Food: 3 Delivery/Pick up: 1.5 Our experiences with Jet's have not been very positive at this location. On one order (pick up) they "forgot" to make half of it, and my poor husband had to wait about 20 minutes while they made the rest of the order. On that occasion, they did offer some compensation. Tonight, we ordered delivery. The quoted delivery time was an hour. That seems excessive, and I almost cancelled the order then, but we decided that it would be okay. An hour came and went, we received no food. Ten more minutes and I gave them a call. I was told that the order had been sent out and we would receive it soon. Ten more minutes and it finally arrived, however both pizza and wings were lukewarm at best. Since we live nearby I find this unacceptable. Also, I dislike that there is no way to track your order on the app. If there was, perhaps they would try to do better. In short, if you are hungry and want hot pizza, I'm afraid you would be better off ordering from somewhere else. read more

Usually we order Jets whenever traveling as we do not have one close to home and enjoy this style of pizza. This was the worst experience we have ever had with them. After waiting 2 hours for delivery I called to check on it since it was close to closing time. A girl Picked up, screamed into the phone with t was ok it's way, and slammed the phone down. I order Jetts from this location about once a week, and I usually pick them up. I use the text to order and I save 20% on each transaction. I have not mentioned it to the staff, but the last few times I have ordered, the pizza is below my expectations which were established as a result of the pizzas I had received from them when I first began ordering from Jet's. I order the Jets 10 always. The last several weeks of pizzas were skimpy on ingredients, soggy, and were not cut. There were lines as if these were suggestions of where the pizza would have been cut if we were to cut them, making serving the pizza difficult at best. I guess it's time to move on and find a new pizza place, as management does not seem to have any quality control checks in place. Good luck with your future which experience says is self correcting. So Disappointed! I opened my app and looked at the Hot Deals and proceeded to text my order as I usually do. I got a text back that said "not taking text orders now, please call store". I called the store and put in my order and was told it would be &30+. Jet's is pretty much the only pizza place that I'll order delivery from, at least it used to be anyway. I've exclusively ordered any of my pizza delivery orders from Jet's for YEARS. However, this location consistently delivers undercooked pizza to the point where the cheese isn't even melted. Also, the past 7ish times I've called in an order whoever answers the phone/takes my order has been super unnecessarily rude af. Jets is a good pizza chain. Same everywhere I have tried them. Only difference is size of the place. This is the typical order out location. Some in Knoxville have large eat in dining and bar areas with TVs. Pizza I ordered was as good as anyplace. I would recommend the turbo crust when you order if you never tried it. It's great. My house has been a loyal customer of this store location since it opened. We even stuck by them when the wrong oven was installed and fuel was being pushed into the pizzas (we jokingly/lovingly referred to them as Jet Fuel Pizza for at least 2 years). Tonight we feel mistreated and cannot let it go unvoiced. We ordered online the 8-corner pizza (a large, square, deep-dish pizza) with double pepperoni. 45 minutes later we get a call that they are out of deep-dish crust and will use hand-tossed instead, and it would be another 45 mins before we got it. They didn't offer any type of recompense; no discount, no free drink, no free dessert on next order, etc. "Just accept this solution because we're busy" was the implication we got so we moved ahead with it. Plus we were tired and hungry and had prepaid. We received a MEDIUM hand-tossed pizza with REGULAR pepperoni for the EXACT SAME price. It doesn't take a math/geometry/business genius to realize that a medium, round, hand-tossed, single-topping pizza does not equate to a large, square, deep dish, double-topping pizza. Yes, we tipped the driver. It wasn't his fault. It's the fact they didn't even try that truly upsets me. Where's the care and pride in your place of business? I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the square deep dish pizza here at Jets! It's extraordinary! And you can order it by the slice! The crust is the crispest I've ever had. The other pizzas are ordinary. What you would expect from a chain. Won't be ordering the fold over or any type of regular pizza anytime soon. Customer device is great too. The manager let me call in an order for pick up 5 min before close and left the door open for me. He said they'd still be cleaning so I could still place an order. How awesome is that!! So I was at a MTAC bagging party for my Job yesterday and we got pizza from Jets for lunch. I am unsure of the location we ordered from; however, as this one is the closest to our warehouse, it seems the most likely one. This was the first time I had had Jets since moving up here, and suffice to say, I am a convert. Seriously, they make one of the best delivery pizzas I have ever had. Nice big pieces of mushroom, delicious pepperoni and a pan crust that is just perfect and not to greasy. This place trumps every take-out experience I have ever had and I will gladly order them again, as no other place comes close. Finally, when it comes to putting cheese on a pizza, these people know what it means to say, "there is no such thing as to much cheese" Since reviewing this place, I have started recommending Jets to anyone and everyone I know. Seriously, if you want really good pizza, look no further. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Amazing pizza, top notch ingredients and an overall great product. We ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks. Everything was ready on time when we arrived for pick up. Food was hot and fresh. Employees greeted us right away. They were friendly and courteous. Very small interior. There are tables outside to eat at but none located indoors and that is why I did not provide a 5 star rating. Jet's Pizza is my favorite pizza other than real Chicago style from the actual Windy City. When in Tennessee it doesn't get any better than Jet's. Although Jet's has many locations, they are delivering a quality product the beats the pants off all the other chains (and local mom and pop's as well). What to try: Square or 8-Corner pizzas, Greek Salad, Jets Bread, Turbo Stix, Cinnamon Stix Pros: Many convenient locations, offers Coke products, great coupons via mail, coupon mint and with each order, offers garlic butter (surprisingly most pizza joints do not offer garlic butter), quick delivery time 30-40 min usually Cons: On the pricer end of the pizza chain (but definitely get your hands on a easy-to-find coupon to remedy this), they do charge a delivery fee (but so do most pizza places) read more

I've ordered from this location frequently over the past 3 years, and never had a bad experience until my last two visits. I am very disappointed with the food and service I've received in the past month. This evening I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I couldn't see anyone in the kitchen area, and I waited several minutes before anyone walked up to the counter to help me. The young lady asked for my name several times, and could not find my order. She left to get a manager to help me. The manager also had trouble finding my order, although it was right behind the register in the warmer. She was clearly irritated and very unfriendly when I showed her my Groupon while paying. When I got home with my salad, pizza, and cinnamon sticks, I found that there were random toppings added or missing from both the salad and pizza, and the side of icing was missing from the cinnamon sticks. Some of the lettuce in the salad was a bit wilted and brownish. A few weeks ago, I placed an order for carryout by phone. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the order never printed, and therefore was not made. The gentleman immediately said he would give me my food for half-price, which was very nice. However, my pizza and breadsticks were both made incorrectly, either missing toppings or having added toppings that I didn't request. These types of situations have never happened before. I've never had anything wrong on an order, even if it's very customized. I'm not sure what the problem has been recently, but again I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Their drivers think they are driving jets. Just had one drive through my complex twice at a high rate of speed. Plus he acted like delivering pizza was a pain. He slammed doors on the Jets car when he finally found the apartment. I will never order from them because I have a dog that was almost lost due to his irratic driving. Second experience; first review. The first experience was pretty good: ordered delivery and the pizza was exactly as ordered. Splitting a large pie into two halves, we had different toppings on each. I especially enjoyed the Cajun-flavored crust! Arrived in ~40 minutes, as promised. Piping hot. Second experience: poor. No, terrible. I expected delivery in ~ 30-45 minutes. But, it took an hour and 10 minutes. The "double-cheese" I ordered was only room temperature and the meat was cool. It's as if the pizza had been prepared much earlier, but sat for a while and cooled significantly. Pizza is not complicated. But, when you foul it up, it's a bitter disappointment...This really sours me on patronizing them again. In this instance, they had a second time to repeat the first impression. As a native Michigander, I have always loved Jet's pizza. I'm so glad they have set up shop in Tennessee. This location is "our" Jet's and the employees are all very friendly. Delivery times can take a while so we generally prefer to pick ours up. I know Jet's is known for its deep-dish pizza, but I actually prefer their thin crust. If you had asked me to write a review for Jet's a few months ago I would have probably given it 4 stars, maybe even 5. For some reason though lately I haven't been in love with their pizza. This is the ONLY pizza place where I wouldn't advise ordering extra cheese on your pie. It's honestly just too much. I didn't even know there was such a thing as too much cheese on a pizza, but there is. It's so much it just becomes a thick, chewy layer that you just KNOW is not good for your insides. The thin crust pizzas are really good, I'll give them that. However, the square and the regular round pizzas have just been too greasy for my taste lately. Customer service at this location has always been super friendly and professional. Stick with the thin crust and you won't be disappointed. I actually quite like their pizza, but I just can't stand to order from them again after my experiences. They sent the wrong pizza on an order in December, and promised me a free pizza the next time.
