This is now called Tommy's Express Car Wash and so far so good. This is my favorite car wash now. I also look forward to trying out their other location on Valencia. The new staff was very friendly and kind. Right now they are giving out free windshield and dash wipes along with free scent fresheners. Really great deal! My husband loves their free floor mat washer. I love the towels. We got a really great, clean car inside and out for $22 and we were able to do our own detailing. Our Sporty looks fabulous and she smells great too! It was such a perfect night for a car wash. We then went cruising with the sun roof open to enjoy the full moon. Thanks, Tommy's! This place has gone to hell. When it was Tommy's car wash my truck would look awesome. Now the back of my truck cab and end of tailgate don't get clean. I buy shit tons of car washes to gift to my customers at my shop! Today I went and nobody would even come out to help me, so I backed out and left. Not going back and I'd rather burn the 50 remaining car wash cards I have than to give them to my customers. I am more than happy take my business to another car wash!!! Prior to this incident I had problems with them repeatedly billing my credit card without my permission, even though I talked to them about it several times and they claimed to have locked my card so it could not be "accidentally" billed. After looking into this it appears that the "accidental" credit card charges are quite frequent. I can't do anything about their shitty service, but I do have a choice as to where I can spend my money. The online ratings for This place are terrible and I see why. Corporate must be so proud. AND! I was at the location on 22nd but apparently they only list this location. Something went wrong with the machine so it stopped working mid-wash. An employee comes out and yells at me that my car is in reverse. When I look down, my car is in neutral. He continues to argue with me about this. He finally goes inside and everything starts back up and finishes. It's good to know that JetWash has employees who think yelling at customers when THEIR machine malfunctions and then argue with you about it. Oh well, so much for trying other businesses. This car wash puts all of the other car washes in town to shame. The machine got nearly all of the bugs off the front of my vehicle (just came back from a 2,000 mile trip). The vacuums are able to pull up even stubborn dog hair and having the working air hoses at every stall to help get rid of trapped water is so helpful. They have a machine that washes your floor mats and it makes them look like new!!! The staff was super friendly and willing to answer questions. All of this for a fraction of the price of the other car washes in town. This was worth the money and I have found my new monthly car wash location. read more

We pulled up through the drive through after paying over $15 for a "best" car wash. I noticed that the sign said "good" wash. So we went through and notified the people upfront after. They said okay go through again and we had the same issue as the car in front of us got the "best" wash. We honked and pointed at the screen since it was incorrect once again and no one came out. We went through the wash at the $5.99 price again, that includes no extras. There was no soap coming out of that wash, I mean I put more soap on my hands to wash them. The previous times I was here my car was loaded with suds. I'm unsure if they're trying to save money or if someone just doesn't care to reload the area that requires soap. We pulled into the vacuuming area and the workers just stared but never came over even while walking around. I'm so disappointed in the help, communication, and really all around service. I was so proud of this location when it opened but definitely will not be back for awhile. It needs to change big time. I'm sad to not reference people here and definitely point to plenty other car washes that have always been great. I've been handed dash wipes in the past and I'm unsure if they weren't being handed out because of COVID19, but we were given none. After reviewing the Facebook page for this location it looks like you're supposed to get a free air freshener as well and that's never happened! If you're going to brag about free this and that at least notify people "hey, we're putting these on pause until after this pandemic" or actually hand out everything that is free EVERY time. This is the only drive throuch carwash my 350 dually fits. It's a pain to get it in and out - but it works well for me.

They have good vacuums, they supply clean hand towels to wipe your vehicle down, they have a free floor mat washer, and they provide free dash wipes and air fresheners. I usually get their "Best" wash but hardly any wax comes out of the sprayers. It's really not worth the extra cost. You might as well just get the basic wash. read more

The only issue I had was the passenger side didn't really touch part of the vehicle. I do t know if I was too far left. I know the attendant looked at where he lined me up on the tracks. They even offer monthly unlimited car wash memberships for less than $20, a price that's easily justifiable for anyone with a dark colored car who lives in the dusty desert. The quality is great but I've yet to find a place that does better than an old fashioned hand bath. The free vacuums are the best part in my opinion. The hoses are long enough to reach well into the trunk of my large suv and the suction strength is comparable to a shop vac. As an added plus, this lot is almost always vacant so you will likely have hoses on either side of your car at your disposal. Now it's 2 weeks later and still no replacement and no word from the manager! I did talk to another manager that didn't know anything about it. Brand new car wash on southeast side on northwest corner of Valencia and Benson hey. It is a large automated car wash, that also has attendants during daylight hours. Three car wash packages from $5-15 and you can also get the different car washs as monthly packages. The monthly washs range from $20-32 and you get a sticker with a chip. You can add another car for half price of the first package. Free self service vacuums. You drive up and either pay the machine or person and then make a tight U-turn (7 foot height limit!) into the wash. drive up to the wash and you will be instructed to put your vehicle in Neutral and off the brake. The treadmill will take your vehicle through although it is weird because you can't see as the brushes, soap and sprays hit the car. Then after the blowers you put car in drive when instructed and make a tight turn to the vacuum area. many stalls, probably 20. I have a full size superman long bed truck and the first U-turn I had to back up and go forward several times to line up on the wash rollers. I don't think a full size 4x4 will make the height limit so not the best for tall vehicles. It got more off my truck than I expected from an auto wash, it used spinning brushes and got most everything. Make sure you pick up items before vacuuming because you need an attendant to get to the canisters. Again longer vehicles and those over 7 feet should think twice. read more

New facility on Grant Rd in Tucson..car went in mighty dirty, came out very clean. Vacuum worked great and provided towels were helpful.

The towel service is awesome, cleans my vehicles very well. Fast and convenient, vacuums work well most of the time.

Got the mid grade wash, truck wasn't real dirty just some road grime from driving in the rain. The wash missed lots of spots, some large, on all sides of the vehicle. I use a car wash often but am disappointed with the quality of this one. read more

This joint is pathetic. To start with your car never comes out clean. The wash does not remove bugs even after 3 drive thrus. The vacuums suck but not in the right way, you can't get the dirt sucked up because the suction isn't strong enough and those blowers that they have hanging there are only for odd decorations because NEVER WORK !! The "Good" car wash for $5 is actually an excellent car wash. Thick soapy suds combined with vigorously twirling and scrubbing cloth brushes got the desert dust and grime off my car completely. Rinse cycle drenched my car like a monsoon and got the soap off fast. The dryers worked pretty well, but you might want to bring some towels with you to go over some leftover wet spots. The included vacuum stations really sucked, in a good way. I liked that they have hoses on both sides. It makes vacuuming much easier. I shall return next time my car is dirty. read more

$5.99 car wash. Fast, automated. Purchased the basic wash to remove dirt road grime from previous two days in Monument Valley. Impressed that the spot free talk, actually worked, no spots. I really wanted like this car wash, because it was right on my way home from work. But I have used other automated car washes in Tucson and found them to be much better. While it does an adequate job of getting your car cleaned I found it it never really rinsed off the soap, didn't dry the vehicle well and has an odd turn out at the end of the wash. If you have a larger vehicle like a truck you can't easily exit the car wash, it requires a turn, backing up once and then leaving. The area to vacuum your vehicles isn't covered so you're exposed to the hot sun or elements while cleaning your vehicle after the wash. I also found that the vacuums were not very powerful, they would pick up loose dirt but if you need deep cleaning they won't do the job. The area surrounding the car wash is extremely busy, it's located right off of I-10 next to a Circle K.So once you exit the car wash one of the only exits is through the Circle K which is extremely crowded. So for me this car wash will do in a pinch but it's not one I will visit frequently. read more

It's a little bit far from my home but I'll tell you I am willing to drive all the way there to get a quick wash. Now I can't give a 5 star yet. The first time I went to get my car washed, their automatic cashier was not accepting my plastic. Not sure why but a staff member came out to assist and helped me through. For 15$ you can get an all around great clean and wax! It's not perfect, small areas and cracks but most car washes won't be able to unless it's by hand. The actual car wash looks quite clean and almost futuristic. Plays music and pretty fun to roll for about a minute and a half all the way through. The vacuum cleaners are free to use. However the areas around the vacuums could use a little cleaning. Some trash left by the cleaners and other things. Maybe a busy day but that's what also lost a star in my book. In the end when I have little time to clean the car, this is where I'll go. Fairly priced, and gets the job done! read more

I live less than a mile from this car wash but had never been there until a few days ago. I'm so glad I went. I got the cheapest wash ($5.00) just to get some bird droppings off my van and found out that this place is awesome! My van has never been this clean with a $5.00 wash. I didn't have to pre-treat anything and all of the dried on bird crap was gone! As I spend my life parking under trees and power lines, this made me very happy. The icing on this cake was the free vacuums. There are probably 25-30 of them so there was no waiting. The hose was even long enough to reach the rear cargo area of my van so I didn't have to back in like I do at some other washes. The place is clean and there's an attendant on duty in case you have any problems. The attendant even put a plastic bag over my rear wiper to protect it before I went through the wash. By far, this is one of the worst car washes I've been to in Tucson. My windshield still has mud in it from the last rain storm. My car has water spots all over and it looks worse than it did going into the wash. I just wasted $15 and now need to go pay more somewhere else to clean it. read more

I have been coming here for some time now. I love this car wash cause my car is low and it doesn't have a steel track. Your tires sit in a groove and it goes. There is this one lady that's usually at the window and is extremely nice with excellent customer service. I also bring my work cars to get cleaned as well. On 12/30/18 around 415-430ish i get a wash with tire dressing and the guy was very nice. I go thru and come out and the dressing on the passenger side did not get applied. So i clean my car and after i go to let the cashier know that the passenger side didn't get applied with the tire dressing. This different lady comes out and says to me talking across the way that i didn't put my car far enough to the right. Ok, the guy pulled me in and gave me thumbs up. How the heck am i suppose to know this. So she said i can put you thru again and i told her that i finished cleaning my car and wouldn't put my car back thru after cleaning it. I also said i was just letting you know that it's not working. She still said i didn't put my car far enough. I just walked away cause she wasn't getting my point. When i walked away the guy cashier came out and said sir I'm sorry but i can put you back thru if you'd like. I said thank you but no thanks. My point is, i was guided on the track by an employee that rung me up and knew what i paid for and he should know where my car needs to be on the track. And i was just letting you know what happened. I would not recommend this car wash. We had a problem here with damage to our vehicle and I called as well as e-mailed them. They never even had the courtesy to return my call or respond to my e-mail. When I posted on Facebook to please call me in regard to the damage to our vehicle, they then posted a ridiculous CYA answer which included inaccurate information. There are many other car washes in Tucson that I believe would respond to you personally if you had a complaint. I wouldn't risk going here. read more
