There were at least 5 people waiting in line after me and the ONLY person checking people out, had to go talk to the pharmacist about another problem I had with them not filling a prescription that I received a text saying it was ready, and she neglected to have any of the other 4 people working in the pharmacy fill in for her while she spent at least 15 minutes sorting out my problem. Finally, after she got my prescription filled, someone came to ring people up. And there was someone in the pharmacy who appeared to be from corporate with who I assumed was the store manager, both completely clueless to what was going on. The woman helping me never said a word to him about the issues going on at the moment. And by the time she finally got my meds I had been in the pharmacy for well over 40 minutes and was so sick of waiting for these incompetent people that I wasn't going to stick around to complain to him. Anyhow, Osco is a decent place for prescriptions and they take most insurances. Although we have insurance, one of her prescriptions are not covered. So we price shop it. Osco often comes out on top with the best price. The cashier in the prescription pick up seemed to be somewhat new so I will give that issue a break.
