We have a very long driveway leading up to a large parking area on top. It was very badly stained with oil in several spots. The guys from Jetstream came out right on time and spent an extra long time using both steam and chemical wash since the spots did not come out easily. They did the entire length of the driveway and added in another area in front of the house for no extra charge. I'm sure this job was more difficult than anticipated but even so, they kept at it until after dark and still spent time explaining the whole procedure in detail once they were done. They even had to spend additional time appeasing our disgruntled neighbor, who complained about water in front of his driveway. They took the time to squeegee the street until he was happy and were professional and courteous while doing it--definitely going the extra mile! Updating my earlier review to improve my rating. John took personal notice of my review and contacted me immediately. He came out to inspect the driveway stains and has now resolved them. Someone who takes such care in customer complaint and goes out of their way to fix them must be commended and worthy of trusting with my business. Great job! John Original comment: Confusing experience so very difficult for me to make the ratings decision. Had my driveway cleaned by Jetstream this morning. In App communication was very poor but John was very helpful when I reached him on his phone. Crew arrived 2 hours late then increased quoted price. I agreed to give them benefit of any doubt but then they shortly ran out of cleaning chemicals which they needed to remove the agreed stain. Asked me to pay them full price and call John to re negotiate a price so they would come back. I called John and again being helpful he instructed the crew to continue. Stains were removed every place their chemical was used but large stains still remain as they did not have enough to finish. To be complete, I was given a discount If they come back and finish cleaning then I feel they deserve better rating than what I gave them today. I don't like communicating off Yelp APP just so there is accurate record of who said what and when. read more

We just had this company here today. They took a 34 year old backyard hardscape and totally revived it with their commercial grade heavy duty power wash equipment. We could not believe how great the end result was. They were careful in moving a lot of outdoor furniture, umbrella bases, large pots, etc. They put everything back when done, They were extremely pleasant, wanting to be sure we were happy with the result. After reading the reviews I went with these guys, they did a wonderful job. The owner John was nice to talk to, he sent his crew Chris and Donald, great guys who just love to clean and their passion showed in their work they cleaned every nook and corner of the house and all the windows shining clean inside and outside. Chris made me walk through the house showed me everything they had done and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. What I liked about Chris was that he was very cooperative anything I pointed out he took care of it right away no fuss, in fact he had packed everything and almost ready to leave when he noticed some dirt which he could not clean because it was under the trash cans, he immediately brought out the hose and sprayed it clean. I contact this company and discussed the details of what needed to get done with John. All the cement around the home, patio, walkway steps and driveway needed to be power washed plus the outside windows. The cement was very discolored and stained in many areas. I got a quick quote and it was scheduled within a week.. The guy that came out, Larry, was the best. He not only was beyond polite but he also had a great attitude, told me what he was going to do, verified all the work and before we knew it he was working. He worked for hours non stop. I can't speak highly enough about him. Not only did our cement work, sidewalks and windows look great but we had a gentleman with a can do attitude. Jetstream Power Wash was contracted to do some power washing at my home - after a bit of discrepancy over canceling the original start date, a new date was chosen and the team arrived on time and reviewed the job to be completed with me- the team was extremely professional, efficient and pleasant - they were hard workers and completed my request above and beyond the original contracted work - they tackled a very dirty patio cover that suffered from all the soot off the roof during the recent rains. They spent well over an hour on that structure. They power washed all the concrete, planters, fountain, side yard, front walkway, driveway and garage door. They worked very efficiently as a team.
