What car wash? We spent $22 for the top-of-the-line car wash, and the entire right side never even got wet. The only thing even remotely clean on the car was the windshield. We were in a hurry, and only realized how bad it was when we got to our next location. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go back and get a refund. This place clearly does not know, that no means no. I am in my 40s. Due to time and need, I have never gotten more than one carwash a month. Memberships would waste money for me, plus I dont have control when money is taken out of my account. I said no to the membership three times, and my wife interviewed and said we just want a single and he still kept on about the membership. I said one more time I will back out. He said go ahead. They would rather lose a single wash visit and push memberships. I would stay away from these places. read more

Large/long driveway with multiple registers so wait times shouldn't ever be long. Al la carte washes start at $7.99 for just suds and blow dry to over $20 with various shines and wax upgrades. Interestingly they use foam "brushes" rather than the more common soft cloth strips. There's also a large, free, self-vacuuming area once you exit the carwash. They also offer unlimited monthly memberships (approximately $30 +/-) that seem pretty reasonable versus their al la carte prices. The only criticism is that the rinse and blow dry cycles cannot reach the area beneath the roof spoiler -- many/most SUVs have a small lip or spoiler that extends 4-5 inches beyond the rear roof and overhangs the rear window a bit. The staging of Super Star's rinsing jets and dryers cannot reach Any of the glass that's under that spoiler, so once you are through all the cycles and on the road, thick soapy streaks run down the entire width of the back window :-/ See pic. Automatic car washes are almost always a let down. This one did an ok job cleaning my car. There were still tons of bugs in the front of my car and dirty spots on the rear of my car (pretty much the norm for car washes). However, the provided drying and cleaning towels were an awesome touch and the vacuums were good. If you had the annual pass and lived close the price would probably be a good deal. read more

He let me go through again and made sure that I received the correct wash. Needless to say to say that my car came out looking great!! Speedway location: I tried this car wash for a few months and just canceled my membership because my car wasn't getting clean, I noticed many small scratches appearing on my new car's finish, finishes dripped leaving messy streaks down the side of the car, towels not clean (leave streaks when drying and all over windows)... limited staff, often no one available at the wash and having to wait, no stocked towels, vacuums not working... it's a long list, I'm going to look elsewhere for a better car wash. read more

I was so happy when Super Star Car Wash opened up only a few miles from my house. So, I am disappointed to have to write this review. However, because of the lack of customer service and response from this business, I am left with no better option. Two weeks ago, I took my Jeep to Super Star Car Wash to be washed. Instead of a sparkly clean vehicle as expected, I left with a broken windshield, a front seat full of glass, no offers to remedy the situation, and no way to contact management. Since the incident, I have been back in to the car wash several times to attempt getting in contact with someone who can help. The employees are unable to give me a phone number because, evidently, those numbers are private. I've left my information with them several times, each time with empty promises of them getting my message to someone in upper management. There is an email address that I found online, which I have utilized multiple times now with again, zero response. We have been down to one vehicle for two weeks now. I should not have to make a claim on my own insurance! I also have video of my Jeep going through the car wash and being damaged. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility, exercise good customer service, replace my windshield and clean the interior since it's covered in broken glass. I would have preferred to handle this matter privately. However, their lack of response and communication has made that an impossible feat. What kind of business treats its customers this way, especially a new business that I'm sure would like to thrive due to word of mouth and repeat customers? I, for one, will never be a repeat customer here, and I also implor others to just go elsewhere to get their vehicles washed. It's not worth the risk to your vehicle or the headache of trying to resolve the issue and having zero success. I'm hoping to receive correspondence from them after seeing this review. Unfortunately, if this doesn't help, I will be forced to take legal action. read more

She walks around with an attitude like if she's in the military or something with her tight khaki pants, she's a really bad attitude. Try to ask for information about canceling my membership since she wouldn't give me the time of day to hear my complaint told me to go online and follow the directions. She's a real jerk and apparently she runs all the superstar car washes here in Tucson no wonder This is a new car wash going down so fast. I would not recommend you going here. I'm definitely going back to Mister car wash if you have any issues they're able they are able to help you out in the kind and friendly manner.
