Overall, the soap water initially was using a pressure spray and water was washed by a water hose (lower pressure). But it was gentler than the machines. They ensure to clean the top of my SUV as well which is nice. The interior windows are also cleaned up so I love that small detail. Total price for a SUV (exterior and interior) cost $35 and I gave tips as extra. They take CASH only. Will come back.

You have to get a parking ticket but he validates it for $5 for 4 hours (usually it's $11 for just 1 hour) - now that I know that, next time I'll try to take advantage of it on a day where I can spend a few hours in the Back Bay. As far as I could tell there is just one guy working here so it's probably a good idea to call ahead or plan to spend at least an hour or so in the area. The guy was really friendly and clearly takes pride in doing a job well done. I don't think you can find someplace cheaper than this, and the quality was as good or better as places where I've paid quite a bit more.

Waiting area is a long walk to an elevator up to a very nice atrium but with furniture that was uncomfortable for me (most chairs too low and some small high-chairs). Very long walk to a hard-to-find restroom (required since the service took 3 hours!). 3. Minor nit: they did not put all my items in cubbys and door pockets etc. back where they were. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I'm pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months.
