My mom and I went to Jet Stream on Wednesday December 20 around 11:30 for a car wash. We've been several times over the last 2 decades and were very pleased with the service. However the last two visits were not so positive. The first time was just over a year ago where they missed several spots on the Malibu and forgot to service the back seat. The second visit was the one referenced above for my moms silver equinox. The dashboard hadnt been dusted at all and the back had barely been attended too. She was rushed out and fairly disappointed with a service that in the past had been positively consistent. Maybe there has been a shift in training but they might revisit it. The last two times the car wash was Vary poor. I have been going there for over the past 25 yrs. The cost goes up and the wash job gets worse. The last time I was there it took just about and 45 min.Today the wash was so bad I should've stayed at home. If I am going to spend $22.00 plus I want the car to look clean. I will go one more time if don't get better I will go to your competitors yes you do have competitors. You're not the only game around. You think you would train these people on how to do the job if they don't work fire there them. And I don't want to hear we can't find anyone that wants to work. read more

I was at the car wash yesterday at around ten a.m. and no other car there. Paid $42.00 for the extra cleaning. The mud that was on the back of the passenger seat was not wiped off . The step in to the car all the of them had not been wiped out there was mud. In the back the window was not clean. The back of the passenger seat had a big brown spot was not vacuumed. I had taken all stuf from the pockets to be vacuum and wiped out not done. Windows smeared. I paid that kind of money for what? Never again. Check your car before you leave and complain if it is not done right. read more

This is a great carwash where you can go inside and wait for your newly washed and vacuumed car. Price was great-$11.99 for wash, vacuum, wipe down inside and out. read more

I gave this place 3 opportunities. They do a terrible job cleaning the interior. Each time they failed to wipe down the center counsel. I will never go back to this car wash! Waste of money! read more

Paid $30 for a car wash that was supposed to include vacuuming inside. Get in my car afterwards and it was not even vacuumed a little bit! What a rip off and waste of money; they definitely didn't deserve the tip I left. It was the first time I had gone to this place and I will certainly not be going back ever again. read more

Terrible carwash. I had to clean my windows and inside after leaving. Also, their website said there was a promotion and that is why I drove to Oshkosh, further away, and the website was wrong and they would not honor the promotion. I paid an extra $12 for two vehicles. Very disappointed. read more

It's not that the car wash is bad. But it is expensive for what you get. Also, I got there today at 3:59 and they were already closed. I know, I'm shaving hairs, but the guy hanging up the closed sign was out front and waves me off rather than waving me in. Do I'm a little bummed. read more

I've been here twice in the last 4 months and I've been disappointed both times. My dashboard was not completely wiped down, the inside of the windshield had smears and they didn't completely wipe the water off the outside. read more

Just got my truck washed at Jet Stream, Oshkosh, and they did a lousy job. The front of my truck is still covered with bugs. For $30.00 you'd think they could do a little more than run your vehicle through a sprinkler and partially dry it at the end. Lot's of young folks working there as you would expect, but no sign of any supervision to assure customers were getting what they paid for. Terribly disappointed as I also purchased over $200.00 worth of car washes to give as gifts. read more

I use Jet Stream in the winter months only. I always have to request to have my rear hatch back door dried off, most of the time they just ignore my request. When I pull out I usually have to finish drying the vehicle off myself. The help just sort of wonders around with a "I don't care attitude". I am never sure who is in charge. I know, what do you want for free in life and how good can something free ever really be? Well, I went into the car wash on Veteran's day 2015 for my free car wash for serving this nation. I appreciate the gesture and usually am pleased. This time was a total joke. My inside windshield was smudged and left worse off that what it was when I got there. Do you people vacuum anymore? The truck was just driven on to the wash line and nothing was done to it except the cheap wash. Really disappointed. read more

I took pictures and plan on going back later today to demand a refund or have it re-cleaned. This is ridiculous. I bought the most expensive package (around $27 after tax) just for it to be the worst cleaning I have ever received. I wish I would have looked at my car before I left them a $10 tip. The carpet CLEARLY still has crumbs, salt, etc on it. The driver door still had the dirt from where my shoes hit. There was some salt residue on my back seat that would easily come off with a damp rag that is still there. I am extremely upset, and I will never suggest this place to anyone! read more
