NOT touch less and ripped off. I paid for their "The Works" at $26, while going through the system the items that I paid for never turned on and I barely got soap and suds, so I paid for water. The blowers at the end are better than most, but for the price I would have expected a towel-down. The place is hard to find (it's around back) and the system looks like it was build in 1984 and last remodeled in 1984. I wont be returning here. read more

I have been using this carwash for 6 years. You have to drive between buildings to left of the minimart and go right- there is not sign to find it the first time you go. Overall- it has been good - I usually bring a rag and finish the drying especially on the side mirrors. There is a nice discount when you get gas first... read more

I have been there 10 or so times as closest to my home. The first 4 times I got the basic and someone did a 2 minute dry of my car & I left a tip. The next time I sat for 10 min and no one came so had a lot of spots and did what I could to dry it.. The guy after me they ran out and dried his. I didn't realize that they don't dry your car unless you get the slightly more expensive car wash. I like the one on Elm St in Concord as it has the blowers to dry- and also gives you the gas discount. We are pleased with our car wash - we bought the $26 service because it's been a long time since we washed the car. Looks clean, dry and shiny! The only suggestions I would have would be to clean the inner part of the rims - the service just got the outer surfaces - and to ask the attendant to say "hey" - he looked sour. read more

Their service and demeanor was very unprofessional. When we returned to pick up our car we were displeased with the results because there was still dust all over the dashboard and only one tire came clean. They said the detailing package only included the car wash's tire wash/clean and that it would cost $60 for them to clean the tires by hand to remove the filth. Also, when we told the employee that we were displeased we could barely understabd anything he said because of a HEAVY accent and, of course, he was the ONLY employee on-site, but he very CLEARLY told us that he wasn't the one that detailed the car. I would NEVER return and I would not recommend! read more

The automated cloth wash does a respectable job of cleaning the car and is much more effective than the touchless "laser wash" offerings in the area. So far the tire guides/rails have not been an issue (no wheel contact or rim damage) for me, but I have not taken a vehicle with low-profile tires through yet (I will update this review at such time). It looks like a modern wash that could handle such tire/wheel combos safely. The prices are moderate, especially if you choose to prepay via one of their discount cards. They always hand dry the car after the automated blower, so you are paying a little extra for the human touch. It is nice to have no water spots or streaks on the vehicle. I should note that the first time I ever tried this wash they applied tire shine with a package that didn't list it. Sure it was given to me gratis, but it was not desired. The next time I was there I mentioned this to the operator, who happened to be a manager, and since then I have not had this problem. The people are friendly, but I do wish they had longer hours as it can be difficult to arrive before the 6 pm closing time. Also, they tend to close for the day if the forecast calls for rain. I have only used the standard automated carwash line. I cannot comment on their detailing services. read more

I got my car detailed here last June and forgot to review it until now. I got a living social deal from here for a full exterior and interior detailing and my car was only about a year old at the time and just a tad dirty on the inside from the winter and just had a lot of orange dirt/salt spots on the outside that wasn't coming off during regular car washes at home or in an actual car wash so I decided a detailing was needed to make it look good again. First time I booked an appointment at noon on a friday, I drove all the way there only to find out they didn't have a record of me even making an appointment at all and for a car my size (a small SUV?) I would need to bring it first thing in the morning since it would take all day to do (I told them the make/model when I made this forgetten about appointment too, but anyway...). I rescheduled for 2 weeks later since that was the next free weekday I had where I could part with my car for the whole day. Flash forward 2 weeks later- I drop my car off at 8:30 am and have someone drive me home. I get a call at 10 am saying my car is already done and ready to go because "it wasn't that dirty". Since I planned on not being able to get my car until at least sometime in the afternoon since they had made me re-book just because the length of time it would take to do my car, I had to sit at home and wait for my ride to bring me back to get my car in the afternoon. I get there and see my car parked and ready to go. I open the car door and the interior smelled clean but there was still dirt/sand under and around the mats and in the door creases. It looks like they just vacuumed it and just wiped down the seats and windows to be honest. Then I check up on the exterior- it looks EXACTLY the same. Same orange dirt spots all over the car that don't come off with a regular wash. They had clearly just run my car through the car wash to clean the exterior and that's it. I calmly spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction who said he didn't do my car and apologized and would clean the exterior with a cleaner and I saw him and another worker start to scrub the exterior with a cleaner before I left and came back about an hour later. I noticed all the dirt and spots were gone and thanked them and left. A couple days later, my car looks FLITHY. Not normal dirty, like my car didn't even look white anymore, it was beige/brown. I thought that maybe it was from driving on a dirt parking lot earlier that day, so I try to wash my car at home. The brown color would not come off no matter how hard is scrubbed with a sponge. I feel my car paint and notice the wax COMPLETELY stripped off my car by whatever they did to "clean" it. Not only did my car look worse then before I had even got it detailed, but now I had to pay to get it detailed again elsewhere since I couldn't make my car look white again without getting it scrubbed/buffed/waxed again. I ended up getting it detailed at the car dealership and my car looked as good as the day I bought it again. I'm not sure if my negative experience was because I bought a living social deal so they just didn't care to spend a lot of time on it, but they were just flat out unprofessional from the get-go and they cost me a lot of time and aggravation. Jet stream is my car's best friend! I had the best detail I've ever had and refuse to go anywhere else. Their prices are low and the staff is always so nice! They are very meticulous with the interior detail and it always smells so fresh when I pick it up. I usually get gas at the station next door, which allows me to have discounted car washes! I had made an inquiry by phone requesting a detail for my car. We booked the appointment in advance. When I arrived, the manager or owner was extremely rude, said wait a minute and then turned to me and in a very rude tone said I don't have time for you, you should have been here this morning. Instead of discussing with him what we had talked about on the phone, I realized this was not someone I wanted to do business with. It is hard to understand how a business with this type of service or lack thereof survives. His prices are competitive with neighboring towns so definitely not worth the drive for attitude. read more

They did a lousy job. I was pressured, somewhat, to upgrade to a 'better' wax type/job for $30 more, but I declined. I asked if they could waive cleaning the two floor mats and instead clean just the drivers seat (sitting area only) and they said no, but could do the seat for $10 more - I declined. Upon picking up my vehicle, there were 'spray drops' all about various areas of the car that drops shouldn't be on. The wheel wells were dirty, there were still sticky/bug type things they did not get (was included), the windows were cleaned, but a little streaky. The vaccum job was not great - there was still sand in the back. Whatever they sprayed the inside dash area with had 'spray drops' around places it should not be also. They must've used a dirty rag to wipe the dash, etc. because there was cloth fiber type stuff all over it that I had to wipe off myself. Now, also, I've got drops of who knows what all over the outside plastic areas of my car that I need to figure out how to fix/get rid of - this I am especially unhappy about - these drop stains better be cleanable. I felt that because I did not upgrade to a more expensive, 'better' service, they decided not to do a good job on my car. That, or they always do crappy jobs - I've no way to know. Needless to say, the job they did do was not worth the $49 Groupon price, nor the $10 tip I handed them on the top (didn't look at car closely before doing this - presumed it would look great). I only handed the tip because Groupon advised that tips should be given in this type of work. So not worth the $59 I paid. I ended up wiping down the wheel wells myself to get the dirt out. If I had paid the original $99 price, I'd be even more upset about the lack of quality on this 'detailing' job. read more
