When we returned home from our trip and I called the limo service to complain, the owner swore to me that she would issue a refund right away. She not only didn't issue the refund but she overcharged me on both trips. I previously called to question the amount and had to leave a message. No one called me back. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I was genuinely excited to have them as a vendor. The early part of the day with them was great. They were lovely. However after the ceremony and photos were done, one of the drivers took it upon himself to drive recklessly with a bus full of people, not to mention my very young son. The bridal party described it as horrifying. He was hitting curbs and blowing through stop signs and swerving all over the road. We unfortunately went over time and owed the company more money which was completely fine. My husband and I went up to our room to quickly freshen up. Within 5 minutes the OWNER of the company demanded we come down and give them their money. It was a very poor experience and quite frankly should have made a bigger deal about it.
