Detroit style deep dish pizza. They also do hand tossed and thin crust (NYC style) but Detroit style is where they started. Expect competition for the corner pieces or order one of the pizzas with all corners. First time I experienced flavored crusts. (no extra cost) The staff here is really friendly. Our go to pizza spot in town. Almost always order the deep dish 8 corner pizzas and rarely disappoints. They run specials from time to time so you just have to be aware as they won't just tell you about them. We call in and pick up our orders and hardly have them delivered so I couldn't tell you about the delivery service. Pizza is always made fresh and very flavorful with their turbo crust option. Wow what a culture shock from what I'm use to. I'm from MI where jets are everywhere and we were happy to see a jets here in TN. We came in for our pickup and waited 6-8 minutes at counter with other people behind us and never got greeted or acknowledged. We could see the workers all laughing and Messing around while working but it was like they all made a choice to not talk or acknowledge any customers. This happened to us and everyone in line. We waited 30min inside and all of us customers were comically talking about how absolutely atrocious the customer service was. So, if I could give zero stars I would. I literally just hung up with Jets (@832p on Memorial Day 2022) and spoke with a woman who answered and explained I was having difficulty using the text app. I spent roughly 20 minutes going back in and editing and re-editing the order until I figured I would call. Logical, right? The benefit, by the way, for using the app is you get 20% off. So, the response I received after explaining the ordeal was "I can take your order if you want, but I can't give you the discount in-store. My district manager won't allow it." This is not only poor customer service, because: 1. You don't know how large my order is. You literally lost $32 worth of business over $8 bucks after the discount. FOOLISH. 2. I am here telling everyone about the poor experience with your app + the poor customer service. Oh, and I will be reaching out to your corporate office - not because of the 20% but because of the customer service or lack thereof. 3. For future orders I will take my business to Marcos or Pizza Hut in Gallatin. You LOSE... all because you don't want to stand by the very technology you created to benefit customers. Oh, and if you haven't guessed it - I have an exceptional handle on the English language. So, the fact your app couldn't figure out my order is even more ridiculous and frustrating. Skip Jets and patronize a business that will stand by what they are selling to the public. PS: Despite several issues with wrong orders in the past, we continued to patronize Jets because we really like the Jets 10 pizza. But, after this ordeal, we're done. The best food and service we have had in this area ever ! I would highly recommend the chicken barbeque pizza and the calzones known as hot pockets ! The crust on both was , crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The manager is courteous and friendly. The place is extremely clean also ! read more

I'm pretty much done with this Jets, too many times there has been somthin wrong with my order. Tonight ordered on line....10 min later I get a call to tell me they are out of lettuce for their salds. This was one of the main items i wanted. Took off the charge and gave me an order of Jets bread. 50 min later the order arrives, no BBQ sauce on the chicken wings, no ranch dressing that I paid extra for, no marina sauce for the bread and no dressing that was to come on the side of the Boat sandwich. Called and complained, said they would send over all the missing sauces.....35 minutes later still no delivery. What a joke. Lived here for 6 months and they have yet to get it right. We decided to try this place and were definitely happy with the service. The person who took our order on the phone was very nice and answered any questions we had. Delivery was right on time. Now on to the main event, the food. We ordered the antipasto and greek salad (both medium, what can I say we really like salad). They were great portions with good ingredients and taste. We ordered a cheese and super special pizza. Both had good flavors, but had a little greese which wasn't overwhelming but should be mentioned. The prices are not too bad, but are a little more expensive than your typical pizza chain. Overall I would definitely go back to this place. read more

My order was wrong, then the girl with the purple wig was willing to make another to replace it but then she argued with me that it was my fault. I wish I had separate ratings for the pizza and the staff. I love the pizza - especially the Bold Fold crust. I have ordered it quite a number of times online with no issue. The website hasn't worked in months so I decided to phone in my favorite order - large bold fold crust with mushroom, onions, and green peppers. The woman taking my order read it back to me exactly as I had requested and I confirmed that the order was correct. When we opened the pizza at home it was covered in pepperoni which I had not ordered. I phoned the store immediately to report the error and was abruptly put on hold to await "the manager." After waiting close to 10 minutes my husband drove the pizza back to the store where the woman proceeded to argue with him that "Bold" means "spicy" and everyone knows that spicy means pepperoni. After several minutes of unproductive argument with her my husband walked out. We'll go elsewhere for our pizza in the future. And the "manager" never picked up. read more

We ordered from here last night and it took them 1.5 hours to deliver to us!! When we called to find out what was going on, they told us they couldn't find us! Then, the girl tried telling us that our payment was declined. I had to pull up my bank account online to tell her the charge had gone through. While on the phone with her, the delivery driver called to say they were on their way. Where were they an hour ago?? Once it finally arrived, it was terrible. We sent a letter to corporate to inform them that the food was being prepared by the lobby attendant without washing their hands. We witnessed this back and forth through the large glass window. The person would take money from customer and then immediately jump into food prep. Hands in the cheese and pepperoni and the dough while making our bold-fold pizza. Corporate never responded. I suggested having them wear gloves or have supervision. Any quality control point would help. That takes another 5 minutes 22 seconds before it's done. While waiting for the salad I informed an associate that someone's order on the machine had fallen behind the wall. Before I could tell them I was told " Just hold on, we are busy. We will help you in just a minute " Total disrespect for someone spending $41.28 on your pizza. If the franchise owner is reading this, you need to get your folks in line and have them treat your customers with respect or your business will eventually close up. This place is disgusting! All the tables were nasty and it looked like nothing is ever cleaned! We actually had to had to wipe down a table before we sat down. The restrooms were beyond gross!
