The service here is awful, the card machine wasn't working and they don't take cash. Someone did come out to help but he was rude and seemed he didn't want to be there. Now for the car wash I had gotten the basic service which is $12 half of the services weren't working and scratched the crap out of my car and it's not even clean! Pros: -The vacuums are very powerful. And they're free. Cons: -Always busy. -your car does not come out completely clean.... especially on the backend. And on the wheels. I've had to run my car through two times before. -your car does not come out completely dry (you can buy a towel for $1) The only halfway decent wash is the most expensive one and that's a $12 wash. Personally, I would rather pay $20 and have somebody wash and detail it for me. read more

Wow! We have been going here since it opened. It has changed owners a couple of times, but it is now Zips. We have always been pleased with service and the wash itself, but after today I will NOT be going back. I pulled up and entered info and tried to pay. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. After trying to pay a couple more times, I had to honk several times for an attendant and I was the only car in line. I could see someone in the office, but although he looked up, he didn't come out. Finally, someone came over. I apologized and said it wasn't letting me pay. Never said a word. Took my card and tried the same thing I had tried and it didn't work with him either. Then although I spoke to him in ENGLISH, he proceeded to use the SPANISH function on the machine which WORKED!! (Gee, if I had only known as an ENGLISH speaker to choose a language foreign to me...) He never apologized or said a word. And then he didnt brush the back of my vehicle, so it was still dirty. No way! Cost shot from originally $3 when they 1st opened to $7! read more

I have used this cat wash since it opened and the performance has gone down hill. It has gone from bad to worse. It seems that every time I wash a vehicle there it doesn't seem to ever really get it clean. Today I drove my Kia soul through it and it didn't get the back end our tires very clean, it didn't even give it that great of a rinse. I also took my car and it was the samem results. Not a very good rinse job again.only this time they didn't even get my windshield clean. You pay $10 or $12 and your at least expect to get a clean windshield. When I went to vacuum the cars the nozzle on the end was broken. This wasn't the first time for that. It seems the vacuum nozzles don't work on a regular basis. I've taken my car here many times, but today, it didn't get clean. So I asked them to run it through again. They said it won't get clean for a $3 wash, and that I'd have to pay again. WHAT???? They REFUSED to do a pre-wash spray of the front which had a lot of dirt & bugs. Every other car wash in town will get my car clean for $3, but NOT THIS PLACE. I have been using this car wash since they opened , even after they lied and gave my car a flat tire. But they apologized for the misunderstanding and payed for my tire. However after my experience tonight I will NEVER go back there! I stopped in for a quick $5 wash and the machine did not print out my receipt, so when I got over to where the guy puts the tape on the back of my car I told him I needed my receipt. After me repeating myself THREE times he finally heard me and told me I could pull back around for it after. By this point I had already felt my car miss the thing that pulls your car. I put my car in neutral and could tell it felt different but didn't think much of it. Not even a fourth of the way into the wash my car lifted and I felt the roller roll out from my front tire. Then we sat, and waited for the guy to notice we were not moving. Now at this point I'm still calm everything's fine. He comes over says I just want to make sure you in neutral, which I was, he then says we will be turning the wash back on and the wheel should catch you again. It finally did after about 2-3 minutes, only the car wash itself wasn't on!! So now my car is covered in the rotten egg smelling soap, and still dirty. So I pull back around thinking the guy will be nice and give me my receipt and let me go back through to get my car washed. NO, he hands me my receipt then tells me that he watched the video and my foot was on the break, I said no it wasn't, this is like my 1,000th car wash, I know not to put my foot in the break, so I said let me see the video. He conveniently can't allow me to see the video. Only remember me saying about the tire incident, I have been in there and seen the videos. Then I ask for his name and after refusing to leave till he gave it to me he said he was Mr.Long the manager on duty. Decided to give this place another chance. I settled on the $7 wash this time and was still disappointed. The washers didn't even touch the back of my car. A bird had left a bunch of little white gifts for me and they were still there after the wash. It seems like the speed through the wash was just too fast to get a thorough cleaning. This place has terrible customer service! I was trying to get the attention of one of the workers and he kept walking off and held up his hand and sent someone else over. I told the other worker that I was not happy because he didn't tape down my back windshield wiper and it almost broke off! I will not be returning because of the poor customer service. I have a Tahoe with a back wiper... Iv had to replace the back wiper 3 times. Once because I left it turned on so it was automatic when the water started the second time they did not tape it the third time they did tape it and it still ripped off and so now I'm ordering a fourth one. read more

I came to this establishment located at 100 E Mcleroy blvd Saginaw, tx 76179 to have my car "washed" and my rims were still dirty afterwards so I went back threw the drive thru and spoke with the franchise owner about my dirty tires and now dirty window and he says "well what do you want me to do??" I tell him clearly I need to go through the wash again and he refuses. We exchange a few words and I tell him I need the number to corporate and he gets upset and tells me "why don't you go back and sell some more drugs!" Just went through the car wash and woman working the entrance is horrible. She could barely take her eyes off of her phone when guiding me. She didn't pre-spray my truck nor use the brush on my tailgate, etc. It seems minimal and petty to complain, but if you're paying for a service, one should expect to receive quality service. read more

FEELING RIPPED OFF AND VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE $13 CAR WASH!! Website lists hours until 9 pm on Saturdays. Arrived just before 8 pm and they said, "Congratulations, You are the last customer of the day!" Not only has the price gone up, but they did not tape down my rear windshield wiper, or prewash the back of my car either. Upon exiting the wash I headed to the vacuum station and was told sorry the vacuums are off. When I asked about the hours posted on their website, I was told they decided to close early. The vacuums were on a timer, and there was nothing they could do. There didn't seem to be any concern as I was told they would open in the morning and I could come back. When I asked who I could call/talk to, I was told the number to corporate was on the website. Sorry, SAGINAW JETT EXPRESS CAR WASH, but I WON'T be returning. Rudest staff I have ever encountered!!! Supervisor was rude. When I asked his worker for his name, she claimed she wasn't allowed to give out his name. The supervisor then refused to give out contact info for the owner. When I said I would look at the tax rolls, he claimed they didn't pay taxes. When the Manager was confronted, he was irate and refused to allow a 2nd wash to complete the job. He claimed the vehicle was too dirty to be washed at that location. I didn't want to be one to complain, BUT, my last five times at this car wash alone have not been a good experience. I even pay for the top grade wash and it never washes my vehicle correctly. So I turn around to say something to the attendant and of course they run my vehicle through again but it never seems like it's the wash paid for. That's not to even mention my other visits at this place. I go here for convenience since its near my home, but today will be my last time to ever go there again. I continue to have bad experience at this car wash. Vacuums always broke. Muddy and dirty in vacuum areas. Management response was "what do you expect, it's a free vacuum and customers continue to break them"". Soap residue left on car after comes out of line. Management response was "it's suppose to do that because of the weather'. Blue material gets hung in cracks of car. Very poor customer service of the staff. We have been bringing our vehicles to this car wash for years and have never had a problem. Today I went through and I realized my whole rear wiper of my car was totally damaged. The metal part of the blade was U-shaped and scratching my paint... they didn't tape it down for sime reason this time. I called and they told me that they were not responsible for wiper damage and that corporate told them that the tape won't stick when its cold out so they will only tape it down if requested by the customer. What?! It nearly 60 degrees out... its not cold. I coukd see how that would make sense if it were below freezing. Uneducated excuse is what that is. No where does it say that the tape must be requested AND they have always just taped it down without being asked to do so before. I know its just a wiper but my car is new and the paint is now scratched and I have replace the wiper myself. Terrible customer service. I will not return. read more
