Pretty good results for the price! They offer a discount if you combine service packages. My car needed some serious detailing, and they did a good job of getting my rubber mats spotless and the carpeting beneath clean. They seemed to forget my leather seats though, as there were still stains present that looked easy to wipe up. Overall worth it though! read more

They did a great job overall. Had them clean the inside and outside of my vehicle. Paid what I thought was fair price to get inside and outside done. Well as she was finishing the vehicle. She locked my keys in the vehicle. Instead of getting a real apology about it. It was like meh sorry. I was incredibly frustrated because I had to pay my insurance to come out and get my stupid car unlocked since I had given them the fob to work on my car. I had appointments later after this car wash. I had to reschedule and push them back because of this inconvenience. To get a like a oops okay sorry kind of deal which made me wait an extra 30 mins to have someone else come out to unlock my vehicle was upsetting. Cheap service at $3.00. It was their $5.00 service, but it was $2.00 off. Why, I don't know, when, I don't know, either. You vacuum your car first for free. Powerful vacuums. I just wish that they had the rake kind of nozzles so that they didn't stick so much to the surface. Drove the car through. Didn't quite get all the dirty spots, missed two. Air blower dried then hand dried at the end. Not bad, not bad. I might use their service again. I think it beat paying $3.00 for me to do it myself. read more

After five years of two cars every Sunday morning at the W Valencia location I have just completed signing up with their competition..... Normally everything went well at this location until the last visit, where I was insulted and treated very rudely by an employee. When I went inside and requested to speak with the manager related to this issue I was told that the rude, insulting employee IS the manager. If management is going to treat customers like that they sure don't deserve my business! read more

It was okay. I paid for the premium car wash. Looked good but windshield still had lots of bug spots. They do not give a heavy scrub to your headlights before the wash. The free vacuum which is quite handy. I will look around and try other places. read more

Wash was sub par for $40 (discounted from $50). Both windhields still had bugs and dirt on them. Interior armorall was streaky and not evenly wiped down. I was told the service take 45 mins since no one in front of me. it took 19 minutes and that was split between two people also servicing new car drive ups and the drive thru. Upon entrance of my car the seat smelled like weed. At first i ignored it, then as i ran an errand re-entered smell was still lingering. Clearly it was on the employees clothes and was transferred as they say in the seats cleaning. Will not return read more

First the bad. As soon as I pulled up the girl walked over, went straight to the back of my car? And then walked right passed my open window, got her little menu and went to my window. I had to say hi first, like not gonna lie at first I thought maybe she was deaf, before showing me the menu she started writing on my window? .No greeting no "hi" no "which one would you like" nothing . I had to be like hi can I get blah blah please and she just waited for my card, still not saying anything. she took my card and just handed it back no "have a nice day" or anything. Super weird. The good: The young guy that was operating was great. He was friendly and cleaned the front in a nice way. The guy who toweled off was nice too. Poor guy was all by himself. As I was leaving I saw there was a little line starting and the first girl was under the umbrella with her head straight up looking up like she was over it. We are in town from San Diego and asked for a car wash and a detail. They said no problem. We asked how long as we don't have much time and they said 45 min IF that. We said awesome. 2 hours later and we still have dirty spots because their was only one poor guy doing all he detailing alone. He did a great job on the inside but we were needing to get going and FINALLY another person came and did the rims on one side and he didn't do as good of a job as Mark. We will say it wasn't busy until we needed to go. Guys were standing around for most of the time yet Mark was the only person detailing and the only reason someone else came to help "a little" was because we were getting antsy after 2 hours. Mark didn't complain and was focused on working but their is NO reason their was 2-3 workers assigned to detailing. We drove away with bottom of doors dirty, mirrors dirty and areas still needing attention but we had no more time to spare. These were the rims at the 1 1/2 hr Time before the 2nd person came to help. And note the inside was not a huge mess. We don't smoke, don't have pets in the car and or leave food messes. Octopus, Mark did a great job for being alone . You as a business need to help you employees represent your business by giving them the support they need. read more

Back in October I was about to road trip, and at the last minute beforehand I wanted to get a good inside + outside wash of my car. I thought this was a mostly self-serve place pulling in, but the attendant told me that for $20 they'd do an inside wash for me. They did a really good job, got into corners most other places miss. I'll be using them again. read more

It's convenient if you're too lazy to wash your own car, but you get what you pay for. The washer is tough on the paint and might cause dents. The dryers at the end do a half ass job and end up leaving alot of watermarks. The free vacuums are cool and work very well, but that's about the only reason I'd go back. read more

$5 for a wash with a free vacuum is pretty great in my book. This spot is easy to navigate and pretty fast, to boot. Pull in, give cash to the attendant, and proceed to the free vacuum area. Once you're done, pull around, put the ol' ride in neutral, and cruise on through. They even did some extra hand drying at the end to make sure it was all shiny and ready to go. Standard express car wash. Prices seem a bit high comparing them to services in Phoenix. Vacuum services are first, which was a bit off concerning the work flow. My one gripe with the business is that they have a lady control the flow of vehicles as she was attending each customer on two lanes by herself. It's definitely a bottleneck in the system and it took me 20 minutes just to pay for my wash. Car came out clean, though. read more

So so service, so so crew, "not detailed" detailed cleaning. Since it's at the location of Simoniz's previous location, I went there, but if you want to get really detailed service such as wax or seat conditioning, find somewhere else. If you want just a simple 3 dollar wash, go there. I paid 35 dollars for a detailed service( a basic car wash+choice of their services) I feel the 32 dollars extra was not worthy at all. I paid the same price as I normally do at a full service car wash (thinking that my car would be super clean & shiny) . I asked how long it would take to go through the wash after vacuuming. I was told 3 minutes ("That's why so many people like to come here".). After having to vacuum my own vehicle, I ended up having to wait in my vehicle to go through the car wash for 10 minutes. My van was not clean (windshield and back - even after they "wiped it down"). I won't be going back. read more

worst octopus location. lady who tendered me was extremely nice and helpful but the men who were SUPPOSED to dry my car were not. after pulling out of the wash i parked waiting for them to dry my car and put on the tire wax that i paid for, instead one of them stayed sitting down and stared at me like i was an idiot. after sitting and waiting seeing another car coming out i had to move out of the way and leave WITHOUT the tire shine i paid for and with my car still a mess. who is in charge here? read more

The rails that guide your tires through the wash popped my front left tire. Not sure if the guy guiding me into the slot wasn't looking at all or if their was something on the rail that snagged it. Do NOT come here unless you are okay with having to replace your left tires. Ridiculous. read more

The first time I went I thought, "Hey they did a pretty good job." Some bugs spots still but did a good job of drying. Then I noticed a couple of weeks later what looked like scratches from a brush above my rear driver's side fender. Since I had a fairly good experience the first time, I did try them again, but the second time was terrible. The hand drying at the end sucked. I was left with water spots all over the roof and the front and back windshields. Also, they do not scrub your headlights beforehand so you're still stuck with bug guts. And they scratched the hell out my brand new car!!! I paid $12 for premium wash and I could get a better result doing it myself at a stall for half the price. read more

Do not feel bad about not tipping these people. I will explain why. They do a really good job. Actually, a lot better than Mister. The sales girls are friendly and never pressure me into buying something I don't want. A lot of the employees here really take pride in their job. The only issue I have is that you can't tip any of the employees. I am the type of person that tips, especially when people go above and beyond. These hard working employees are required to put all of their tips in a box. When I told the employee to put the money I gave them in their pocket, that it was for them, I was told that since minimum wage went up the owner uses tips to help pay "their raises" and they would get fired. WOW! It might be legal but not morally right. I have already paid for my services, now I need to help pay their employees by tipping them? Not cool at all. When I went back earlier this week I just handed out some Gatorades and asked if they were expected to put them in the tip box for the owner. SO DO NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT NOT GIVING THEM A TIP. Especially since they raised some of their prices. read more
