The employees do a good job. The entire ordering system needs to flushed down the toilet!!! 1 star is actually to high. The web site wouldn't send me the confirmation code, the store won't accept the coupons I receive in the mail, the phone # is automatically answered by a computer and won't allow you to use the promo code. The entire ordering system needs to be redone, by someone who actually understands how to set up an ordering system or actually hire a human to take the orders and eliminate all the garbage and the overpaid people that set it up. read more

Would be 0 stars if I could. Placed an order and told me 45 minutes called after an hour for them to tell me it would be another 45 minutes when I called to check. This was after they just told me the driver left with it to then come back and said the pizza was ready but, it was still there and they didn't have a driver to bring it to me but, I could come pick it up if I wanted.... Very good pizza we enjoy it having about three or four times a month excellent cost for what you get. Your large square pizzas the Jets best choice is a great choice pepperoni turbo crust extra sauce way to go for my family. Sometimes I like to get the what I call a special minus black olives and substitute jalapenos yummy. I'm loving the curbside delivery system I hope they keep this up. read more

Recently, I worked with the crew at Jet's Pizza in Lowell, MI and they were wonderful! We put in a very large order over phone for 3 different shifts, spanning 2 days and they did a fantastic job! The food was delivered hot, on-time and with a warm delivery from each driver. They communicated wonderfully and provided me with all the information I needed. World class service and food. This is one of my favorite pizza places, even though it is a growing regional chain in the Midwest and East Coast. I first tried Jets while in college in Ann Arbor during the late 90's, and then in Lansing in the early 2000's and it was great. I've been to the Lowell one a handful of times now; it's in a nice, newer building. I've not tried the other menu items which they've added over the past decade such as salads, chicken wings, calzones, subs and deli boats. Are you kidding me? We ordered 3 pizzas: a supreme, a mushroom only, and a Hawaiian with mushrooms & jalapeno. What we got, for $75, was the Hawaiian/ jalapeno without mushrooms, and 2 super specials, one of which had mushrooms. Problem? We had 2 vegetarians in our group, one who had to pick out the onions & green pepper he can't eat and both of whom had to dissect out the pepperoni and ham so they could eat. :-( Honestly, how do you mess up this bad and stay in business? read more

The whole family got food poisoning from eating pizza from this place. This was the only food that we all ate that day. Called to let them know and they did not even apologize. Pretty much said that there is no way that it was them. We never complain about food but we were legit sick from it all day. We would have been fine if they just owned up to it but Mike the GM was a total jerk. Never going back. Stay away from this place if you don't want food poisoning. read more

Delivery driver, Sean, extremely rude. Argued with me while trying to give directions, did not say a word when I answered the door and didn't even try to accept the tip. Absolutely never ordering from this jets again and I will be sure nobody I know does. read more
