We got carry out after the UK football game yesterday. Ordered the large Super Special Thin Crust pizza. Plenty of toppings and the crust had a slight crisp and still a little chewy. We also ordered a Large Garden Salad. I didn't try it, but my wife enjoyed it and it looked very fresh. I would definitely stop here again. Not the best nor the worst pizza in town but certainly the worst customer service I've experienced in Lexington. A national chain but without the pros of their service or organization - no reason an owner needs to be called for a refund of under $10. Highly recommend you skip this option and try somewhere locally-owned. We have fabulous pizza options in town, Jet's is not one of them. read more

For a chain, this place pretty much nails Detroit style pizza, which in my opinion is the best style of pizza that there is. I'd normally be horrified if someone said dip your pizza in ranch...but definitely get a side of ranch here and dip your perfectly crispy cheesy crust in it! read more

Jets is my go-to pizza order in Lexington! I love the four corner blt pizza and some turbo sticks; only complaint is my order doesn't come with sauce for the turbo sticks 50% of the time, and I always order it with Marinar and ranch (pay extra for one sauce). read more

The pizza was a bit better than expected. I usually don't do chains but after a busy Sunday I had no dinner.This was a tasty pie,adequate toppings and taste.Neatly cut and very tasty. This was the best deep dish pizza I've had in a long time! I love the caramelized crust and that pillowy crunch! Only downside was the use of canned mushrooms instead of fresh but that just a preference. The sausage was awesome! I know it's Detroit style but it reminds me of old school Pizza Hut deep dish from 35 years ago that used to be good! The inside tables could use some cleaning but it's mainly a carryout place, so no real issue. read more

We have ordered Jets pizza for delivery twice. I can tell you, I was very impressed with the food. Whenever you move to a new town, you have to get to know the area and what is good in that area from the locals. Yesterday (7/30/16) This specific Jets Pizza donated lunch and dinner to law enforcement officials that were participating in a fundraiser called cops on doughnut shops put on by the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) for Special Olympics of Kentucky! Officers from the University of Kentucky Police, DEA Office of Diversion Control, Bluegrass Army Depot Police, Louisville Metro Corrections, Lexington Corrections, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, KSP Troopers and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement were in the heat from 6 am to 11pm raising money that directly benefits Special Needs Athletes in Kentucky. The owner of this Jets Pizza, Greg, was spoken to by the LETR Event Coordinator about the event. Greg, without hesitation, offered to feed the officers lunch and dinner! It's not every day that a company steps up to do something super amazing but that exactly what Jets Pizza did! Please show them your support like they showed their support to Law Enforcement me Special Olympics of Kentucky! P.S. FYI: It's kind of near City BBQ; however, I would not go with that statement. It is actually located next to Zaxby's and shares a road with it. If you go to City BBQ, you will hit a dead end or have to go through the entire parking lot to get to the other side and make two left turns before getting to the actual place. Now for the review: I wanted to try this place because yet again, there is another pizza place that pops up into Lexington. I am getting all these flyers/coupons in the mail about it. From the coupon itself, I can see that the pizza is pretty pricey. Are we talking New York's cost of living to pay for the pizza? Dang! Anywho, so I decide to go today and pick up a simple, small. pepperoni deep dish. It came out to $7.41! I asked the gal at the register what they were known for and I guess, she told me that they are famous for deep dish? I am tasting it and it tastes like one I could have gotten from Little Caesars. After taking it all in, I think, this place is known for how one wants their crust done. If you look at the Take Out menu, there are certainly a ton of options. I would say it is like Marco's pizza in a way. They seem to specialize in flavoring the crust. read more

The last pizza I got from Jet's also came with a huge black hair! When I told them about it their reply was :"It sometimes happens." No offer to replace the inedible pizza. Obviously I won't be returning altho the hairless(?) Pizzas I had purchased ranked among the highest. Just wish I had checked more closely on the others to see if they also came with hair (lol). Slow.... I like their pizza but they are slow here I came in to get slices of pizza already made but I still had to wait 10-15 minutes for the slices! The point for me stopping was the convenience of not having to wait. Jets has been slacking on service lately. Store bought pizza it will be for a while. read more

This was a Great Idea for lunch ! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I loved that . I tried a square dish pep pizza that was amazing. I was a little stund on how they regulate the ranch and are very firm on $1 Buck for a side dressing , especially after Buying pizza , I would think at least 1 dressing would be free? Jet's is one of my top two places for pizza in Lexington. I can always count on it to satisfy my pizza cravings! My favorite part about their pizza is the sauce - a little bit on the sweeter side. Done carry out and delivery. Both were reasonably quick and done right. They have many versions of crust. We like thin so we went with that. It's very good and had plenty of toppings. A large will feed two hungry adults. If you're famished you might need more or go with a thicker crust. Will be our top 1 or 2 go to for pizza in our (Hamburg) area. read more

This new restaurant is located next to City BBQ just off Richmond Rd. It's relatively small but clean. There are about 5 outdoor tables in addition to the indoor seating. The pizza comes hand tossed or deep dish, the best. I love their BBQ chicken pizza and their supreme. They have a slightly above average amount of toppings per pizza and a good amount of cheese. I love pizza, but I'm really particular about my pizza. I love a good New York style pizza. That's my usual measuring stick. So that being said, I like that the bottom is crisp but not like a thin crust (I had hand tossed). They have crust flavor options!!! Yummy!!! And it is just scrumptious!!! I love that this location has seating, though it's not alot, it allows me to get it there since I don't like cold pizza! I like it sizzling, and that's what I got. I LOVE this pizza. It has been my favorite for over a year in Cincinnati. However....I got a coupon in the mail for $24.99 for xlarge pizza and large salad. When I called they said they didn't have that coupon in the system so they couldn't honor it. Talked to the mgr and he said same thing. I hung up and called Dominos. 2 weeks later I decide to give them another try. Go online to order and there's the same "Hot Deal" so I ordered it. 1 hour later my pizza comes with no salad. Called the mgr he said they don't offer that special but they will bring me a salad "if I want it". I said YES THATS WHY I ORDERED IT. He reluctantly told me he would have to charge me for it $2.44. SERIOUSLY? $2.44...he sure did. I didn't want anything free...but the hassle isn't worth me ever calling there again. Such a shame customer service doesn't exist with thus company. read more

The 8 corner pizza is a lot like old school Pizza Hut, which in the 80's was really good. For delivery pizza, it's out go-to place.

I specifically stated I wanted a regular large pizza. I was given a deep dish. Pizza was good but the restaurant needs some real attention with regards to cleanliness. My shoes were sticking to the floor. The floors were filthy particularly in corners; filthy black. I will not go back. read more
