I wish I could give the a zero. Thought I would order a delivery pizza and surprise visitor friends with a delivery pizza. That was two hours ago. I call and they say they can not say they can even deliver it. $65 bucks plus's a tip and they say it might might make it out. I know this is the season but ripping people off is wrong. We are year rounders and I hope we can make them change their rip off ways!! Waited til the morning to post. Never received or heard anything and are charges show as still pending. From Boston... We are very critical of our pizza. After getting a four piece, Detroit style pizza, half with pepperoni and half with mushrooms straight out of the oven, it was one of the best we've had. The crust was perfectly light with the great crispy edge , the sauce was tasty. The cheese was stretchy And the toppings were perfect. This is the best pizza we have had in Florida for sure and right up there with the best of Boston's pizza--Regina's and Santarpios! We're going back again and again. I don't leave many reviews, but need to for this. We love love love this pizza BUT... we have ordered delivery from them 3 times and it has consistently gotten to us more than 30 min past the estimated time. This last time we pre-ordered for delivery, they called us and said they lost the ticket and the pizza was in the oven. They gave back us the delivery fee, but we still received the pizza an hour after we had requested it. Given that I ordered it 2 hours before, I would expect maybe a 15min delay. It's the perfect combination of tang and spice- the flavor is endless. Imagine the scene in Ratatouille where Remi describes the flavors of cheese and strawberries with beautiful swirling colors. First time at Jets pizza, was recommended by several people. Very impressed by the Detroit style crust. Thick and relatively airy. Crispy on bottom and sides from baking in pan with oil. Love the crispness. Pepperoni and mild peppers, hard to beat. And a great price. read more

I love this place and have recruited many others. I grew up with Jets in Michigan and am obsessed, slightly hehe. My favs are the BBQ Chicken deep dish and Jalapeño Pineapple deep dish.. With a side of ranch. Tonight the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was struggling so instead of my usual delivery, I went into the store to make sure everything was correct. When I got it, it was wrong. Can I just mention how awesome Jesse is? He has dreads and glasses and is always so pleasant and smiley. He made everything right and I felt happy leaving. Every time he rings me up he makes me smile. You can tell he is one of those people who actually care when they go to work and want to make others happy. Yay Jets, you're my favorite and yay Jesse. For the love of God, don't. I've been in the kitchen. I can count the number of times I've walked in to the manager sleeping on the kitchen floor. It's two. Not once. Twice. On the floor. The manager. The delivery drivers do all the dishes. If you're a delivery driver, whats your main concern? Right! Not dishes! Nothing is properly cleaned because the drivers just want to get out and make their tips. To their credit, they do make their dough fresh every day. They rotate properly. Problem lies with all their toppings being fresh out of a bag. I know that basically the norm but there are so many better, honest, legitimate pizza places where the managers aren't napping in the kitchen. Salads are prepared without gloves. No employee remembers the recipes so theres a list of what goes in which salad posted on the station. As a fellow human, I strongly suggest against visiting this pizza joint. +1 star for quick delivery times. And you can likely buy drugs off your driver. read more

Really impressed with everything. Ordered online 1 small pizza. 1 large pizza and 1 Caesar salad. It was under $40, so I wasn't expecting much. Ordered online and got a call ten minutes before the order was supposed to be ready that they had an issue charging the card. They had over half an hour before that to address any of their computer issues. There is no problem with the card, my bank even confirmed they charged it!! They wouldn't make the order, hadn't even started so it would have been way late anyway. Now I get to call my bank and dispute the charge because it was run anyways. They were not even remotely helpful, wanted me to give them another card or cash even though they already charged me!! Jets pizza is also consistently delicious!! My favorite chain pizza and honestly I find myself ordering this more than "specialty" pizza shops. The crust is buttery and addicting! My typical order is the deep dish eight corner with pepperoni and the deep dish jets bread. The ranch dressing is amazing if you like to dip the pizza. My only complaint is that the sauce containers are too small. I recently moved here and my local Jets had sauce ramekins twice the size. You pay for extra sauce so it would be nice for them to upgrade. Pick up was quick and I had no issues. read more
