Such a smooth process and come prepared with the temporary boating license which can be found on their website. It was my first time, but the crew gave good instructions and helped us on our way. There were two other gentleman who were part of our group for a total of five including our guide Travis. The ocean was very rough that day but we still were able to enjoy it. We had to go slow on the intercostal because it was manatee season on the way to the ocean. The intercostal has so many gorgeous houses and boats to look at along the way. Once at the ocean away from the intercostal, the guys wanted to go fast for an exhilarating experience. I was very happy staying in front of Dr. Von D Mizell-Eula Johnson state park riding my jet ski there while the guys went fast in the big waves. On the way back, Travis took many pictures of myself and my cousin on the jet skis on the intercostal. We both had a fabulous time. I highly recommend our guide, Travis. Our boat was going about 40 mph and making wild turns on the water. A word to the wise, if you don't want to get wet, then sit in the middle area and not the back. You will see the Port of Miami, the Miami downtown skyline, Star Island and Millionaires Row, Palm Island, Fisher Island, South Beach and speed to the Atlantic Ocean. Time it right and you will see the sunset. The Captain and crew are awesome and will give you great info. This is definitely something you want to do in Miami! Adult tickets, age 12+ are $45 and kids 3-11 are $35. Parking can be found at Bayside Marketplace Garage. Check Groupon for specials. You can show up and board fairly quickly. The beach guys who run it were fun and informative. If you were born after 1/1/88 you have to get a boating license which is $10 and is accessed by a QR code. They kept an eye on us to make sure we were safe and when we flipped our jet ski they were there immediately to help. The only downside was that the play area was kinda short but I'm sure that's not their fault. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again when were in town.

I have heard…read moresome horror stories with other companies but this one had the best reputation by far and now it's easy to see why. Booking & paying online was simple and convenient and prices were reasonable. I received a text the day before our reservation with a reminder and a detailed list of FAQ's that clarified everything. Finding the dock was a bit of a challenge at first (it's behind the ASA college building), but everything was smooth sailing once we got there. The pontoon boat is well-maintained and easy to navigate even for a novice. There were 6 adults and 1 baby under 2 years in our party (babies and kids under 12 must wear a lifejacket at all times. For best fit, bring your own baby life-vest) and we had more than enough room to stretch out and make ourselves comfortable. The day was mostly overcast with a slight chilly wind initially but then the sun came out and we enjoyed a beautiful day on the water including a few dolphin sightings. The whole thing was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. If you've been thinking about renting a boat, I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself.
