen to me speak and proceeded to yell at me and I'm pretty sure bang the phone on the table she told me she would not honor the email price quotes from her company and the original confirmed car was not actually available. "Send me all the emailed quotes you want it won't change a thing!" I then spoke to John who was slightly more level headed but still completely inconsiderate of their error and refused to honor the lower price quote for the lesser car. Side note the car I wanted was still marked available on the website but for double the price. They upped the price when they realized the weekend I wanted was a big event weekend so they ran me around until I used choice words. Save time and call Mirage limos they are honest and the cars are way nicer! read more

They ruined our night. I reserved a party bus to pick up an out of town group at 5pm and deliver them to my house for a bachelor/bachelorette party and emailed a schedule for the night to which Marian confirmed she had received. 5pm comes and no party bus so I reached out and was told the schedule was incorrect and they were rushing to get a driver to the bus and in route. The absolute worst case was a 7:00 pickup and she suggested multiple times that I take my group to the pickup house. To which I told her several times that I could not pickup the entire party and move at the last moment. It was difficult to get any updates so we were in the dark but the bus ended up picking up at just before 8pm! I had to pay the caterer to stay longer and modify/cancel all of the plans we had initially as we had lost 3 hours of time waiting. We got to the bar later than anticipated and ended up paying for a bunch of alcohol we didn't drink (we had to get bottle service to reserve the tables). It was such a disaster and to make matters worse, they charged me the entire amount as if they picked up at 5pm then when I reached out Marian to try to resolve, I was ignored and didn't receive a response. All of the planning was a waste and the entire night was ruined as we rushed through the few things we were able to do with the bus. read more

Jet Limousines really came through. The communication for reservations was spotty at first (thus the four stars and not five) but holy cow was the bus and our driver amazing. I had planned a wine tour for my company and I was so stressed about the whole thing, but then our super nice driver Linda showed up with a beautiful vehicle, just like the pictures. She knew the area we were going very well and even made good recommendations to our planned itinerary. I felt like we worked together as a team to make the tour a good experience for my colleagues. Surly driver. Requested the driver adjust air conditioning. He set it to 63. Kids freezing on bus. Asked him to set it higher and he turned it off. After a while asked him to turn it back on. Set it to 63 again. Kids bought sweat shirts because it was so cold. Driver was eating texting and on the phone while driving. Definitely unsafe. Bathroom was filthy. I rented Jet limousines for my mother's 60th birthday and what an amazing job the company and the driver did. I got the stretch limo and fit 60 balloons inside along with my parents and 5 friends. We contracted with Jet to have a black bridal limousine and their beautiful black bus (with gorgeous leather seats!) for our son's wedding in December. The ease of working with the people there and their level of organization was great. Both drivers were right on time (Scottsdale area to Apache Junction) and the vehicles were immaculate. My sister used this vendor for her wedding in November, it went well so I thought I would have no issues; returned customer would get great service, right? My wedding was 2/21/15, they were hired just to transport guest from my backyard wedding back to the hotel. When the bus arrived, a guest had gotten sick on the bus before it even left (no one was more upset than I was as the bride!!) so my Mom and Dad brought out a mop bucket and towels and cleaned everything up so everyone would have a safe and clean ride home (keeping in mind the driver just stood there and watched, never offered any help). After he took one trip to the hotel, about 7 miles away, our trip was promptly ended, said he could do no more trips cause he had to go get the bus "sanitized" at 11pm. They charged a $350 cleaning fee, I expected this but thought maybe they would work with us since we paid them $1,000 for 1 hour of service and 7 miles of travel. They proceeded to tell us that we were lucky the bus even took my guests to the hotel, that the driver should have refused any service and they would have STILL charged us $1,300 for the trip/cleaning charge. After experiencing this terrible customer service, they charged my sisters credit card they had on file from her wedding in NOVEMBER! They had already received the MANDATORY credit card authorization form for this wedding (still unknown where that form is, waiting for the day they "accidentally" charge our card for someone else's wedding). My sister was forced to call her bank and dispute the charge. We spoke to their offices and told them we would send a check for the total amount, a week later they called my SISTER to collect since they had not received payment yet, we called them to say it was sent a week ago and the said they would go check the mailbox and let us know if they got it. It was obviously in the mailbox because the check cleared my bank that day; no courtesy call to let us know they found it in their mailbox. Overall I thought the professionalism and customer service were sub-par. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone again. read more

Do not recommend this company. Reserved a limousine & received no e-mail confirming date, time, cost, etc. 3 weeks went by so I called them. Woman whom answered phone stated it looked in computer that I only request quote & did not book. When I corrected her, she said another employee did book for me & she would have him call me back. 3 days passed & I called again-- this time requested the manager. The women answering the phone said she could help me and when I requested again to speak with the manager, she became annoyed & said she was a manager. I explained the situation again and she said it appeared that I had only asked for a quote & did not book. I AGAIN explained & she put me on hold for a long time. When she returned, she said person that booked limo quoted $500 less and she was sorry. I was so livid, I hung up. I can only imagine the lack of professionalism if this is only their booking progress. read more

We had our first experience with JET Limousines and were so pleased, I just had to share the praise! Our extended family recently went on a vacation and due to the number of people and the amount of luggage, we thought a car service would be easiest. The entire experience from our front door to the airport was a breeze and so stress-free. We were picked up for our departure in a brand new spacious Sprinter and our driver was so pleasant. Upon our return we were greeted at the baggage claim at the airport by our driver, he then took our luggage directly to a brand new Escalade stretch limo. It was gorgeous and such a treat to end our vacation with such an awesome memory. Everything worked out flawlessly, the company sent out email updates/reminders prior to our trip and we couldn't be more pleased with our service.
