Finally tried the famous chain Jets pizza in Michigan. Yes we have local stores in Florida but I was actually in Michigan so I needed to see how it was. This location has a RGM with thee most nasty attitude towards customers. I called on Christmas eve the store picked up the phone and said we're not taking any more orders. I went on Door Dash and the order went right through. So I called the store back and asked why are they saying they not taking orders when I just placed an order on door dash from this location. The lady said she don't know how I got an order we're out of dough. So I said it must be from another location the lady said it must be. So my order came and it was from their location. So I called back to get understanding. I asked why is this store telling me all this and I got the food on door dash from this location. The Manager got to screaming "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU ITS Christmas EVE WERE BUSY" so I said don't worry I ll give corporate a call. The Manager screamed again " I LL CALL CORPORATE FOR YOU AND HUNG UP" So on December 30th I called Corporate and because mostly all of Jets are franchises you have to fill out a link and wait for a call back. The lady from corporate said try calling the location and talking it out. I called the store the first manager wanted to give me a store credit. I told him the credit is not my concern I'll want to talk to the Restaurant General Manager. He said hold on give me a sec. Lord and behold the RGM was the lady from my bad experience and this what she said. "HELLO SIR IM THE MANAGER FROM THAT NIGHT YOU KEPT CALLING AND YES I SAID I LL CALL CORPORATE ITS NOT LIKE IM A GET FIRED THAT WAS A 7000 NIGHT IM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING AND DONT CALL BACK TO THIS STORE"!!!!!!!! To everyone in the Taylor Area I don't think I need to say anything else to advice you never to order and give your hard earned money to a store with a Restaurant General Manager who talks like this and thinks like this about her customers. Remember it was a $7000 night and it's not like she is going to get fired is what she said. read more

Wish I could give zero stars, because what I've received was not what should've made it out of the building. Changing everything about the jets bread was horrifically idiotic, it was soggy, limp, loss of flavor, greasy, absolutely and utterly repulsive. Before jets made this change I would've gave it 5 stars, the bread was fluffy, flavorful, the cheese wasn't soggy or greasy. Won't be ordering jets bread again until this disgusting mistake is fixed. Amazing every time. The turbo sticks are so yummy and buttery and just the right consistency. Only reason I put a 4 star is they forgot my seasoned crust, which im sure wouldn't be an issue for the employees to fix, I just ran out of time on my lunch. read more

Thumbs down for the Goddard and Pardee location in Taylor MI...I tried using the online coupon and kept getting message to call the store. They answered and said you can't use an online coupon if they offer the same coupon in the store. I then said to place my order with the store directly. However the cost was more than the online price. He told me it was because they had to use a different coupon! Well that makes no sense to his first response why coupon would not work on online. Bottom line this is the second time the store tried to charge more than their coupon. Buyers beware and double check your receipt. read more

The location in the Flat Rock or Brownstown area ... was satisfactory the delivery was prompt . One fact that I can speak about is the barbecue chicken . My first time trying it from a fast delivery joint " Jets pizza" was actually great tasting . My recommendation for anyone thats a fan of this kind of pizza. read more

Absolutely horrible. When I ordered and wanted it delivered, they said it would take half hour. Well after an hour I called and they said, "oh it's on its way not". 15 mins later and he delivered to the wrong room with the wrong pop and cold pizza. I ordered a pizza from there and had it delivered . They delivered it without the ranch I ordered and when I called back to tell them I was charged for it they ask me to come pick it up. Well if I wanted to travel out I would have picked up the pizza myself to begin with. And he had a attitude when he told me to come get it. The pizza was cold. Every time I order, I get GREAT pizza. Sometimes the tomatoes are cut differently, but the taste is always yummy. By far my favorite pizza. I always get the antipasto salad w/Italian dressing. So good. Just this last time I ordered it, it was far more lettuce than toppings. That's the only room for improvement. And customer service is great, along with delivery service. read more

We get a pickup from here at least once a month. My fav is the square BBQ chicken pizza! It is finger licking-lip smacking good! The prices are fair, there are always coupons to use. My pizza is ready when I get there. And the folks there are pleasant and courteous. read more

The WORST Jets Pizza I've ever been to! I order from here 4x and they messed my order up 4x. Nowhere on the menu does it say tomatoes come on the chicken Parmesan Jet Boat, but every time I order one from the place they insisted on putting tomatoes on it. The only really I kept ordering from here is because they kept giving me a credit to come back. The last time I ordered to use my credit I ordered "without tomatoes" and the smart mouth young man taking my order said tomatoes don't come on the chicken parm jet boat, exactly what I've been saying however when I got my order it still had tomatoes on it!! Just ordered Jets Pizza in Taylor. Just awful. I ordered a veggie round pizza, light sauce cooked well done. Too much sauce, not cooked in the center of the pizza at all.
