Be aware your quoted reservation price is NOT the price you will pay. We were quoted for $69 and when we scanned to get out of the lot the actual price was $93. Thats a huge difference!!!! Called to inquire why we had to pay so much more and I was hung up on. Sent an email to management and was told the small disclaimer on the reservation said the price could fluctuate. We've used many other parking services and never had a issue like this. Won't be using Jet Stream ever again. read more

This was my first time using Jet Stream Parking and it was a seamless experience! Check out the online map. The drivers both ways to and from the Philadelphia Airport wore face masks correctly, were friendly, professional and helpful but the manager at the front gate was especially helpful. I lost my printed scan code during my week long trip (note to self; keep a copy in your email or an extra printout in your passport folder) but he was able to pull up my reservation email, which had a notation that there was a current ticket in use. The manager simply asked me the reservation number and processed the charge The balance due was as quoted when I booked the reservation. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes! The length of time it takes to get to and from airport departures and arrivals was amazing! Some of my past experiences took at least 30 minutes getting to the airport and at times more than an hour to get back to my car. This time the friendly driver was behind our car in less than 2 minutes (grateful because we were late arriving) and it took less than 7 additional minutes to get to the departure terminal...about 12 minutes from parking to terminal total once parked! Returning to Philly we got our baggage and called. It took less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at our pick up location #3, about 5 additional minutes to get to the lot and, in *total, maybe about 14 minutes pick up to exit gate (because I was took time to look for my scan ticket in the car), where the manager helped me with my payment. This is an independent accounting of my experience this past week ending 10/26/2021. I hope this review helps some to understand the process, as others who posted helped me to know what to expect. Just be sure to double check the actual address of the parking lot vs the administrative building which is about 7 minutes south (the reason we were late). Safe travels! read more

After a long 48 hour round trip inclusive of driving 3.5 hours each way from Minneapolis to DesMoines I landed back in PHL only to have to endure the ride back from the airport to the facility listening to biased political "news" loud enough for the entire van to endure (I was in back row) in fairness when asked, the driver said it was his choice not the company's however it should not be permitted and no one should have to endure especially at 12:30 in the morning. Womt take the chance that I would get this driver against especially when there are a ton of other facilities from.which to choose read more

After reading some online reviews, I wasn't sure how using Jet Stream Parking would go. The price difference between JSP and other local lots was too good to pass up, so I decided to give them a shot. Honestly - it was a great experience. I arrived around 4:30am and scanned the QR code from my confirmation email to enter the lot. There was a bus was in front of me... following another car to a spot. I wasn't sure if the driver had seen me enter, but within a few minutes of parking, it circled back around for me. From entry into the JSP lot, to drop off at the PHL terminal was about 15 minutes. My return flight was around 11pm and within 10 minutes of my call, I was picked up at the airport. My car was just how I left it. Exiting the lot was a breeze... scan the same QR code from the original confirmation email, pay with your credit card, and take your receipt. Some other reviewers noted a price difference between the reservation price and price when exiting the lot. I did not have that experience. The price quoted was the price I paid. Only slightly negative comment I'll make are the drivers. The driver on the way was semi-friendly, but the driver on the return seemed a little annoyed. I tipped both of them... even though I wasn't offered much (or any) assistance. It can't be an easy job, but would have liked just a hint more friendliness especially getting picked up & dropped off at night. Overall I will definitely use Jet Stream Parking again on my next trip in & out of PHL. read more

Used Jet Stream for the first time and was very impressed. Nice new lot with ample lighting. We were promptly met by the van after parking and wisked over to the airport. Upon our return, Curtis the driver arrived promptly after we called for pick up. He was most pleasant and helpful assisting with our bags. Nice new and clean vans. We will be back. read more

I absolutely love parking here. I drive in from NJ and fly out of PHL airport. The customer service is A plus!! I use the parking app "way" to pre pay for my parking, and you get a digital barcode to scan at the gate. It lets you in and you self park. Before you can even get your lugggage out the trunk, the shuttle shows up right by your car to help with your items and get you into the shuttle. I mean compleete door to door service. Also when you return they give you a card to call and also the location of your vehicle. I have never had to wait more then 10min for pickup at baggage claim. And when you arrive back at the parking lot, you are driven straight to your car. Amazing!!! read more

Our ride to the airport was fine had a nice older gentleman that was very helpful and friendly. The ride back OMG worst experience ever. 1st we waited over half an hour to be picked up and that was after multiple phone calls and jet stream driving by us . Once we were picked up the van smelled like weed was blaring The Rolling Stones and didn't help us at all with our bags. Never ever again will we park here. The cheaper rate is not worth it. read more

This was my first time using jet stream and I will never get a driver to the airport again! Very well priced, super kind, safe and clean lot. Coming back the conveyor belt broke on the luggage carousel, we ended up calling 3 times to come pick us up as we thought our bags were coming. They were super accommodating and as soon as we finally got our bags they were there in a minute. Very very happy, one of the better airport transportation services I have used. read more

Unfortunately, parking at the Philadelphia Airport has become more like Newark lately, but thankfully Jetstream has been a reliable option for me. I found them via Spothero after getting tired of overpaying for the airport garage. The economy lot is closed and other vendors like Parking Spot and Wally Park charge almost what the airport charges. Jetstream is located south of the airport, so it only makes sense for those that come in via 476 or 95. The lot is a bit of the main road, but it is close to the airport. What makes or breaks an off-site lot are the shuttles. I never waited more than 5 minutes to go from lot to terminal and never waited more than 8 minutes to go from terminal back to the lot. Yesterday the shuttle pulled up just a minute after I called. The drivers are all very pleasant and always pick up the phone right away. I have now used this lot 5 times and after going back and forth between the garage or other companies, Jetstream will be my first choice. read more

Reserved online for a decent price. Got there and realized I didn't have the email, but the lady there was so wonderful. We printed a ticket, and she then hooked that ticket with my previous reservation (maybe Rachael didn't do this?). While I was there, a bunch of people came in after being turned away by full lots, and they happily checked them all in. On the return, they answered our call promptly, picked us up soon after, and got us to the car just fine. They also thanked us and were very engaging. The car was very safe in this enclosed and guarded lot and it felt like they were all really trying to impress with their service. read more

Prices are competitive, service was incredible (shuttle appeared at my car when I parked at the lot and when I called for pickup at the airport, the driver was there in less than 2 minutes!), friendly, close to the airport (5 - 7 minutes) and patiently helped me when I couldn't find my QR to scan to get out of the lot. I had booked with them at the last minute when I realized the company I had booked with prior had horrible reviews. Boy am I glad I found Jet Stream! Our departure was excellent the driver was courteous and professional on August 13, 2019. Unfortunately the pickup day of our arrival we called at 6:58 pm waited... 10 minutes later and Van yells from the the third lane away from the walkway/sidewalk. Another van coming, 25 minutes later after we call again it's on its way no van. Hour later we finally picked up and taken to vehicle. Nice lot paved great lighting. Was my "go-to" parking spot at PHL for quite a while, and aside from some lengthy waits for return pickups, was very satisfied. The price was right - the lot is very open with lot of spots and no complaints about the drivers. Rating is based on what apparently has happened to other reviewers - ie: had a written quote with a QR code (which always were spot-on in the past) but this time, after a long and frustrating flight delayed day, was hit with a total charge at the gate $20 over the quote because of a "Surcharge". Nothing you can do at that point because the gate is automated, so you just have to insert your credit card to get out. Phoned the company and got a "driver" on the phone who said to call back in 20 min. What???? Anyway, lost me for good. read more

I just came from this place, I didn't even make it home prior to writing the review and I never write reviews. I plan to contact the bbb as well. Considering all circumstances, this place is the worst. The shuttle never came, the price was completely different than discussed. Once I paid for a Lyft drive from the airport after an 1.5 wait, I noticed the shuttle outside of the company and driver just lounging around. I approached the driver who stated that he did not receive any calls. I called the company 13 times, no answer. The manager or covering staff member approached me indicating that she did not get any calls. After showing her she asked to be called, the phone began going directly to voicemail, the irony. I suggest absolutely no one use this company! read more

It's a shame. The new lot looks great. The driver who took us to the airport was wonderful. He dropped us off and said they would pick us up within 10 minutes. Their literature says vans every 5-7 minutes. The first van had only 1 space. The next 2 drove past us without even looking (one driver was on his phone). I called 3 times and each time was told the next van would be just 5 minutes. It took 50 minutes to get picked up (I had Uber up on my phone ready to call them). Ridiculous. Very disappointing. !st time using this parking lot at PHL. I won't use them again. At drop off I had to wait 25min. for the shuttle van to arrive after parking on their lot. I resorted to blowing my cars horn to get the lot attendants attention! Be prepared to load your own bags into the van. They use old vans which require you to carry your 50lb bags up the van stairs, lifting them onto an interior rack. Modern shuttle vans have rear doors separated from the interior space. Upon returning at 10PM I waited 30min for a shuttle van. Apparently, they only had 2 shuttles in service which made for full vans and long waits. The lack of vans had customers competing for seats on the shuttles. The price I agreed to pay during the online reservation was not the price charged during checkout. The checkout lanes are not maned! The scanners do not recognize the bar code on the online reservation receipt. When paying this much for airport parking I expect to have my bags loaded and unloaded by the driver. read more

I will start with the positive. We were able to get in and out very easily using our Groupon reservation during the Thanksgiving holiday. The people were very polite, from the bus driver to the folks at the gate. The knock here is that I'm not sure that they have the staff or buss fleet to adequately manage the number of people that use their lot. It took more than 40 minutes to get picked up from Terminal E of the Philadelphia International Airport in account that their drivers were filling up on earlier terminals. They had a passenger van and a shuttle bus, and they each came through full. Not sure if they had more in use. Each time they said someone was coming up behind them. So it also felt we were just a problem being passed along. After a fourth call, and a loss of patience, Simone came. So unless they add to their fleet, I'd be prepared to wait if you are not at Terminal A. read more

This place is horrible. They promise a 5-10 min pick up time from the airport and I called at 8:15 and was still left standing an hour later. Three drivers blew by us and never even stopped and one was completely full. I will never use them again. read more

I have just returned from my vacation, I used Jet Stream Parking for my car at Philadelphia Airport , it is an offside location , I was looking for some nearby airport parking options especially during the peak Christmas travel time, I found this location. Reasonably priced and prompt service and did not face any issues. As soon as you park your car, shuttle driver follows you, picks up your baggage and no major waiting at the terminal pickup as well, as soon as I called, within 7 minutes, the shuttle came. While I was checking out, the girl at the exit gate was very helpful and infact gave me the quicker way to get to the high way. Thought of sharing my experience with these folks and anyone looking for budget parking options , I would recommend Jet Stream at Philly Airport offsite parking. Another thing I liked, unlike other parking locations these people does not charge or ask your credit card, they only take your payment after you have used their service, no prepayment required onine and no obligation and easy cancellation, hence I picked this location as well initially. read more
