We have also hired one of the instructors to come into our home as a babysitter on a number of occasions. I can't say enough good things about the variety of classes, the great facility that they operate and the organizations itself. And these kids are unbelievably talented- they're headed to state again this year after winning state the last two years. The only thing that I don't like is that they have all of the adorable little leotards in the waiting area and I get suckered into buying one every couple of weeks. They maybe need to make some ugly ones so my girls don't think that they 'need just one more!' :)

But today, 6/9 AM, a new gal was a life guard she sat on the bench waiting with her friend to get a lane for laps A young man was on the guard chair. She sat for a while with her friend on the bench and was on her phone, looking down and not at the pool at all. She climbed up the second guard chair when exercise class started and ate a cookie it did not look good! I've asked nicely for a refund and they won't even respond to me. I'm sad that after sending both my children to Camp Pillsbury for many years, they refuse to work with me on this.

I picked this gym after doing a trial at IGM gymstnastics (and we live very close to IGM) b/c my child liked this one better and seemed to connect with the coaches here. When we started, the coaches were very good. Slowly, they put some of the coaches that are either not good with kids or less experienced. I put our child in gymnastics this early not so he could be the next Olympian but for the 'discipline' and 'exercise.' I would appreciate if the coaches for the child program actually enjoys working with kids and understand kids. My child is far from perfect but the program has gone downhill a bit and that's making me think twice about paying close to $22/lesson.

We were yelled at when walking up to equipment and were told we could only use little kid equipment meant for ages around 5-10. We were only there for 15 minutes. We did not enjoy our experience there and when talking about our concerns to an employee and they were difficult to communicate with. It was an unwelcoming environment with workers giving use looks and laughing at use when we tried using the equipment they provided. We were very disappointed and will not be coming back.
