I wouldn't recommend this place at all, I received a coupon in the mail for a FREE 4 square 1 topping pizza and thought I'd give it a try. The ingredients definitely had a different taste to them, the cheese they use tasted nasty. My pizza was slightly burnt on the edges so it made it hard to eat, employee who made my pizza was friendly but they weren't busy at all. Idk, it just tasted weird. Excellent. First off.. a few weeks ago someone at my office ordered a Jets Pizza. I was impressed - loved the Detroit crust and the thick toppings. A few days later I called the Bedford Jets to ask about stuff like delivery in Bedford, wait times and stuff like that. The guy who I spoke too was very professional and I thought ... this is good. So tonight - using the app, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. The app Order was seamless, they called me for a quick clarification, and they said it would be ready at a specific time. I drive there, walked In at the said time, and they boxed it before my eyes. Very courteous and friendly and also saw the comprehensive menu. I'm impressed, and I will be back. Really good stuff. Very good especially for delivery. Really enjoyed this a lot. The crust is not so far out there that you feel like you're losing touch with a pizza you're used to in the south but it's pleasant, it's got a good density to it. I've honestly never been so simply appalled with my treatment. I've been a Jets consumer since 2010. My original location was Keller. I moved to Arlington and was delighted when there was a Bedford location. Andddd then it closed. Fast forward to today. I'm on Uber eats, I see recommendations for jets? REALLY? Could it be!? So I order. $15 minimum order to get delivery- nbd I love the ranch. Everyone knows Jets ranch is essential. It's truly the best. So, I spend $11 on pizza, and $7 on ranch / pizza sauce. Now add in the delivery fees, random service charge fees and tip for the driver. Looking at $30 now since clearly I'm tipping the driver $5 since they drove 20/30min for my order. An hour later and my food arrives. I notice it's just a box? I ask the driver where the ranches are and she replied that they had to be in the box?.... (that 4 corner deep dish box of pizza wouldn't have even fit the ranches if their life depended on it.) So I'm pissed. I don't want this pizza. I won't eat this pizza. I didn't order pizza. I ordered ranch, with a side of pizza. I ordered pizza merely as a catalyst that allows me to consume massive amounts of ranch. Uber eats is clearly no help since they don't have a phone number. They'll refund the ranch, but that's not the point? I'm NOT EATING THIS DANG PIZZA. So, to be able to eat the food I wanted, I will have to spend another hour waiting +delivery fees+service fees+ driver tip + don't forget about that $15 minimum order. So I'd be looking at $60 now, Simply to get what I ordered in the first place. And I doubt I'd get a refund for the first pizza since I was actually delivered the pizza. OH & I'd be still out the delivery fees service fees and driver tip from the first order. So basically the ranch & 4 slices of deep dish pizza would end up costing me $50 total to have now. NOPE. Not doing it. So I call. I talk to the girl who claimed she was a manager, and she apologizes and says it was Her fault. Completely took ownership of it, offers me a credit for the sauces.... So like? You see what's wrong here right? What am I supposed to do right now? I need to drive there to get it? So my $10 in fees was basically just thrown down the garbage pale. I kindly explain to why her offer is honestly super lame.. (I.e. see above if you can't figure out why) She appears empathetic. & then says , "can you hold on one second ma'am?" SO I wait, 5ish minutes. Then the call drops... I wait a few minutes... thinking surely she'd call me back. She didn't, so I did. After ringing for literally 2-3 minutes (legit had no clue a phone could ring so long?) a guy finally answers . He asks me who I spoke to, calls out "did anyone speak to an Elizabeth???" I literally hear the "manager" reply in a rude tone. "Yeah, she's mad about the sauces and I just don't even know what to tell her anymore" So basically she just decided to put me on hold hoping I'd just give up? Pretty disrespectful of my time. The man on the phone seemed like a good person, pretty sure he's the delivery driver and told me to call tomorrow to talk to the manager... Which makes no sense if that girl is the manager? Hmm. Ok. And like yeah, I'm 20 minutes out but maybe since she admitted it was her fault and literally agreed with me on how important the ranch is to the meal- just MAYBEE she could have used her "manager" magic & had the delivery guy bring me my ranch? Yeah it's inconvenient, but it's not my fault? It's yours. So why am I having to spend 15 min of my Saturday night writing a negative review for a pizza place I have always loved, simply to make it known how crappy this makes me feel. All because you missed something so dang simple as condiments. & it's jets, so y'all KNOW how important the ranch is. Why didn't you just check the order? Why is this something that still happens? It's not like I'm complaining about free condiments. It's condiments you charge for. Imagine sending the condiments without the pizza. Because that's how I feel right now. read more

Delivery was awesome. Pizza was not. All the sauce was on 2 slices. Certain slices had no dough toward the center so when you pulled the slice out, all the cheese slipped off... then I had to peel the cheese that was stuck to the box to try and assemble a laughable slice of pizza. On other slices, the dough was cardboard thick and stiff. Lastly, my pepperonis were so over cooked that they looked more like a dark brown clamshell. $23 lesson learned. read more

The detroit style pizza is what I liked the best and it seems to be their best seller. I got the 8 corner pizza, I was like how do you make an 8 corner pizza?! I couldn't find any info on their website descriptions about this mysterious 8 corner so I gave in and ordered it myself. All it is, is two small pizzas put together...ta dahhh! So there really isn't anything special but the 8 corner allows you to enjoy the edgy crusty parts 2x as much as the regular detroit style. I also ordered the NY style. Eh. Definitely not my favorite. We recently moved and found this place in grub hub. Their food is delicious! Their delivery time is great and every staff member that has showed up at our home has been very friendly with a big smile on their face. I would recommend this place to anybody. Had an amazing experience with them. We were staying at a hotel for NFR and ordered a couple pizzas, wings and salad. We were given a 45 minute eta and they showed up in 35. The pizza was amazing, the deli every guy was super nice and respectful. When I tried to tip him he stopped me said my wife already tipped online with placing the order. Got pizza delivered to hotel just up the road. Driver was rude mouthed off and call customer names. Was witnessed by multiple guest at hotel. When asked about it they threatened the customer and said I'll kick your ass. If this is customer service that is offered by your place of business. Customer service is better from an port a potty attendant at a chili eating contest at a county fair. When stalls haven't been cleaned in days and they just got back to work.
