Cancelled 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment without any explanation. TERRIBLE

I can't speak to the quality of work -- it might well be excellent -- but I had two missed appointments here. No calls, no emails, just no shows. After the first, I called and chalked it up to a missed signal (the detailing appointment was made by someone else as a gift), and so we rescheduled. The day of the second appointment came and I sent a text when they didn't come at the time we'd agreed on. Ten minutes later, I called and left a message. An hour later, I received a text that they sent a confirmation email, didn't hear back, and had to do "snow removal" instead. We'd received about an inch of snow the day before. I double checked and did not have any email, not even in the junk folder. I asked which email address they had but received no response. I have asked for a refund. read more

My car was in need of serious detailing (tree sap on paint, vomit, interior dirt, waxing). All the other local places had no appointments for weeks and needed a full day with my car. Ivan was able to fit me in the next day, finish in a matter of hours, and was willing to even come out to my office to detail my car! My car is so clean it looks like no one has ever driven it and smells brand new. Ivan and his team are phenomenal and their price and service can't be beat. The fact they are mobile, and work 7 days a week is a huge benefit for anyone who does not have time to drop off and be without their car for a whole day. Our car was in need of a serious cleaning inside and out- we have two dogs and a 9 month old baby. Ivan did an amazing job getting all of the mess out of our car. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and the outside was truly sparkling in the sunlight. I do not think our vehicle has been that clean since we drove it off the lot. I scheduled an appointment with them using their website, and got both a text and email confirmation of the appointment, as well as a confirmation of the appointment receipt from the company a short while later saying Ivan would be to the address I requested to have service at upon the scheduled time. I was pleased with the ease with which I booked, and was looking forward to a clean car. However, the scheduled time came and went, no Ivan, no word from the company. 20 minutes after the appointment time, I tried calling to see if they were just delayed, and got an automated answer ending with "the voicemail is full" type message. This was a big disappointment, as the appointment was now 1.5 hrs ago and I'm assuming they're never coming. I'm now sadder, but wiser and won't be using this company or recommending it in the future. read more
