Placed an order 45 min before closing time and my card was charged, but delivery never showed up. I called an hour after purchase and only received an automated message that they were closed. I arrived to pick up our pizzas at the time they said they would be ready and had to wait nearly 15 minutes longer. We ordered a pizza with the bold pepperoni and every pepperoni slice had a ring of casing around it that had to be peeled off in order to eat the pizza. We have ordered from Jets Pizza in Tecumseh quite a few times and it's always been very good. Tonight we ordered it ordered half plain cheese, half with three other ingredients on it. My husband picked it up when we got it here it appeared that it had been sitting there for quite a while and they just added the other ingredients to the half of the cheese pizza. Needless to day it was cold and the cheese on the cheese pizza half was very cold and obviously been sitting there for a while. I called the store just to let them know how disappointing that was only to be told by the manager I was wrong and that she personally made it fresh and when I said no, obviously it was not made fresh. We get pizza there all the time and this is not what we're used to. She hung up on me. Her name was Zoe very very disappointed we will not be returning. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. To many times I've called too order a pizza for delivery, I have been a customer for a while now, you have on your website that on Friday and Saturday your store is open until 12 am, when I call for a delivery at 10:30 I'm told you are closing in 19 to 30 minutes and no drivers available for delivery. I don't understand why you advertise closing at 12:am when you close one hour earlier. This is not fair and misleading. The lobby close's earlier ?? I hope that you can get this issue resolved soon as this is false advertisement. read more

Very good pizza from the ham and pineapple to the chicken barbeque variety. It is thick, delicious with generous toppings. We had the square version but the round shape is good also. read more

We just tried the deep dish and its the best deep dish pizza we've had in a long time. To get my 80 something mother, my wife, and myself to agree 100% on something is a miracle. I don't usually go for deep dish pizza as it has to be made just right but this Jet's Pizza was the bomb. All this franchise has to do is keep their customer service level up there...as the product speaks for itself. Damn good Deep Dish. read more

I'm a fan of Jets Pizza. The Cajun crust is wonderful and so is the ranch dressing. Our customer service was friendly. We came at an off time so it wasnt busy at all. They have lunch specials until 3. For a small town you certainly have quite a few good pizza options to choose from. I think this is one of them. read more

First off. Love jets great pizza, salads, sides and desserts. Second we've never had a back experience... Until now. My family wanted to try something different and ordered calzones. (Huge mistake.) It was a giant piece of bread with 6 thin slices of choice meats covered in lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. (Which is apparently "extra".) Called to ask what happened and the manager on shift could be heard over the phone (after the NEW employee asked him/her to speak to us.) There are a lot of options in the area for good food, but this time I made the decision to go to Jets. This dump gets 0 stars. Gave them the boot 2 years ago because they couldn't get a hot pizza to me. They're 7 miles away. Decided to take a chance tonight because I like thin crust, and they have a new philly cheese steak pizza. Ordered the large [only size available in thin crust), WTF? With extra cheese and extra meat. Moron taking the order repeated it twice correctly. It arrived lukewarm at best. Questionable extra cheese and Not A Shred Of Meat. Called and spoke to the manager, who offered me some halfassed break on my next speciality pizza. Yeah right. Do yourself a favor and order from Marcos or go to Sals or Brownies. Jets sucks open ass. Hats off to the GM tonight! We live in Clinton and order delivery from this Jet's quite often! This evening my in-laws were in town from Wisconsin and mama wanted to order Jet's. I called and placed the order and she insisted on paying with her credit card. The driver arrived in the time frame quoted, as usual. Unfortunately, when we opened the boxes we were very disappointed. All 3 pizzas were over-cooked, Luke warm and had very little sauce on them and the extra cheese that was ordered on one pizza was minimal. I manage a busy seafood restaurant in Saline and I usually don't complain but when spending $78 on 3 pizzas with tip, I feel it should be hot, correct and not over cooked. I decided to call and was given the option for a credit or a remake at no cost to be delivered ASAP. We decided on the remake because we were looking forward to our usual delicious experience. The pizzas were here in 30 minutes and were perfect! We sent back most of the original order per the GM's request (kids were hungry so we let them eat). Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making things right! The delivery driver was very kind and was tipped for both trips! We look forward to our next order! read more

Add one star for decent toppings. The crust was inedible, hard and tasteless. One of our group asked for "a pizza with no cheese" and they left off the mozzarella but added a heavy dose of romano. The manager himself did this... clueless... they replaced the pizza but would not deliver it. Very awkward and unpleasant experience. Also very slow. Would not go there again. read more

Very good pizza at a reasonable price. Sometimes on weekends it's really busy so it may be better to try one during the week.

I ordered a large "All Meaty" with a coupon. The coupon was for $13.99. The price that was quoted was $16.42, so I'm thinking that's a lot of tax. So I drove over there handed the waitress the coupon which she tossed into the trash, and said that will be $16.42. I paid and wisely kept the receipt this time. When I got home I looked at it and discovered they had charged $15.49 for the pizza and 93 cents tax. On the receipt it states that I saved $1.51 over the regular price ($17.00). If they had honored the coupon I would have saved $3.51. Actually I believe that this has been going on for some time as it seems like I can never reconcile the price with what they charge with the coupon. Worst customer service ever. Online ordering disabled so called in order and gave credit card info. When my daughter picked up the order they told her someone else was charged for it and she would have to pay cash. As soon as she got home I called and they seemed quite confused about giving a refund and NEVER acknowledged their error for charging twice.
