I hired Darian to pressure wash our third floor patio since it's such a pain for us to get our pressure washer up there and connected to the water supply. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and flexible when I asked if I could change our appointment due to the weather forecast. He showed up promptly and had his own equipment and water supply on the back of his truck. I asked if he could also clean the overhang on our patio and he was happy to do so. We had car oil that spilled all over our driveway made out of pavers. We did what we could on our own to clean up the oil but we could still see it. The next day we called Martini Exterior Cleaners and they were able to come out that day, treat the oil and then power wash it. It looks so much better. Adding on to my previous review. One of our next-door neighbors was out of town when the pressure washing was done. They returned after four days and knocked on my door, mentioning that their side of the house had gotten a bit dirty. BUYER BEWARE! I contracted Darian to power wash my patio and wash 5 exterior windows. First of all they were an hour late, power washed the patio fine but only hosed down the windows leaving the screens on. Darian assured me they would be clean once they dried but after they left the windows with the screens on were just as dirty! I called the next day and left a voice message but never received a return call. The next day I called from another phone (that's why he picked up) and Darian reluctantly agreed to come back today at noon. Well guess what...no Darian. I called again and spoke to Elliot and he said his boss Ron would call me back (he didn't). Long story short they refused to come back unless I paid them another $100! I got three bids and Martini Pressure Washing was the highest but Darian agreed to do it for $175 which we both accepted. This company will not stand by their work so don't say you haven't been warned! read more

I am hesitant to even give 1 star for this cleaning. I had booked the crew to clean my windows for my mom's celebration of life event that was two days later. The owner hurt his foot with a ladder, and had to call in a replacement team. Before he injured himself with his ladder, he complained that our hose didn't have much water pressure. I came to notice later that day, that the hose had a kink in it, there is never any issue with pressure on that hose that I use often. Additionally, the replacement team, didn't use any ladders to get to the windows on the inside of my house. I have a 2 story house, with super high ceilings. The windows above my stairs weren't even touched on the inside of the house, still have cob webs on them. In fact most of the windows had cob webs in them. The outside has a bunch of spots on them, in fact most of the windows have spots on them from the "cleaning" although you can't call it that. Literally the windows look worse! I wasn't around because I was running errands for my mom's event, that meant the world to me. I made the mistake of trusting the job would be done well. I did notice our huge sliding glass door that had streaks and wasn't finished so I asked them to finish it, but I later had to windex it myself, they didn't even get to finishing that. They didn't clean ANY of the window sills, or the tracks at all, and they never even touched the back glass fence. I paid them $500 dollars, which was stupid on my part, because they literally did nothing but make a mess of my windows, and it looks like they used dirty rags on the inside. I never review anything unless it is amazing, but this is ridiculous. The owner did nothing for compensation money wise for me, offered to clean the windows when his foot got better. But honestly, I don't want to have anything to do with this company, the quality of service is NOT there at all. How can you advertise you clean windows, when you are NOT set up for the job? I have had my windows done once before and it was AMAZING, but I couldn't remember who did it. I wish I had, don't waste your money please. It was a complete waste, and the owner never got back to me when I asked for some sort of monetary compensation. Nothing. Irresponsible and shouldn't be in business. He wanted ME to talk to the replacement crew about their poor job?! He is the boss, not me and ultimately everything is under his responsibility, very immature and unprofessional. AGAIN, DON"T use this company, they are horrible. read more
