We had rust issues starting a year after the installation and they say that is not their problem. We called many times and they keep saying that unless the post rusts through (like a hole) that it is not covered. What will happen when the cantilever falls..... Would not recommend Shade Pro.

When they came to put up the cafe lights this morning, I asked last minute if they could install an eye hook for my laundry line to my shade post and they cheerfully agreed to do it free of charge. The hook and loop hardware are much nicer than I'd imagined, and it was clear they'd done it thoughtfully.

I first spoke with Jeremy on March 29th and he completely understood the urgency of replacement. We are Selling our home beginning May 29th and we wanted everything to be Perfect !
