Business close at 9pm but the kitchen apparently closes at 8:45pm what is the point on that. I got told to hurry up and order at 8:30pm as we walked in the place because kitchen was closing. The food is great and never had issues here with the service. Maybe the owner doesn't know this is happening and maybe was just the employees or manager at that time. With kids and sports getting out late sometimes it is nice to have option between 8-9pm where you can go and not feel rush. Still love the place and maybe look in to it to not loose business. Horrible customer service. Ordered online and showed up at the time and they made me wait for 20 minutes while taking care of others. What's the point of ordering in advance online. Don't let the fact that it's in a strip mall deter you. We live about 35 mins away but were in the area and wanted some pizza. We sat at the bar, and service from most of the younger staff left much to be desired, but there was another woman at the bar who was amazing. We watched her handle over 10 to-go orders and for every single one, she confirmed what was ordered and then opened every box to make sure it was accurate before the customer left. Wow. They have great specials during the week and a nice beer selection, but note this is beer only. We ordered cheese sticks (just ok, not a lot of cheese but we're from Wisconsin, so....), the Philly sandwich and a pizza. I was not a fan of the Philly. As one person noted, they serve their sandwiches on top of the fries which makes it a little hard to eat the fries with your sandwich, and also makes the fries soggy. The veggies on the sandwich (green peppers, mush, onions) are not cooked at all so they were crunchy. Not my preference for a Philly. It was also a bit dry. Either needs more cheese or more of the horseradish sauce that comes on top - which was a delicious twist I've never had on a Philly. The pizza was good! It's not something we would drive out of our way for, but when we're in the area again, we would definitely come back! read more

The pizza itself was good, not great. It's always undercooked, so we put it back in the oven when we get home. The right side was shrimp with pesto. You pay $22 for this pizza, and it comes with 5 pieces of shrimp? 1 shrimp per slice, to me that's the reason for the 2 star along with being undercooked. read more

My family went on a Friday night and were seated right away. The servers were spot on with getting out drinks and taking food orders, but as another post mentioned, there was a delay getting food. After about 25 minutes we got our app and pizza, but the waitress was very apologetic and keep the drinks coming. A few things you need to know before eating here. Please arrive with the expectation that what you order will be delivered in a pool of grease, and freezer burnt.(EVERYTHING IS FROZEN) We ordered a sandwich with fries and the bottom of the basket had a man made grease lake ruining the fries and the sandwich. We're still throwing up from consuming pools of grease. Another the staff is not friendly. A young male came up to our table with the wrong order, and after we informed him we didn't order that. The beer cheese, lettuce and tomatoes were on the meager side, but not a bad price for a pretzel bun burger. We have been local patrons here for going on 3 years. Our almost weekly favorite is wing Wednesday; naked baked wings, honey hot sauce on the side. Breadsticks with beer cheese, ranch, and marinara, and a pizza for the kiddo. Absolutely lovvveeee wing days, can't beat the price either. Another favorite is the 5-0 pizza, they have a lot of great special options you wont get at papa John's or some chain store. Service can be a little spotty at times, sometimes the younger ones working aren't personable at all, but there is one rockstar there we usually get waiting us, and she is phenomenal. Saw someone recommend the beer cheese dip and pretzels. Wowsa, best I've ever had! Even those with me who don't care for pretzels loved them. Tried a couple of 10" pizzas that were fantastic. Worst experience ever. Got in at 4:45, before they were busy. Put an order for an appetizer in at 4:50. Ordered at 5:00. At 5:45, we still never saw the appetizer or our order. Asked three people for help. No one would find our order. Then at 6:00ish one person in our party got their sandwich. The pizza that the other people were sharing doesn't show up for another 15 minutes. No one seems to know why they couldn't get the orders to come out at the same time. And still no appetizer... currently been waiting for 10 minutes to get my check. We'll never come back. And to top it off the food we got was just average. Marcos is just as fine as this joint.
