My garage had about 30 years of dirt, debris, oil, and even sand embedded onto the concrete that had never been cleaned before. This was our first time getting a house washed -- we also threw the Jetstream team a curveball by requesting they attempt to remove ivy roots and residue from the entire surface of the house. Unlike most other people we reached out to on Yelp, they were positive and upbeat about the challenge while being honest with us as to how much progress was possible (ivy roots can merge with the stucco). Nevertheless, they spent hours painstakingly removing the roots by hand and did a great job. They really cared about us and making sure that we were happy with the results. Showed up with no masks. The job was to wash the roof, windows, walls, and the sidewalks around the house. Estimate cost $710.00 Disclaimer had to be signed before the job starts. Promised to send the pictures of the roof before and after as proof of no damages. Lot of talk, but no pictures up to now. Messed up completely my double plain glass to the dining area. The glass which is open to dining area is now with multiple permanent stains. When I spoke to them the answer is "sorry this is not our fault, the frame must have not sealed properly and that is why water has gone in between the two glasses. The crew cleans and washes the mess that falls from the roof. However, make sure to put a towel on your doors to catch the water.
