a pepperoni pizza in a box

If you're craving Detroit style pizza this is your place. The crust is so crispy and perfect. I have no idea what they use for their secret sauce but it's sweet, rich and heavenly. Jets is also very inexpensive as far as other places go. Get you one today!!

This was a Great Idea for lunch ! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I loved that . I tried a square dish pep pizza that was amazing. I was a little stund on how they regulate the ranch and are very firm on $1 Buck for a side dressing , especially after Buying pizza , I would think at least 1 dressing would be free? Anyhow the Food was hot fresh and great . I Do recommend, just a little pricey. Thanks

The 8 corner pizza is a lot like old school Pizza Hut, which in the 80's was really good. For delivery pizza, it's out go-to place.

Was not thrilled with the pizza. Just kind if bland and no real taste. Have to find another place.

I know it's Detroit style but it reminds me of old school Pizza Hut deep dish from 35 years ago that used to be good!

Our waitress was lovely, very on the ball, prompt and friendly. You can tell the place fills up but with many different room-ets the body of people is broken up and maintains a more intimate feeling. We ordered the cornucopia from the Autumn menu which was fresh, well prepared and nicely seasoned. The majority of veggies were hot and the beets were chilled which was a nice contrast and the pistachio pesto underneath was a nice touch. Acorn squash was fab. Side salad was huge especially for $3.50 pricetag. Meatballs were nicely seasoned and tender. They had a little red pepper kick to finish. The cider chop was amazing! Thick pork chop, brined for 24 hours to make it tender and juicy. Paired classically with white beans, and a modern twist with fried onions and sautéed apples. This dish is a must. The disappointment of the evening was the chicken parm. It was soggy and the chicken was tough. It's a staple item that should be done well to bring people back, however, with such wonderful, non traditional items on the menu, venture to eat those instead!

Started with an old-fashioned and an unsweet tea. Drink was good overall. We shared a Caesar salad to start. Half of the lettuce pieces were brown. Lettuce was yellowed more than green. Meh. I ordered the rigatoni with spicy marinara, meatball and sausage. The portion was insanely large - two sausages and two meatball, plus a platter of pasta. This was good - but again too much. Meatballs were good, sausage was good. For dessert I ordered the chocolate mousse which was okay. It was everything you would expect a nice dining experience. The menu was extensive with lots of modern takes on Italian favorites. There is a good wine list with sufficient number of options for any wine taste and also a specialty cocktail list. We started out with fried calamari and a specialty caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and a variety of meats and olives. They were all delicious and fresh. For dinner I had the Fagottini Sinatra which was to die for. The combination of the pasta, cheeses, apple bites, and cream sauce enhanced all the flavors and produced a combination which I would HIGHLY recommend. Note that the prices are $30-$50 a meal but you get what you would expect from a nice restaurant. I will definitely be back on a future visit to Lexington.

So first -- major credit where it's due: the service was fantastic. It was busy, it was chaotic, it was love-in-the-air level packed... and our server was still kind, attentive, and genuinely great. It was a little slow, but honestly? On Valentine's Day? Totally understandable. Now, let's talk food. The meatball appetizer? Outstanding. If the whole meal had that same energy, this would be a different review. Those meatballs came in like the confident main character. I ordered the Chicago beef (hot instead of sweet), expecting bold, juicy, maybe-a-little-spicy goodness. Instead... it tasted like someone whispered "beef" from another room. I kept waiting for the flavor to arrive. It never did. I'm not saying it was bland, but salt might have been an optional add-on. My husband ordered the Manzo Parmesan pasta. He eats medium rare. This steak was blue. Not "a little under." Not "oops." It was grazing-in-a-field-five-minutes-ago rare. If it mooed, I wouldn't have been shocked. BUT -- we need to talk about the music. The playlist was elite. Every song that came on was something off my Apple playlist. At one point I genuinely wondered if they'd somehow tapped into my phone. 10/10 vibes. I was half expecting my "On Repeat" playlist to start playing next. All that said, the staff truly did their best on one of the busiest nights of the year, and we appreciated that. The bones of a really good experience are there especially if the kitchen can bring the same magic to the entrées that they brought to those meatballs. Would we try it again? Maybe but next time I'm ordering whatever the meatballs are having... and asking for the playlist.

She spent most of her time standing around with other waitresses talking. We were seated as far from the kitchen as you could be and she was so loud yelling that we could hear every word. There was a small child sitting at a table alone that the wait staff kept checking on. Not sure if this was an employee's child that they brought to work with them. As we were about to eat, the hostess seated a man and his dog across from us. It was not a service dog. As the waitresses surrounded the puppy the owner explained it was 8 weeks old and he just got it yesterday. He sat the dog in the chair, on the table, and walked it across the restaurant, in which the wait staff pet it then went back to waiting tables. Our waitress then sat at the table with the child (close to the hostess podium) and other waitresses and yelled across the restaurant to the kitchen to order herself an Italian salad. The food was awful. We ordered the chicken parm and mezalluna. The chicken was beaten paper thin and the pasta was room temp and flavorless. We added the spices they bring for the bread to the dishes in an attempt to add some flavor. $50 for water, two entrees, and a very disappointing lunch service.
