Absolute joke of anything resembling a "car wash". Did NOT clean my car, left dirt streaks literally everywhere all over my car. $12 for BASICally nothing. I'd love a refund because this looks worse than when I brought it in. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!!!! wash experience was okay like all other drive through car washes. I give the place a one star because of the customer service, i called to cancel my membership because i sold my vehicle and when i called i did not have the sticker number and the costumer service lady asked for debit car info, and license plate number and could not find my account she wanted the sticker number so when i was able to get the sticker number i called back and she blocked me i tried multiple times and couldn't get through. Had my wife call from my her phone and the same lady answered. My wife tried canceling the membership and she was giving my wife a hard time , the lady did not want us to cancel after requesting to cancel multiple times and wafting multiple times on the phone due to being put on hold she finally gave up and canceled the membership . We have a membership at Zips Carwash on Saginaw Main. We have had it for a while... We wash our car weekly at least. For about the last month or so, they've stopped doing the windshield pre-wash and guiding you into the wheel track/ power train that takes you through the car wash. The brush/ spinning thing never even got close to the passenger side of the car. Today we went there and got the same results. We went into the office and met the new asst. Manager. He told us about everything that was wrong. LOTS of things were broken. Parts were ordered etc. We decided rather than end our membership outright, to pend it for a month to see if they could fix stuff. We went to the Rocket off Quebec which has been purchased by Zips... Same kinda issues. We got guided into the power train, but no brush cleaning of the windshield. Plus, they had a left/ passenger brush not touching the passenger side of the car as well. They spray on the windshield did not clean it either. read more

I decided once again to give Zips another try. And after paying $25 I pulled up to the person that makes sure you are on the track I expected to have the prewash. And for the 3rd time it didn't happen. I was informed before that it didn't matter if you paid for the $10 wash or the $25 wash they were supposed to prewash. I went here last week to get a car wash, they were running a promotion where you get a monthly membership that usually costs $45 a month for only $10 in the first month. I told them I'd cancel it before I ever paid $45, but they still persuaded me to sign up. So I go through the car wash; it was a decent wash, no complaints. But when I went to vacuum, there was very little suction in their vacuums. Sure, if I wanted to vacuum up some feathers, there was plenty of suction. But not near enough to pick up anything that was down in the carpet fibers. I told the guy working outside that the vacuums were clogged, he checked them and said "y'all are crazy, there's plenty of suction". He had just spoken to a woman a couple of bays away from me, I assume she was the other half of the "y'all" he was talking about. She must have had the nerve to complain about the vacuums too. When I again insisted that the vacuums had terrible suction, he said "what do you expect? It's an old car wash." So I decided to cancel my membership. Went inside to cancel, the youngster inside was clearly irritated that I wanted to cancel, but he gave me a phone number to call because he couldn't...or wouldn't...do it himself. Went back out to the vacuums and called the number, while I was on hold the original youngster I'd spoken to about the vacuums approached me and said...and I quote..."just get the hell out of here". It took me by surprise, but when I told him I'd leave as soon as I got the membership cancelled, he kept doubling down. Threatened to call the police on me for trespassing, stopped just short of challenging me to a fistfight before I finally left...they never did answer the phone so I could cancel, by the way. It's clear they need some adult supervision there, I guess this is what you get when you put a couple of kids in charge of a business. One star because I can't give zero. Do NOT sign up for thr "$10 monthly" membership. Your account will be charged $45 after the first month. When questioning the so-called "employees" at the facility, they said it's in the "fine print."Nowhere outside on their signs etc does it say this. One of the guys went into the office and brought out an 8 x 10 sign with the real prices on it ! They sign you up in the drive through without explaining this (which I would never have done) and push you on through. When i signed up, I even told the guy that I had canceled my earlier membership when it went up to $25 and he STILL didn't mention the outrageous price after the initial 30 days. This is fraud. I have called the company and requested a cancellation and refund and my bank will be dealing with them also!!! This location scratched the tailgate of my new truck 1 week ago yesterday and I reported it on site immediately. It took me revisiting the location to get anywhere. I was notified today that my damage claim is being denied even though it was cause by their own equipment. read more

Update! Wow, this location has really picked up the slack! I see guys cleaning/ unclogging the vacuum hoses, picking up trash and making sure things are running smoothly. I've had great experiences the last 5 times I've been. Keep it up!!------------------- I wish this place was better maintained! Vacuums work part of the time and the car wash is closed every other time I try to get one of our vehicles washed. Mornings, afternoons and evenings. No specific times. This isn't the only location I drove out to Keller once when this location was closed and that location was closed too. (During regular hours, sunny day etc) I'm sure it takes a lot of maintenance with all the machinery. I would love to write a better review!! LMAO 2stars ? i love the free vacuums. i don't even use the car wash. just the vacuums. so i dont really know their service like that. BUT LEMME TELL YOUU ; today, i pulled up @6am , thinking it was 24/7 (my dumb butt) so i decided to doordash till 8:30 since Zip's opens at 8 . So time passes, right?, & i get there @9am & the vacuums were not on ! i was like "hell nahhh, they been open for a whole hr now and the vacuums still aint on?! ima call them, & see whats up" so i call them, & a guy picked up. i asked him, "what time will u guys turn on the vacuums?" and he said "oh... *kinda laughs* ... *dead silence* " so i stay on the phone waiting for an answer lol.... & then i see the vacuums turn on im still on the phone with him & im waiting for him to say "there u go" or idk , SOMETHING , so i know he's there & i can say thanks! but he just hangs up ... AWWWKWARD but whateves. i saw how they had 2 stars and now i got to have a glimse of their service for the first time today , out of the 3 years i been going i honestly dont care though. as long as those vacuums stay free ; ima keep goin back (Zip's, ya should clean them tho ) & to everybody who has a complaint; its your fault for choosing an automatic carwash to wash ur car ... we all know there's risks to machines. & you wanna throw ur whole car into a machine field just to clean it ... Do not let attendant swipe your card! Finally noticed on my credit card bill 5 months of car club membership that I never signed up for.

Customer service is abysmal. For some reason my blue chase card doesn't work with their card reader. The first girl who helped me went into the office and brought out another kid who I guess was the manager. That's when things deteriorated. She couldn't get the card to run even after she imputed the card number. I told her the problem was with the card reader and she shot back that "it accepts everybody else's card. Probably better that things worked out the way that it did. Zips is a membership system and I don't want to have a membership with a company that could go out of business, especially a business run by kids. I get that it's difficult to get people to work especially at a car wash, but some decent courteous customer service will make me write positive reviews and return as a frequent customer. read more

One of the brushes was not spinning. Ran car thru twice still had bugs on front back and sides. Dirt still on back bumper. Blowers terrible.

Don't get the membership!! It was alright until I decided to cancel it. I called so many times for weeks trying to cancel. They were either "closed", not answering my calls, or, when they actually answered and asked how they could help, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Not just once either. This was several times that I got through. Finally, one person actually listened to me and got me taken off. Customer service is terrible. I'm just thankful for that one man who actually helped me out like he was supposed to. read more

I have boycotted this place for years and I guess it's been under New Management a couple times since then and I can tell you why. Because they were horrendous. but I tried to go back one other time when I had a different vehicle that was already scratched up and it still was not a great wash there was still dirt in every nook and cranny and crevice and the wheels were not done well and I paid for the like $12 one and I was very under impressed and so when I went up to ask them to let me run through again they actually laughed at me read more

I would really like to leave 1 star but since my only issue with the service is one employee, I won't hurt the whole group because of one guy. I come to the car wash every weekend and sometimes during the week. I have my work vehicle and personal vehicle that I like to keep clean. 75% of the time the older guys and young blonde kid at the entrance make sure to give me my moneys worth when applying the bug prep, and even when I opt not to upgrade to that service, they always prewash tough to reach places on my vehicle. HOWEVER the young kid with the black and very curly hair just lines up my vehicle, and if he's putting the bug prep, I get about a nickels worth, and if no bug prep he will just line me up and walk back inside. Pretty put out with this kids complacency and mediocrity. And if you're that employee, don't feel attacked as I'm sure you give everyone the same lame treatment you give me. Hard work goes a long way in this world! Strive to be the best at whatever you do, because reviews are a large part of business these days. read more
