For 2 months I took Flow I and Restorative classes, mostly led by Eva and both classes were led with gentle instruction and encouraged attention to the limits of my body. I never felt intimated or the need to "keep up." I walked out of her classes feeling terrific! I booked my hot Pilates class through ClassPass. This was my very first class, everyone was accommodating. Be prepared for the heat though. The temperature in class was set to 101 degrees, with a few heaters on as well. Mats, towels and equipment needed for instructor led class was provided as well, free of charge. The facility was clean and had a zen vibe to it. The instructor moved around a little bit during the class and provided short breaks as well for sips of water or towel off. Modifications were also provided if the workout got too difficult, especially for a newbie like me. At the end of class the instructor provided a cool towel for face and neck and antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment used. Overall this was a good class with moderate difficulty level and i plan to return. Be ready to get your sweat on!

Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, both from the teachers and other people in the class. I appreciate that it never feels competitive or like a fashion show- the classes are full of men and women of all skill levels, ages, and body sizes. It feels safe and I never feel bad if I take a class and end up laying down for most of it! So grateful that the no phones/recording in the studio rules are actually enforced. They offer a variety of classes, from power to yoga nidra, and the workshops are amazing and top quality. My recommendation- do your bedtime skin routine, brush your teeth, put the comfiest clothes on, and then take the yin and sound healing class which ends at 8:30pm. Once home, go straight to bed for the best sleep of your life. Grateful for this space that has been healing for my body AND spirit.

Jade's instructions for movement are clear and well-paced; I can close my eyes or be facing away from the zoom screen and still completely understand where I am supposed to move to. The poses flow nicely across the mat, and she stretches out my entire body. Jade has a calming demeanor and a compassionate attitude towards the body with all its humanity and flaws. I can't help but smile when I hear her voice or see her on the screen. Jade speaks slowly and clearly and remembers to look into the camera; she has definitely mastered being a virtual teacher! Jade also mentions ways to alter a pose to be more accessible or how to take things deeper if wanted. She makes yoga fun and empowering. Thank you, Jade!

The studio teaches sivananda yoga. All of the teachers are well trained and experienced. The students are friendly and welcoming. Class size averages between 8 and 10 students, which gives the teachers the ability to individualize their instruction. The studio is bright, clean, and gently air conditioned. Prices are inexpensive and there is plenty of off street free parking. Students of all ages and abilities attend the classes. Before coming here for my yoga practice I tried other studios and gyms in the ares. I found the Vinyasa flow and power yoga taught in many of these places too challenging for me after sitting behind a desk for many years and being a couch potato. After practicing at yoga peace for 4 years my stamina, strength, and flexibility have greatly improved. Sivananda yoga is the real deal when it comes yoga practice, and you should definitely check this place out.
