Moksha is the most warm and friendly studio I've ever attended class at and the student body as well as the teachers are just phenomenal, so amazing and welcoming. The classes are very diverse and there is lots of variety to choose from and even within the teachers themselves there is variety and each one has their own unique style. I've practiced in many yoga studios over the years, and Moksha Yoga is LEGIT. The studio has a nice vibe to it and everyone seems super friendly, not snobby and intimidating like some other studios I've been to in South FL. There are two different rooms: one is slightly smaller and has aerial silks. The other is bigger and has a large garage door that opens up, letting fresh air in, which I really dig. There are a variety of classes, instructors, and styles to choose from, which I really like because I don't always have the energy for Vinyasa. Sometimes I like to take it a bit slower, so the variety is welcome! I think almost anyone can find something that suits their needs. I'm pretty picky about yoga studios, so I highly recommend. Brought my sister here for her first ever class. She was very excited about getting into yoga, got a mat and was planning on buying the $140 new student membership at this studio. We did a vinyasa flow class that was described as "suitable for all levels" and mentioned adjustments for beginners, since 6:30 is the only time that works around her job. We made the fact that this was her very first class clear to the instructor, because she was a bit nervous about her flexibility and getting lost. It was the fastest-paced flow class I've ever taken. The instructor rambled off poses in Sanskrit with hardly any demonstration or explanation of form or breath. All instructions went almost directly to the most advanced form of the posture, with barely any explanation of beginner variations. My sister spent the whole class totally floundering and laughing (and mouthing "I'm gonna kill you" at me). I ended up trying to explain some less advanced things for her to try while everyone else was doing splits and headstands. The instructor helped her out once or twice and she managed to copy what others were doing, but I was disappointed that she was was left totally lost and feeling dumb for her first yoga experience. The studio is in a big garage with no AC, so it felt more like a hot yoga class, which was unexpected. I thought the class was fine, but there should have been cues provided for form and explanations for how to get into the poses. Not just "get into your crow now" or "this is a good time for an inversion". The class went 15-20min over, and at the end, the instructor was texting during the shavasana meditation. I wouldn't normally care, but the keyboard clicking and texting sounds were playing over the music speaker! That was definitely a first, lol. So, that experience wasn't worth the $20. My sister decided not to buy the pass here, and wants to find a different studio. Luckily, she wants to stick with yoga. read more

I love coming here. I used to really enjoy Monica's Wednesday Vinyasa class but now that I'm pregnant I've been sticking to Jennifer's Wednesday morning yin restorative class. Wow is it amazing! I love Jennifer! I really look forward to coming here every Wednesday, I wish she taught more of these classes in the morning! When I'm not pregnant I'll be excited to go back to Monica's class! I agree with the other reviews that the studio is very calming and has an excellent set up for class. The music is perfect. It can be confusing if you are new.. there are no instructions and you have to kind of figure things out yourself. I took late afternoon & evening classes and never experienced A/C.. on some evenings I say I'm in 'hot' yoga! Most of the teachers there are very experienced. The pace is for the more experienced and can be challenging - although different levels are in the class there is really no guidance if you are a beginner. There is not much of mention of form - which is important regardless of level. I think it is focused more on a younger crowd but I go anyway and modify if i have to! There was only 1 class I didn't care for which was a longer class. The instructor seemed more interested in exercise then yoga. I counted about 80 leg (each leg) lifts and was uncomfortable. It was a very long exhausting class. That's why I gave it the 3 stars.. some really great things.. a few things that could use some work. read more

The first evening class I walked in and no one at front desk. No one around except one person who turned out to be instructor. I was confused about where to go and had to wait until end of class to find out how to pay. Classes are predominantly geared towards seasoned participants. Few times and options for beginners classes. I tried several classes but left discouraged. I was 20+ years older than the young, fit moms. If you're under the age of 35 years or are an active enthusiast, this is for you. read more

Overall, I get a great sense of wellbeing after taking one of their classes - my back and neck pains are down to a minimum and I feel stronger both mentally and physically. The owner Cora has created a one of a kind studio in the heart of Wellington fl. Never before have I loved every instructor and left every class feeling connected to myself more. The open air loft feeling is the true hot yoga, natural and detoxifying. Not to mention the new client package $140 for 2 unlimited months and incredible workshops. Proud to call Moksha my yoga home. Came here with very little yoga experience and was floored by how helpful all of the yoga instructors I have encountered so far. I have taken a class with atleast 6 of the instructors and have enjoyed all of their classes. They all are very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to help you adjust if you are not sure of how the pose is supposed to be. At first I wasn't sure since working around my work schedule I could mainly only attend their vinyasa classes, I assumed I would get bored doing the same class all the time. I was so wrong, each vinyasa class and instructor are not the same! They have such a variety of poses that I am always assured a great and fun work out. I have also attended the yin class and the aerial yoga class and found both to be great as well. Would strongly recommend to any yogi from beginner to advanced. read more
