absolutely disgusting yet again. this will be my last time ordering from here. chicken Alfredo pasta is supposed to be to have Alfredo sauce. not burnt hard noodles and so dry you can't even swallow it. half the cheese bread has no cheese on it and the pizza is dry. I'm so over it. I've given this place chance after chance and I'm done calling and talking to a rude ass owner. so I'm not even going to call again I'll just post pictures of what I paid 50 bucks for.. Very good thin crust pizza. The sauce was tasty and took me back to my childhood. My only problem was the slices were not cut through all of the way The small Greek salad was well priced and had a very large amount of olives. I ordered my onion rings "LIGHTLY COOKED". They arrived crispy with some of them so overcooked that they were black. I am going to stop ordering here. A while back they delivered a salad where the driver crushed the ranch dressing and my bag and salad box were covered. They said I would get a $5.00 refund when I called. Instead, they sent the driver with another ranch dressing. This did nothing to clean up the mess. read more

I was visiting some friends in the Downriver area. Eventually, the question came up as to what to do for dinner; since, there were 30 of us. The host ordered three Big Benito pizzas--each one of them were 24 inches. Of course, he did not tell us how big they were; so, some of the guests were skeptical as how many people three pizzas were going to feed. Those three pizzas did indeed feed all of us, and we had leftovers. So, I am giving a high mark for the fact that the pizzas were able to feed a lot of people. What I am counting off for is that the flavor of the pizzas was just average. They were no better nor worse than any of the other pizzas that I have had in the area. Called to order a pizza and a sub with fries. The guy on the phone was extremely rude when I asked for fries. Told me the broiler was down, okay, no need to be rude about it. Anyways, went to go pick it up the tall, skinny, red head who works there (who also answered the phone and who's always in a shitty mood) gives me an excuse..."I was in a hurry." I told him that he should've had someone else answer the phone then because he was a jerk! He continues to argue with me, words are exchanged and eventually he called me a bitch. I recently went to Benitos to pick up a pizza and some bread sticks. The pizza as pretty good and the bread sticks were the same. The man who behind the counter was super friendly and charismatic. While this is our go to for pizza, I was extremely disappointed with my salad the last 3 times we've ordered. The first time about 3 month ago, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with our order. It came with no chicken and no croutons. Just lettuce and cheese. The second time, I decided to give it another try with a chicken Caesar, and this time it came with chicken and lettuce. No croutons, no cheese, no dressing. This last time, I figured I'd go with a Greek salad and it came with No olives, no cheese, no dressing. Called to cancel order and was told by screaming girl that there were 15 delivery orders before me and only one driver and if I didn't like it I did not have to deal with them. Must say we have been browsing pizza places in Taylor near my in laws and stumbled across this place. We saw they had a "Big Benito" pizza that can feed 7-10 people which was perfect for what we needed. The Big Benito is huge! 24inch pizza, very long slices, your choice of toppings. Additional toppings are about $3.69, for Chicken, Steak or Anchovies it cost about $6.89/per topping. I went to pick this pizza up and it couldn't even fit in my wife's car without some work! Finally got it back to the family and it tasted great! Toppings well loaded, slices huge, taste great! Will definitely order from here again! I believe certain locations you can order online as well. I recently stopped there for a carry out. It was busy. I ordered two pizza's, and some boneless chicken. My husband loved the boneless chicken, fries were good (not soggy). I ordered a lightly done cheese pizza which was perfect. The crust was cooked but not crispy, just like I ordered it, no brown cheese, perfect. The kids 3 item pizza got no complaints. I ordered a bacon pizza with a ham & cheese sub for delivery. The pizza arrived pretty quickly. This is good since not many places deliver to my area. The downside was that the delivery guy was not aware that I had already paid when I ordered online, so he had to call his manager to confirm. The pizza I ordered was good, as usual. However, the customer service was dreadful. I placed an order and was told it would be anywhere between 55 and 65 minutes for delivery. After 80 or so minutes had passed, I tried calling the store to find out where my pizza was. My phone is set up to automatically block my number. Apparently, this location doesn't like it when people do that and they didn't even bother to pick up the call. So, I called back, thinking there might have a mistake. Nope, they decided to not pick it up again. I called a third time because I wanted the item I had ordered and it was passed the promised delivery time. This time someone answered and said, rather abruptly, that they don't take orders from blocked phone numbers. They didn't even give me a chance to explain that I wasn't placing an order. I don't care if it's their policy to not take blocked calls. There are better ways to explain the policy to customers. Their current method cost them a customer. No, I doubt they'll close up shop because of it (and I doubt they'll care) but they I'll never order from them again. read more
