The limo that arrived was old and beat up, the door wouldn't even open without a hard tug. We were told to wear coats inside because the heat wasn't working but then it was so hot during our ride and we couldn't lower the heat. The inside was also dirty. The driver charged us $80 more than the agreed upon price and when we called the company they were rude and hung up. Do not book with these guys. read more

While flying, he sent me the info about the driver and his phone number and upon arrival, the driver was calling me! I will use him again when in the area. Prior to my most recent experience, I prob would have given them a 5. Most recently, my wife was fortunate enough to catch an earlier flight home from her biz trip. Steve was able to make arrangements to have her picked up but while making this change he switched from Mr. Funny guy to Mr. Tough guy. I'll never use this company again. I've been in sales for almost 20 yrs as a banker. I deal with people and adversity everyday. I couldn't imagine talking to a client this way. I'll never use them again. If you use them, you'll prob have a fine experience but be weary if you dare to catch an earlier flight lol. What a joke. read more

Hired Fast Break Car Service to transport 25 people from NYC to the Met Life Stadium for a corporate event. Fast Break was not only willing to match other price quotes, but even provided a superior bus. We had originally booked a smaller bus that fit a maximum of 25 people (exactly our group size) but when the bus showed up (15 minutes early!), Steve had upgraded us to a massive luxury tour bus. It was spacious, well kept, and fully stocked. The driver was accommodating and professional, and when we had extra time at the end he even added in additional drop offs. I called steve about a town car for a ride into Manhattan and back. I had used them about 8 months ago and was very happy now this time Steve showed up looking like a totally slob and in his personal car which was a Toyota venza he had the doors and windows wide open which I thought odd as it was 97 % humidity why would you show up to someone's house in a non air condition car. when I question about the car he said this one is wider than the towncar (not) he tried to tell us that the town car broke down at 10.45 it was 11.05 when he got to my house when I asked him why he didn't call to tell me he could not give me an answer my husband argued with this little man for a while and said well can you give us a break on the price as you don't have what we want he said it is 150 miles and its $300.00 so with that he drove away with some snide remark , then he has the nerve to send me an email stating it was a miscommunication BULL he thought I was going to give $300.00 to ride in his hot smelly car I hope you read this steve zipman and he said I didn't charge your car and I could have NICE WAY TO DO BUSINEESSS NEVER EVER WOULD I CALL YOU AGAIN read more

NEVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE! Due to a flight cancellation and then having to try to find another flight into NY and ending up having to go to a different airport, my ride was not able to come get me from the airport. So I was left scrambling around last minute trying to find a car service to take me home. I was calling around to a few to get price quotes and called Fast Break. I told Steve I was looking for a quote for one person and he laughed at me and then had a rude comment for me about my last minute call and that next time I should have called earlier to arrange for a car and when I went to speak he hung up on me! I work in the hotel business and deal with car services all the time, I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior as with Steve at Fast Break. How can you run a car company and treat your customers like this. I called him back and told him what I thought of his treatment of people and when I did that he must have gotten my cell number to which he then had the nerve to text me back in an unprofessional way and again reiterate that I should have made my arrangements earlier. How could I have know my flight was going to be cancelled and that my ride would not be able to pick me up! I will never recommend this company for anyone to use. There are many other great car services on Long Island to use but this is not one of them. I would have given them no stars if I could have. read more

My husband and I have used Steve twice now, and after going through many companies, Steve and his team are the most reliable. I am a nervous passenger, and best thing about Steve is he does not drive erratically, he doesn't tail gate, and he takes his time to drive professionally and courteously. He's always early, tells you exactly where to meet him when he's picking up at a busy international airport, and has never asked for directions on how to get where he's taking you (surprisingly, some drivers in other companies don't even know where they're going!). We are a family of four that live in mid eastern Suffolk County and needed a ride to LaGuardia on Christmas day! I looked online for different car services and called for quotes. When I called Fast Break I spoke with the owner, Steve. Not only was he pleasant and funny, he gave me a much better price than anyone else. He also said he didn't believe in charging extra for Christmas day. Some of the other companies did. Steve also suggested an SUV instead of a town car because it would be less expensive. He was in my driveway a 1/2 hour early because he didn't know what traffic would be like on the holiday - advised us to take our time, but he was ready and waiting. We enjoyed the entire ride with Steve telling us funny stories and enjoying pleasant conversation. He advised us what to do on the return trip to make it easier and faster to get out of the airport. As promised, he was there waiting for us and we had another enjoyable ride home. He even offered to stop at the store if we needed milk or anything. And it was 9pm on New Year's Eve! I have already recommended Fast Break to a few people. I will definitely be using his services again in the future! Couldn't be happier!! read more

Absolutely the best experience! Spoke directly to the owner when I booked my reservation. I had called a few others prior to calling Steve and as soon as I spoke to him, I knew they were the ones. He has a wonderful, professional personality that was extremely welcoming. We booked our trip about 2 weeks in advance. He called to confirm, everything was on time and we had a great driver. And I may add that we were traveling on Christmas Day and were so pleased to have such a reliable and warm company to deal with. Our return trip had to be rescheduled due to a snow storm and I had constant contact with the owner at all times. Steve also was very kind and generous in sending his driver to Newark instead of JFK due to our flight changes. I would strongly recommend this company and will certainly use them for my next trip!
